Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a forma pela qual se dá a convivência entre as práticas relacionadas ao jornal impresso e ao webjornal, de modo a compreender a configuração da leitura jornalística contemporânea. Para tanto, tem-se como referencial a Teoria das Mediações de Martín-Barbero (2004), um aporte que se entende flexível o suficiente para acolher no âmbito dos Estudos Culturais um objeto tipicamente abordado nos domínios da Cibercultura. Tendo como objeto empírico o portal Zerohora.com, a presente pesquisa está estruturada em dois eixos de análise: um diacrônico (jornal impresso → jornal digital), preocupado em identificar rupturas e continuidades entre essas modalidades jornalísticas, e outro sincrônico (tecnicidades → ritualidades), destinado a examinar como as transformações que a tecnologia efetua nas linguagens e formatos, nas relações espaço-temporais e nas relações socioculturais são incorporadas no cotidiano dos leitores. Os dados que alimentam ambos os vetores de investigação foram coletados por entrevistas etnográficas. Como resultados, expõe-se uma série de práticas relativas a seis categorias analíticas: coordenadas de leitura, preferências de suporte, formas de participação, percursos de leitura, usos de multimídia e modos de atualização – traços que balizam, por fim, a proposição de uma tipologia de leitura. / The objective of this study is to analyse the way practices related to print newspaper and online newspaper coexist, so as to comprehend the configuration of the contemporary journalistic reading. In order to do so, the Mediation Theory of Martín-Barbero (2004) was taken as reference, a contribution considered to be flexible enough to accept within the scope of Cultural Studies an object typically approached in Cyberculture domains. The present research ellected as empirical object Zerohora.com portal and was structured in two axes of analysis. A diachronic axis (print newspaper → digital newspaper), which was concerned with identifying ruptures and continuities between these two journalistic modalities; and a synchronic axis (technicalities → rituals), which was destined to examine how changes made by technology on languages and formats, in space-time and sociocultural relations were incorporated into the readers‘ everyday lives. The data that fed both vectors of investigation were collected by ethnographic interviews. The results are presented as a series of practices related to six analytical categories: reading coordinates, support preferences, reading pathways, participation forms, uses of multimedia resources and ways of updating – lines which finally delimited the proposition of a reading typology.

A proposta desta dissertação é a análise da influência das distorções harmônicas (tensões e correntes) e desequilíbrios (tensões) nos erros de medição de energia elétrica ativa em medidores eletrônicos trifásicos. Estes equipamentos são normalmente projetados para atuarem com condições ideais de freqüência constante, formas de onda de tensão e corrente senoidais e em sistemas equilibrados. Condições estas, que não refletem a realidade das redes de distribuição de energia elétrica. Para a realização da análise dos equipamentos selecionados, submetidos aos efeitos das componentes harmônicas nas tensões e correntes, inclusive desequilíbrios de tensões, montou-se um arranjo padrão de medição, onde foram ensaiados os medidores submetidos a estes distúrbios, sob as mesmas condições laboratoriais, considerando-se três repetições para cada amostra selecionada. As distorções harmônicas de tensões e correntes, aplicadas nos ensaios, foram obtidas por medições em consumidores em ramais de distribuição com características industrial, comercial, rural e residencial, e, os desequilíbrios de tensões admitidos para ensaios foram de 3% (limite atual) e de 5%, considerando-se determinados cenários de um sistema de distribuição real de uma concessionária de energia elétrica. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Considering the constant changes that have been occurring in the electric energy distribution scenery, due to the great improvements of the power electronics devices and non linear loads installed in the system, there are several studies developed in order to analyze and diagnosis the effects of these changes, and how much these loads affect the equipments installed on the distribution systems. The proposal of this research is to analyze the influence the harmonic contents (voltage and current) and unbalances (voltage) in the systems on the measurement errors of the active electric energy using three-phase electronic meters. These equipments are usually designed to operate on ideal conditions with constant frequency, sinusoidal voltage and current waveforms, and balanced system. However, these conditions are not the reality of the electric energy distribution systems. The procedures for the measurements, considering the selected samples of the electronics meters under influence of current and voltage harmonic contents, and voltage unbalances, were based on a measurement set-up established for testing, in the same conditions, all the selected samples considering its three repetitions. The harmonic voltage and current contents, applied in the tests, were obtained by measurements in consumers with different load characteristics (industrial, commercial, rural and residential), and the admitted voltage unbalances were of 3% (actual limit imposed by standards) and 5%, considering real cases of an electric energy distribution system of an utilities. The results are summarized in tables and figures, and the analyses of the errors are presented considering comparisons with a standard of measurement composed by an energy analyzer, with accuracy of 0.1% for voltages and currents, and, 0.2% for active power, considering the range of 60Hz until 1kHz. On 5 June 2017, the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Duško Marković, deposited the instrument of accession to the North Atlantic Treaty of Montenegro in Washington DC, making the accession of this country to the Atlantic Alliance official. Montenegro, one of the smallest of the post-Yugoslav Western Balkans republics, was thus welcomed into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization as its 29th member. This thesis analyzes the process Montenegro has been undergoing throughout its path to NATO accession and the underlying conditions which have impacted this process. It argues that the relationship between Montenegro and NATO, which started in the early 2000's and has been revolving primarily on the integration process, which started soon after the independence of the country in 2006. This integration process has profoundly modified the security and defense sectors in Montenegro, has impacted the politics of the country and is embedded within what has been a larger strategic approach of NATO to the Western Balkans and Central and Eastern Europe in general. The Montenegrin integration process, as analyzed in this thesis, is considered to have revolved around three dynamics. The thesis is devoted to marketing study of the tourist destination Kutna Hora. It defines basic terms about destination marketing - marketing analysis, market segmentation, marketing strategy, marketing mix and implementation plan together with the control. A marketing study is concerned in the particular destination of Kutna Hora. After an introducing of a destination Kutna Hora is made an analysis of the destination background. The thesis is primarily focused on the Italian Court in Kutna Hora. Furthermore there is made an analysis of a visit rate of historical buildings in the city. The conclusion summarizes the major gaps and barriers to the development of the tourism with offering other possible solutions.

