The goal of the thesis is creating marketing strategy of small intuitive driven family business. Small and medium sized entities where Sprint belongs, have defined marketing strategy rarely. Therefore marketing strategy and its implementation into the management is big competitive advantage. Theoretic part of the thesis includes strategic analysis of external and internal environment of the enterprise which is summarized by SWOT analysis. Marketing strategy based on strategic analysis conclusions is defined in several areas: main marketing goals, human resources, product portfolio, price, distribution and communication.

Magistro darbo tikslas - siekiant didesnio organizacijos efektyvumo nustatyti Bendrojo vertinimo modelio (BVM) taikymo VšĮ ,,Šiaulių donoras“ galimybes. Tikslui realizuoti pasirinkti tyrimo metodai: su darbo tema susijusių Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų, kitų teisės aktų, reglamentuojančių viešajį administravimą, nevyriausybines organizacijas, neatlygintiną donorystę bei Lietuvos mokslininkų publikacijų analizė, išorinės aplinkos analizė (PEST), interviu. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojami kokybės vadybos metodų taikymo ypatumai viešajame sektoriuje nevyriausybinių organizacijų aspektu. Magistro darbe nagrinėjami BVM diegimo viešojo administravimo institucijose pagrindiniai ypatumai, atskleidžiami BVM įgyvendinimo probleminiai aspektai. Tyrimo rezultatuose analizuojama išorinės aplinkos veiksnių įtaka bei BVM diegimo galimybės VšĮ „Šiaulių donoras“ įstaigos veikloje. Tyrimas atskleidė pagrindines galimybes ir grėsmes kylančias iš aplinkos bei VšĮ „Šiaulių donoras“ įstaigos kokybės lygį, vadybos kokybės žinias ir kompetencijas, vizijas bei perspektyvas siekiant efektyvesnės įstaigos paslaugų kokybės ir geresnių veiklos rezultatų rodiklių. / Master's thesis purpose - to indentify opportunities for greater organizational efficiency and the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) to VšĮ ,,Šiaulių donoras“ options. To realize the purpose investigation methods were selected: relevant to job laws oft he Republic of Lithuania, the laws governing public administration, non-governmental organizations, unpaid blood donations and the Lithuanian scientific publication sanalysis, external environmental analysis (PEST) and interview. In theoretical chapter features of quality management applications to aspects of non-governmental organizations in public sector are analyzed. In Master's thesis features of CAF integrating into public administration institutions are written, problemic aspects of realizing CAF are mentioned. In investigation rezults an influence of external enviroment and CAF opportunities in VšĮ „Šiaulių donoras“ actyvity are analyzed. The study explains main opportunities and threats which goes from outside and quality level of VšĮ „Šiaulių donoras“ , also quality management skills and competencies, visions and perspectives for more efficient institution service quality and better rates of activity rezults.

