The specific objectives aimed to scale a generator group able of supplying, by anaerobic digestion, all the production of methane gas generated by biodigesters, currently installed in pig farming and turn it into electricity. The work was based on data collected in Ponta Verde s Pig Farming, located on the TETEI s farm, in the municipality of Goianápolis Goiás. The research was characterized as qualitative as it is mitigation of environmental damage, although supported by costs data. The data collection was established by direct observation and interviews with technicians and veterinarians of pig farming. It was done a quantitative research of animals in their various stages of maturation, calculating waste produced and the amount of gas generated by him. Also the costs of investments able to use all the biogas generated and the economic and financial evaluation of the project. The cost comparison between the use of new energy with conventional, shows that the new energy, will allow the swine producer a substantial economic gain, causing the pig farming is not susceptible to the vagaries of external energy, creating a better safety and guarantee in production. / O presente trabalho teve por finalidade desenvolver um estudo da viabilidade econômica do uso do biogás extraído dos dejetos da suinocultura como fonte de energia elétrica renovável. Os objetivos específicos visaram dimensionar um grupo gerador capaz de suprir, através da digestão anaeróbia, toda a produção do gás metano gerado pelos biodigestores, instalados na suinocultura e transformá-lo em energia elétrica. O trabalho teve como base dados coletados na Suinocultura Ponta Verde, localizada na fazenda TETEI, município de Goianápolis Goiás. A pesquisa foi caracterizada como qualitativa por tratar-se de mitigação de danos ambientais, embora apoiada em dados de custos. A coleta de dados foi estabelecida por observação direta no local e entrevistas com técnicos e veterinários da suinocultura. Foi realizado o levantamento do quantitativo de animais em suas diversas fases de maturação, do cálculo de dejetos produzidos e da quantidade de gás gerado por ele, além dos custos com investimentos capazes de utilizar todo o biogás gerado e a avaliação econômico-financeira do projeto. A comparação de custos entre a utilização da nova energia com a convencional mostra que esta possibilitará ao suinocultor um ganho econômico substancial, fazendo com que a suinocultura não seja suscetível às incertezas de energia externa, possibilitando segurança e garantia na produção.

Theoretical part of the thesis consists of chapters which deal with values and motivation that influence people in their lifestyle. Next part focuses on men working in helping professions and their reasons for choosing this profession. Last but not least, the thesis defines the issues of gender. The aim of this thesis is to ascertain men's motivation for university studies of social work at Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice (ZSF JCU). The attitude of these men to the studies is pointed out as well. The thesis aims to find out whether men studying this field of study want to be employed in this field. The research question set for this aim is: What are the men's main reasons for choosing the study of social work? The qualitative strategy of research was used to process the theoretical part of thesis. It was implemented by means of methods of questioning by semi-structured interview. Analysis of data was evaluated by means of grounded theory method. The sample consisted of 8 communication partners, who study or studied Social work in public administration at ZSF JCU. The research shows that men are motivated to the studies by desire to help and contact with other people. Equally, achievement of university education played an important role for their decision. They consider the degree to be a useful tool for finding employment. Men evaluated the study of social work, which resulted in a decision whether they would like to work in social service after their studies. The findings can be useful for management and teachers of the field of study of social work since the results can provide an overview of students' motives for studying social work. Teachers can use these findings for reflection on new ways how to motivate potential students of social work. The thesis can be a benefit of field of social work, which gets an overview of students' point of view on finding employment within social services.

This master thesis deals with the proposal to increase sales of single portion ice cream desserts of the company ABC Ltd. on the market in the Czech Republic. First of all, this thesis treats with analyse of various activities of the company and their evaluation with the aid of analytical methods. Second of all, problematic parts are selected and there are proposals submitted for their solution in the proposal chapter. As result of this master thesis is evaluation of benefits of proposed solutions for the year 2016 and their comparison with expenses and overall recommendation.

