Šiame magistro darbe analizuojama kreditų draudimo sutartis, aptariama jos samprata, identifikuojami pagrindiniai sutarties reglamentavimo ypatumai, įvertinamas sutarties praktinis pritaikomumas kredito rizikos valdymo kontekste. Taip pat nustatomas kreditų draudimo sutarties santykis su kitais panašiais kredito rizikos valdymo instrumentais. Magistro darbas suskirstytas į skyrius ir poskyrius. Pirmajame skyriuje, siekiant apsibrėžti vartojamų sąvokų ribas bei išvengti dviprasmiškų vertinimų, pateikiama kredito draudimo veiklos samprata, apibrėžiamos pagrindinės su minėta veikla susijusios sąvokos. Antrajame magistro darbo skyriuje didžiausias dėmesys skiriamas kreditų draudimo sutarties turinio vertinimui. Trečiasis darbo skyrius skirtas įvertinti kreditų draudimo sutartį kaip vieną iš šiuolaikinių ir bene labiausiai paplitusių kredito rizikos valdymo priemonių. Bene svarbiausia šio skyriaus dalis- eksporto kreditų draudimo sutarties vertinimas. Minėtoji sutartis pateikiama kaip viena iš priemonių įveikti ekonomikos krizę. Paskutiniame- ketvirtajame- skyriuje didžiausias dėmesys skiriamas panašių į kreditų draudimo sutartį rizikos valdymo institutų analizei, jų vertinimui, santykio su kreditų draudimo sutartimi nustatymui. Apibendrinant galime pasakyti, kad šio magistro darbo tikslas buvo pateikti kredito draudimo sutartį per kredito rizikos valdymo prizmę, akcentuojant pagrindinius ypatumus bei iškylančias praktines problemas. / Credit insurance contract This Master's work contains the analysis of credit insurance contracts, discussions on of their concept, identification of the key regulatory features of contracts, and assessment of the practical application of contract in the context of credit risk management. It also determines the ratio of credit insurance contract with other similar credit risk management instruments. This Master's work is divided into chapters and subchapters. In the first chapter, in order to set the limitations for the definitions used, and to avoid ambiguous assessments, the concept of credit insurance activity is provided, and the main activities related to the above concept. The second chapter of the Master's work focuses on the evaluation of content of credit insurance contract. The third chapter is devoted to the evaluation the credit insurance contract as one of the modern and by far the most common credit risk management instruments. Perhaps the most important part of this chapter is the evaluation of export-credit insurance contract. The last, the fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of risk management tools similar to the credit insurance institution, their assessment and a determination of their relationship with the credit insurance contract. Daktaro disertacija siekia atsakyti į klausimą – kokie sunkumai kyla formuojant šeimos politiką Lietuvoje? Darbo tikslas - teoriškai ir empiriškai įvertinti formuojamos šeimos politikos adekvatumą šeimos pokyčiams Lietuvoje, atskleidžiant šeimos politikos formavimo problemas ir jų sprendimo būdus. Lietuvos šeimos politikos turinys analizuojamas šeimos statuso ir šeimos ir valstybės santykių apibrėžimo Lietuvos Konstitucijoje, konceptualių šeimos politikos pagrindų, apibrėžiančių šeimos politikos objektą, tikslus ir veiksmų kryptis ir ES prioritetinių veiklos krypčių integravimo nacionalinėje šeimos politikoje kontekste, taip pat analizuojama šeimos politikos priemonių sistema, sudaranti galimybes tėvams derinti darbą ir šeimos gyvenimą, lyginant ją su kitų Europos šalių priemonių sistemomis. The dissertation also presents the analysis of the outcomes of the quantitative research „Attitude to family“ by revealing the socio-cultural context of family policy formation, as well as the outcomes of the experts’ attitude toward the problems of family policy formation and the possibilities for the development of family policy. Finally the dissertation presents the model of a systematic approach towards family policy formation.