Esta dissertação se propõe a um estudo aplicado às indústrias moveleiras do segmento de fabricação de móveis planejados, associadas à MOVERGS (Associação das Industrias de Móveis do Rio Grande do Sul) e que atuam junto ao mercado consumidor através de rede de lojas exclusivas ou especializadas, no intuito de traçar um diagnóstico, mediante aplicação de pesquisa, sobre como este segmento do ramo moveleiro se encontra com relação aos requisitos organizacionais necessários para monitoramento de seu ambiente pertinente. O universo desta pesquisa foi selecionado em conjunto com a entidade MOVERGS, conforme critério de importância dentro deste segmento, para que as empresas relevantes deste segmento fossem contempladas. Os estudos que serão apresentados a partir da compilação de diferentes correntes de pesquisa e autores sobre a importância da tomada de decisão com base em informações advindas do monitoramento do ambiente, importantes para trabalhar o tema inteligência dentro das empresas. Este trabalho propõe-se realizar um estudo sobre monitoramento de ambiente, com enfoque no quanto as empresas estão preparadas para sistematizar a atividade de inteligência, em especial com foco na percepção, seleção, obtenção, análise e interpretação coletiva das informações do ambiente externo. Esta espiral de captação, análise e utilização fomenta o amadurecimento da organização para níveis de entendimento e aplicação da Inteligência. A motivação para este estudo vem da observação dos movimentos que o setor moveleiro apresenta quanto à fragilidade na atuação com o mercado consumidor, onde nos últimos anos iniciou-se um processo de fechamento de lojas que representam os fabricantes nas ações de comercialização, o que vem expondo as marcas a situações de abalo de imagem, construída com muito esforço ao longo da trajetória de atuação. O estudo permitiu identificar que o setor ainda está pouco maduro em relação à capacidade de sistematizar processos que potencializem a capacidade de antever situações que auxiliem na tomada de decisões relevantes e de impacto para a continuidade dos negócios. Foi possível observar também, como resultado da aplicação da pesquisa, a existência de lacuna, logo, um grande espaço para promover entendimento e sensibilização que pode ser desenvolvido por iniciativas de interesses dentro do segmento. / This paper proposes a study applied to the furniture industry manufacturing segment of customized furniture, associated with MOVERGS (Association of Furniture Industries of Rio Grande do Sul) and working with the consumer market through network exclusive or specialty stores, in order to draw a diagnosis, by applying research on this segment of the furniture industry is in relation to organizational requirements for monitoring its relevant environment. The universe of this research was selected in conjunction with the MOVERGS entity as criterion of importance within this segment, so that the relevant companies in this segment were observed. The studies will be presented from the compilation of different streams of research and authors about the importance of decision making based on information coming from the environmental monitoring, important to work the theme intelligence within companies. This work proposes to carry out a study on environmental monitoring, focusing on how companies are prepared to systematize the intelligence activity, especially focusing on the perception, selection, acquisition, analysis and interpretation of the collective information from the external environment. This spiral of capture, analysis and use fosters the organization's maturing to levels of understanding and application of intelligence. The motivation for this study comes from the observation of the movements that the furniture sector shows the fragility in acting with the consumer market, which in recent years began a store closing process representing manufacturers in selling shares, which comes exposing the brand image of shock situations, constructed with great effort along the path of intense activity. The subject of this thesis is description and evaluation the situation of the selected company in the market environment. The base of thesis is characteristic of the basic internal analyses of the business entity and external analyses of the business environment and their application on any selected company. The thesis includes description of selected company, analysis of their external environment including Porter's five forces model, competitor analysis, analysis of attractiveness of the branch and STEP analysis. The internal analyses are applied by SWOT analysis, portfolio analysis and SPACE analysis. In the end of thesis is suggest of opportunity drawing funds from the European Union and so improve market position.

A ESAG faz parte da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) e oferece cursos de graduação em Administração, Administração Pública e Ciências Econômicas, sendo que, possui duas unidades, uma em Florianópolis e outra em Balneário Camboriu. Para a investigação, delineou-se a pesquisa a partir de um estudo de caso. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de entrevistas em profundidade, consulta de documentos da organização, leis, diretrizes, resoluções. Permitiu-se, com isso, estabelecer a análise dos dados, efetuada de forma histórico-interpretativo, de acordo com a abordagem qualitativa adotada, embasada na Pesquisa Direta. Com isso, foi possível fazer uma análise dinâmica e simultânea dos fatos ocorridos no período estudado. Foi, através disso, que conseguiu-se identificar eventos críticos, divididos em quatro períodos estratégicos na análise da Adaptação Estratégica, sendo que, nos momentos estudados, percebeu-se a forte influência da gestão e do ambiente externo no processo de adaptação estratégica, de modo que, os fatores externos, foram determinantes nas mudanças e no processo de adaptação estratégico sofrido pela Organização

Omvärldsanalys delight : En studie av hur små till medelstora företag kan få igång ett omvärldsanalysarbete

