Výzkum technologie zpětného využití zemin ve formě samozhutnitelných zálivek / Research of soil reuse technology in the form of self-compacting groutsMichalčíková, Magdaléna Unknown Date (has links)
The increasing volume of waste of all kinds is currently a phenomenon of economically developed society and one of the problems of environmental protection. It is therefore imperative, in the interest of sustainable development, to monitor impacts related to the impact on our ecology, to regulate waste production by legislation and universally promote their reuse and recycling. Construction and demolition waste occupy a significant share of the total waste volume. This category also includes excavated soils. Recycling of these materials could significantly reduce the amount of landfilled waste and at the same time, these materials could be used as an important source of secondary raw materials. The doctoral thesis describes the research and development of the new technology of reuse soils in the form of self-compacting grouts. The result of the solution will be a suspension of optimal rheological properties, providing a perfect leaking around the stored utility networks. Emphasis will be placed on the study of the interaction of different types of soils with the stabilizers, flowable or plasticizing additives and its typical dispersible substance, including verification of the developed technology in situ.

Hasičská zbrojnice / FirehousePospíchal, Libor January 2020 (has links)
Subject of this thesis is elaboration study and project documentation of new firehouse building type P in Polná. New firehouse building is designed instead of the original firehouse, which was in poor technical condition and didn’t meet the new requirements. The firehouse is situated on the plot number 91/5 with adjacent numbers 91/11, 91/10, 91/7, 91/8, 91/9, 91/6, 2684, 2693. The land is slightly sloping. The building is detached, partially basement and with three aboveground floors. The vertical load-bearing structure in the basement consists of masonry from permanent formwork and in the aboveground floors the sand-lime masonry YTONG SILKA. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from prestressed panels Spiroll. The roof is designed as single-skin flat roof with a poured cementitious foam layer. Firehouse consists of two parts – administrative-operational part and garage of emergency vehicles with appropriate stores. The main entrance and exit of vehicles are situated southwest. The administrative of firehouse is on the 3rd floor. Fire brigade rooms are on the 2nd floor, locker rooms with clothing stores are on the 1st floor. The technical background is designed on the underground floor. Garage parking space is situated over two floors and is roofed by flat single-skin roof. Project documentation is designed according applicable laws, decrees, regulations and technical standards.

Analysis of the relation between RNA and RBPs using machine learning / Analys av relationen mellan RNA och RBPs med hjälp av maskininlärningWassbjer, Mattias January 2021 (has links)
The study of RNA-binding proteins has recently increased in importance due to discoveries of their larger role in cellular processes. One study currently conducted at Umeå University involves constructing a model that will be able to improve our knowledge about T-cells by explaining how these cells work in different diseases. But before this model can become a reality, Umeå Univerity needs to investigate the relation between RNA and RNA-binding proteins and find proteins of which highly contribute to the activity of the RNA-binding proteins. To do so, they have decided to use four penalized regression Machine Learning models to analyse protein sequences from CD4 cells. These models consist of a ridge penalized model, an elastic net model, a neural network model, and a Bayesian model. The results show that the models have a number of RNA-binding protein sequences in common which they list as highly decisive in their predictions.

Vývoj tepelně-izolační hmoty určené pro použití při vysokých teplotách / Development of a thermal insulating material designed for use with high temperatureDokoupil, Martin January 2013 (has links)
The work deals with the development of a new thermal insulation material that contains a secondary raw materials or waste. It is an insulating material with the requirement of resistance to high temperatures - 200 ° C and 500 ° C. Type of material is determined by the way of reducing density - direct and indirect. Direct is achieved by adding lightweight aggregates, indirect is achieved by gas evolution through chemical reaction and the subsequent incorporation of gas into the structure of the material. This thesis is part of the MPO TIP č. FR-TI 2/340 project.

Problematika výroby nového popílkového pórobetonu / The issue of new fly ash aerated concrete productionBednárik, Vít January 2014 (has links)
The master´s thesis deals with the possibility of laboratory verification of the influence of feedstock character, especially lime and fly ash, on quality of fly ash aerated concrete. The experimental study involves taking a series of samples autoclaved and non-autoclaved aerated concrete during two pilot plant verification in the factory. After removal of autoclaved and non-autoclaved aerated concrete samples they were tested and compared with results of non-autoclaved aerated concrete produced in the laboratory. Methodology of comparison technologically-produced autoclaved aerated concrete and laboratory-produced non-autoclaved aerated concrete was designed based on achieved findings.

Vliv zlepšování základové půdy na celkovou cenu stavby / The effect of improving the foundation soil on the total cost of constructionRoudná, Veronika January 2015 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the calculation of costs arising from the shallow foundations using different ways of stabilizing the foundation soil. At the same time also assesses the impact of a method based on the total construction cost and compares the differences in the calculated price. On a specific contract, this work tries to show all the pros and cons of both types of foundations. Assigned values and findings are particularly important for potential investors who are dealing with the amount of their future costs to order a return on that investment. The work shows differences in competitive tendering prices, prices calculated using BUILDpowerS, the amount of the grant awarded and consequently the difference in price determined in accordance with the existing legislation, which will have a contract after its completion and the price calculated.
