This thesis deals with the institutions of leisure time of youth under age 18. The aim of this thesis is to find out, whether selected organization Youth home at SOŠ a SOU Praha Čakovice fulfills its public mission. The work is divided into two parts, to theoretical part and to research part. The theoretical part explains the particular concepts related to free time and importace of right ways of spending free time and also there is a description of individual institutions of leisure time by law. There search deals with the selected organization, its description, function and data analysis, especially of internal documents of the organization. The conclusion summarizes the results of the work. There are suggested recommendations for the organization according to the results.

The subject of this thesis is the phenomenon of time within the context of acting. The main aim is to identifiy different dimensions of the categories of time in a diversity of theater plays. The essence of this thesis is to demonstrate the importance of actor's perception of this phenomenon and it's practical use in the course of rehearsal. Finally, the principal is the interception of time from many different points of view and it also emphasis its function in particular performances

The purpose of this thesis is to compare a different conception of time in Kant's and Bergson's work and demonstrate the role of their conceptions within their philosophical projects. Time in Kant's work is both a pure a priori intuition represented as an infinite multitude of a priori successive moments and a form in which an empirical manifold appears. Manifold of pure intuition of time is united by an act of understanding and its objective unity makes synthetic a priori knowledge possible. Bergson, on the other hand, stood up against the idea of infinite divisibility of a time line. Homogenous time of mathematics considers only atemporal moments and it cannot conceive a temporal interval having time duration between two points. A pure duration therefore has to be a heterogeneous development of specific time matter, not a homogenous form in which empirical matter is quantitatively ordered as if it were without change and as an external part of change. Unity of time is therefore not quantitative but qualitative. Heterogeneous development is also on many levels permeated with homogeneity. The thesis deals with geocaching as a new leisure activity. Within a few years, geocaching gained a great deal of supporters worldwide and their number is rapidly growing. This trend brings the number of side effects, which makes geocaching as a subject of multidisciplinary research. On the thesis geocaching is evaluated especially in relation to tourism and leisure time theory. The thesis provides a qualitative assessment of geocaching and spatial distribution within the Czech Republic. There are also evaluated limits and possibilities of development of this activity and studied the influence of geocaching on the environment. The thesis presents analysis of current practice and attitude of the two actors of regional development in relation to geocaching - Czech regions and representatives of specially protected areas. They are suggested ways, how could be geocaching used in desired development of areas where it is operated.

The thesis focuses on intercultural comparison of temporality models. The time in this research is being examined as a social-cultural category: as the basic component of the social system determining its entire dynamics and serving the purpose of organization and synchronization of its inner components. It intends to capture the cultural function of temporality model, its connection with the economical, historical, cosmological and religious system of the society and with its inner stratification. The focal point of the thesis lies in the comparison of the cyclical temporality models (as we find them among the indigenous nations and archaic cultures) with linear quantitative models of time within the modern societies (especially the Western civilization) and with comparative examination of the "sources" and "purposes" of time in both cultural types. This thesis deals with nitrogen ions, i. e. nitrite and ammonia nitrogen in samples of natural waters and the stability of the resulting values. The theoretical part includes list of determination methods of nitrogen in aquatic environment. The practical part contains results of nitrogen ions concentration in chosen water samples and in standards. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of conservation reagents used to determine nitrogen ions on the final value and changes in these resulting values in a time depending on the analysis. Selected determination of nitrogen ions in natural water samples were performed from June 2014 to April 2015. Consequently the values were graphically processed and evaluated. A conservation reagent affects the resulting values only for the determination of ammonium ions. Stability of measured ion concentration of nitrogen in water samples is at least two hours, even with ammonium nitrate nitrogen it can be extended by conservation cold of samples.

Time and its reflection in law This diploma thesis deals with the reflection of time in law. The goal is to capture how time is projected into civil law in regard to the applicable legislation. The thesis is divided into eight chapters, first four of them being general treatises, starting with the fifth chapter and continuing further, all of them are focused on specific one law institution related to time. In the first, general chapter time is defined as a legal event, the difference between time and period is discussed, mandatory principles for this legal area are mentioned, such as principle vigilantibus iura scripta sunt or the principle of honesty. In the part that focuses on specific institutions, are gradually discussed the terms limitation (weakening of a right), lapse (extinguishment of a right), prescription and determination of time. The principle of each institution is discussed first, followed by its characteristics, the difference between the specific institution and other institution and its role in the life of adressees of legal norms. The most thoroughly discussed is the term of limitation with the accent on the essence of this institution, followed by its legal construction, characteristical signs, consequences of vain expiration of the limitation of time, the group of laws that...

The aim of my diploma thesis is an interpretation of the above-mentioned novel whereas I concern on the specifications of time and space. Further I will think of the novel is meaning itself from the point of view of the sense of human doing.