Este trabalho tem como finalidade a análise e interpretação da narrativa A hora dos ruminantes, de José J. Veiga. O objetivo é identificar no enredo a representação de indícios da chegada de um novo momento histórico no Centro-Oeste brasileiro em meados do século passado, ao mesmo tempo em que se procura atentar para certa inovação formal na configuração dessa matéria local em processo de mudança. Essa inovação se dá pela intromissão de um elemento insólito numa narrativa cujo percurso é de característica realista. O elemento insólito é aqui interpretado não como um recurso ao fantástico e sim como um recurso alegórico, com apoio na concepção benjaminiana de alegoria. Antes da análise da obra é feita uma sucinta retrospectiva de algumas narrativas do autor nas quais se procura indicar precedentes que justifiquem o argumento. Essa retrospectiva é útil também para uma melhor contextualização de A hora dos ruminantes na evolução técnica do escritor. / This work is focused on a careful examination and interpretation of the narrative written by José J. Veiga A hora dos ruminantes. The real aim of this essay is to identify in the plot some traces of the new historical moment coming in the Brazilian West-Center in mid past century. Meanwhile, a certain formal innovation in the arrangement of this local subject is in a changing process. The introduction of this new idea is caused by an unusual interference of an element in the narrative, which path takes into account some realistic features. Here the unusual element is seen not as an ability in dealing with the strange and unreal, but as an allegorical resource based in the benjaminian general conception of the allegory. A brief retrospective analysis is useful to understand a better contextualization of Veigas work A hora dos ruminantes in the whole authors technical evolution.

Considerando a massificação social e cultural, toma-se a personagem Macabéa como ponto central da análise, associando-a aos deslocamentos do sujeito ocorridos durante o período histórico, a partir do século XVIII até a atualidade. Uma vez que o contexto da obra possibilita formular um estudo acerca do movimento migratório, estabelece-se uma relação com a construção e desconstrução da identidade, por meio dos deslocamentos ocorridos em termos geográficos, sociais e culturais. A partir do sujeito pós-moderno que vive numa sociedade de consumo em forma de aldeia global, sustenta-se a hipótese de que o fenômeno da cultura de massa veiculada pela indústria cultural necessita ser estudado em sua particularidade e totalidade, evitando-se o lugar-comum de uma postura excludente e preconceituosa. Procura-se observar o sujeito envolvido nesse processo, como e por que isso ocorre. Conclui-se que a ausência da linguagem e a dificuldade em ser articulada pela personagem Macabéa consistem em alguns fatores que levam à massificação sociocultural e à impossibilidade de se construir uma identidade de forma consciente e livre. Contudo, há uma busca pela personagem, durante o itinerário narrativo, que culmina com a hora da sua morte, o momento em que se torna, metaforicamente, uma estrela. Nesse instante, Macabéa conhece a liberdade, a possibilidade da linguagem no silêncio e constrói/desconstrói sua existência, sua identidade. / Estudio sociocultural de la obra A hora da estrela de Clarice Lispector sobre el proceso de masificación de la industria cultural, discutiendo el descentramiento y la construcción de la identidad, envolviendo en un contrapunto el nuevo local de la cultura en tiempos de globalización. Considerando la masificación social y cultural, se toma el personaje Macabéa como punto central del análisis, asociándola a las dislocaciones del sujeto ocurrido durante el periodo histórico, a partir del siglo XVIII hasta la actualidad. Una vez que el contexto de la obra posibilita formular un estudio a cerca del movimiento migratorio, se establece una relación con la construcción y desconstrucción de la identidad, por medio de las dislocaciones ocurridas en términos geográficos, sociales y culturales. A partir del sujeto posmoderno que vive en una sociedad de consumo en forma de aldea global, se sostiene la hipótesis de que el fenómeno de la cultura de masa difundida por la industria cultural necesita ser estudiada en su particularidad y totalidad, evitándose el lugar común de una postura excluyente y preconceptuosa. Buscase observar el sujeto envuelto en ese proceso, como y por que eso ocurre. Se concluye que la ausencia del lenguaje y la dificultad en ser articulada por el personaje Macabéa consisten en algunos factores que llevan a la masificación sociocultural y a la imposibilidad de construir una identidad de forma conciente y libre. Con todo, hay una busca por el personaje, durante el itinerario narrativo, que culmina con la hora de su muerte, el momento en que tornase, metafóricamente, una estrella. En ese instante, Macabéa conoce la libertad, la posibilidad del lenguaje en el silencio y construye/desconstruye su existencia, su identidad.

Thesis is about The Czech Social Democratic Party and its activities between 1989 and 1998 focusing on those happening in Kutna Hora district. The aim is to introduce not so well known topic in a comprehensive way - motions of Kutna Hora executive district committee together with descriptions of peoples' personal lives acting in the field of Czech Social Democratic Party. National development of the Czech Social Democratic Party and its influence on Kutna Hora executive district committee has been described. The methods used in processing of this thesis were: exploration of the archival documents, literature research focused on the topic and oral history. Summary of Kutna Hora executive district committee activities as well as reminder of people who were important for the history of Kutna Hora' s Czech Social Democratic Party is, in my opinion, the merit of the thesis.