Syftet med uppsatsen är att kunna erbjuda små till medelstora företag förslag på lämpliga modeller och IT-stöd att använda till omvärldsanalys. Genom att föreslå modeller och IT-stöd samt hur de används kan företag upprätta ett omvärldsanalysarbete utan att hyra in extern hjälp. Större företag har ofta en större budget och även resurser som aktivt arbetar med att bevaka omvärlden. Den sortens resurser finns inte i mindre företag eftersom kostnaden att hyra in konsulter för hjälp med omvärldsanalysarbete är för hög. Det i kombination med att kunskap saknas om hur ett omvärldsanalysarbete kan genomföras resulterar i att det ofta inte blir av. Fyra omvärldsanalysmodeller valdes ut och testades vid workshoppar på två olika företag. Vid sidan av det har kompletterande intervjuer genomförts på tre företag samt att en studie av lämpliga IT-stöd för omvärldsbevakning upprättats. Undersökningen visade att en manual är den mest lämpliga presentationsformen för hur små till medelstora företag kan använda sig av utvalda modeller och IT-stöd vilket skulle bidra till att de inte behöver hyra in extern hjälp för att starta ett omvärldsanalysarbete. I manualen framgår också vilka omvärldsanalysmodeller och IT-stöd som funnits mest lämpliga för små till medelstora företag. / The purpose of this thesis is to offer models and IT-supportive tools for external business intelligence for smaller to medium sized businesses. Larger businesses often have more funds and resources that continuously work to monitor the surrounding environment. However, due to the fact that small businesses lack the time and knowledge to investigate external business intelligence sufficiently, and lack appropriate funds to hire a consultant, as they are too expensive, smaller businesses rarely ever have access to these resources. Four models for external business intelligence were chosen and tested in workshops with two different companies, three different companies were approached and participated in interviews, and a study on useful IT-supporting tools for external business intelligence was conducted. The study has shown that the most suitable way to display models and IT-supportive tools is with a manual that would assist smaller to medium sized businesses with external business intelligence without the need to hire external assistance.

L’innovation est devenue d’une nécessité vitale pour la firme afin de s’adapter à un environnement en changement perpétuel. La théorie évolutionniste a mis en exergue le rôle des compétences en matière d’analyse de la firme. Des compétences spécifiques sont ainsi indispensables à la réalisation des projets d’innovation.Selon cette théorie, les compétences internes occupent une place primordiale au sein de la firme mais elles sont parfois insuffisantes à l’entreprise pour innover ; ce qui nécessite de faire appel à l’environnement externe. Outre que les compétences employées en interne, les compétences peuvent être acquises de l’externe à travers des travailleurs indépendants ou par l’intermédiaire des relations de coopération. En mobilisant un cadre d’analyse évolutionniste soutenu par des éléments de la théorie des compétences, nous cherchons à déterminer les facteurs impactant la propension à innover des firmes française tout en soulignant l’influence des compétences employées en interne ou issues de l’extérieur sur la probabilité de s’engager dans des activités d’innovation.Dans cette lignée, nous évoquons d’abord les approches théoriques de l’innovation pour ensuite souligner l’importance des compétences de l’entreprise et de son personnel et la nécessité d’entretenir des accords de coopération pour des fins d’innovation.Pour compléter notre raisonnement nous s’aidons des analyses descriptives suivies par une analyse économétrique effectuée sur des données de l’enquête CIS 2010.L’achèvement de ce travail démontre que la probabilité de s’engager dans des activités d’innovation est affectée par des éléments issus de l’environnement interne et externe de la firme. / Innovation has become a vital need for the firm to deal with a continuously changing environment. Evolutionary theory has emphasized the role of competences in firm analysis. Therefore, specific competences are essential for the fulfillment of firms’ innovation activities.According to evolutionary theory, internal competences are central to the firm. Though, they can be sometimes insufficient for it to innovate. Thus, innovation requires from the firm to look for complementary external competences to reinforce those existing internally.Besides the competences used in-house, competences can be acquired externally through freelancers or cooperative relationships. Basing on an evolutionary analytical framework enhanced with elements of competence-based view, the main body of this thesis analyses the behavior of French companies in terms of innovation. In other words, we seek to determine the factors increasing the innovation capacity of firms while stressing the influence of competences used in-house or acquired externally on the probability for firms to engage in innovation projects.Within this scope, we first invoke different approaches of innovation and then emphasize the importance of firm competences and its staff in addition to their participation into cooperative agreements for innovation. To finalize our interpretation, we conduct a descriptive analysis followed by a study based on the survey data of Innovation CIS 2010. The results show that the probability for firms to engage in innovation activities is affected by elements from the internal and external environment of the firm.