Este documento presenta un trabajo de investigación que tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad de un proyecto de expansión para el centro de entretenimiento Magic Zone, el cual ofrece juegos y talleres artísticos para niños menores a 6 años. Magic Zone brinda un servicio de entretenimiento y de actividades artísticas para niños menores a 6 años con juegos y talleres atractivos para el infante, y que cumple con las siguientes características: ubicado en un lugar estratégico, políticas de seguridad claramente establecidas para el cuidado de los menores, horarios acordes a la necesidad del cliente (apoderado), y profesional calificado tanto para el diseño frecuente del espacio con juegos en zonas de recreación como para el diseño de talleres. Estas dos últimas características solo las tienen negocios como centros de estimulación temprana, guarderías y nidos. Sin embargo, Magic Zone ha apostado por considerarlas a fin de lograr captar la atención de los niños y potenciar su deseo de realizar actividades de motricidad y creatividad. Actualmente, Magic Zone está ubicado en el distrito de Los Olivos, en un local con un layout distribuido solo en el primer piso y área geográfica construida de 120 m2, ubicado estratégicamente en la Av. Antúnez de Mayolo 1474 cerca a centros de educación inicial y condominios con familias que tienen hijos pequeños. La experiencia adquirida de Magic Zone en su primer año de operación, nos motivó a evaluar una propuesta de negocio para el crecimiento de nuevos centros de entretenimiento, con las mismas características de su primer local, en otros distritos de Lima Metropolitana, los cuales tienen mayor población de niños en el rango de 0 a 6 años (público objetivo) como son San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate, San Martín de Porres, Villa El Salvador y Comas, Se ha evaluado el mercado objetivo, los resultados del sondeo y el análisis financiero de los 5 distritos con mayor población, y se concluye que es conveniente desarrollar la expansión del centro de entretenimiento de Magic Zone solo en 4 distritos: San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate, Villa El Salvador y Comas, por tener mayor poder adquisitivo e indicadores financieros viables. No optamos por abrir un local en el distrito de San Martín de Porres porque la encuesta determinó que los clientes potenciales no estaban dispuestos a pagar el valor actual del servicio. Asimismo, podemos determinar a través de la evaluación financiera realizada para cada distrito que en el en distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho obtuvimos el mayor VAN con S/. 54,929.25 soles, que respalda la viabilidad de la propuesta de extender la empresa en este distrito y con un TIR de 73.66%. En el caso del distrito de Ate, los resultados que respaldan la viabilidad del proyecto son de S/. 54,274.38 para el VAN y 71.81% para el TIR. Por otro lado, en el distrito de Comas y Villa el Salvador, se obtuvo un VAN de S/. 52,964.63 y S/. 53,619.51 respectivamente y un TIR de 68.30% en Comas y un 70.02% en el distrito de Villa el Salvador. En conclusión, por el proyecto global obtenemos un VAN y TIR de S/ 215,787.77 y 70.91%, este resultado positivo del VAN demuestra que el proyecto de expansión propuesto para Magic Zone, es viable y sostenible financieramente. / This document presents a project for the expansion of an entertainment center for children up to 6 years old, which is currently operating in Los Olivos district, in Lima, Peru. An entertainment center is a business model that provides recreation, entertainment, and hobby services for children. The service includes a space with a wide variety of games for motor activities. This type of service is demanded by families that look for a clean, close, safe and with a variety of entertainment options for their children. Currently, entertainment centers have been located within shopping centers as one more store offering services. Unlike the traditional entertainment center model located in shopping centers, this project evaluates the option of installing this business model outside the Shopping Centers and concludes the feasibility of doing so in four of the most populated districts of the city of Lima. / Trabajo de investigación

La presente investigación se realiza con la finalidad de poder diseñar una planta productora de vinagre a partir de la uva de descarte, por lo cual se consideraron tres objetivos principales, en el primero se determinó la demanda del producto a través de un estudio de mercado teniendo en cuenta la producción nacional e importación del vinagre y considerando un porcentaje del 35% de la demanda proyectada, así mismo se estableció el precio del producto el cual será de $/1,07/litro, siendo aproximadamente S/4,12/litro, el segundo objetivo consistió en realizar un estudio técnicotecnológico, para ello se realizó el análisis de manera macro y micro, dando como resultado que la planta estará ubicada en la región de Ica y el área que se va requerir es de 2,155,46 m, finalmente para el tercer objetivo se realizó la evaluación económico financiera considerando los costos y gastos del proyecto, en el cual se obtuvo un TIR de 40,16% y un VAN de S/611 321 soles, demostrando así la rentabilidad y viabilidad del proyecto. / The present investigation is carried out with the purpose of being able to design a vinegar production plant from discarded grapes, for which three main objectives were considered, in the first the demand for the product was determined through a market study having Taking into account the national production and importation of vinegar and considering a percentage of 35% of the projected demand, the price of the product was also established, which will be $/1.06/liter, being approximately S/4.12/liter. , the second objective was to carry out a technical-technological study, for which the analysis was carried out in a macro and micro way, resulting in the plant being located in the Ica region and the area that will be required is 2,155, 46 m2, finally for the third objective, the financial economic evaluation was carried out considering the costs and expenses of the project, in which an IRR of 40,16% and a NPV of S/611 321 were obtained, thus demonstrating the profitability and viability ity of the project.

This thesis focuses on an assessment of the current information system in a small company followed by a plan proposal for its replacement. Main goal is to compare multiple different approaches to the process of implementing a new information system in a company and the use of methodical approach for their comparison. The result of this should be a recommendation to whether the information system should be replaced and if so, what will be the resulting gain for the company.

This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of efficiency and risks of project revitalization of production facilities. The core of the thesis is: a characterization of investment projects and their cycles, general approaches to economic evaluation of private projects, a description of general approaches to risk analysis of private projects. The last part of the thesis is created as a case study which is focused on an evaluation of efficiency and coordinating risks of a private investment project.

This diploma thesis deals with demolition of the motorway overpass. The bridge (overpass) is located over the D1 motorway from Prag to Brno at the 115,881 km. On the brigde runs the local comunication II/352 between villages Švábka and Měšín. The bridge demolition is part of the D1 renovation plan. The main reason behind the demolitions si that the bridge no longer meets it´s lenght requierments. During the demolition and construction will be any use of II/352 for public transport over the bulding site forbiden. This diploma thesis include technical report for construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of the project. Also the thesis deals with the selected technological regulations of carried out activities, timetable of controls and tests, trafice relationships on wider scale, a list of main building machines and mechanisms with their specification, a concept of the construction site, health and safety requlations, and in detail plans for realization of a road surface layers.
