Vnitropodnikové účetní předpisy a jejich problematika ve společnosti KOČÍ, a. s. / Intradepartmental Accounting Standards And Their Problems In The Company Kočí, a. s.KOŠATKOVÁ, Eliška January 2013 (has links)
The aim of the graduation theses was acquaintance with the problems of intradepartmental regulations. In the theoretical part was described what legislations we use when we create the intradepartmental regulations. Laws are the theoretical basis for the creation of the intradepartmental regulations. The first part of each intradepartmental direct is created by these laws. The intradepartmental adjustment forms the second part of each intradepartmental direction. Here is a procedure developed by the accounting entities. These rules are a complement of the legislative regulation. The accounting entity creates these rules where the law gives it space for the intradepartmental solution of this problem. The graduation theses concerned the intradepartmental regulations of the building company KOČÍ, Inc. These regulations haven?t been updated for a long time. They were in a very limited extent. Therefore, I examined their topicality and complexity. Then I made the modification and designed changes of existing intradepartmental directions.

Aproximace maticemi malé hodnosti a jejich aplikace / Approximations by low-rank matrices and their applicationsOutrata, Michal January 2018 (has links)
Consider the problem of solving a large system of linear algebraic equations, using the Krylov subspace methods. In order to find the solution efficiently, the system often needs to be preconditioned, i.e., transformed prior to the iterative scheme. A feature of the system that often enables fast solution with efficient preconditioners is the structural sparsity of the corresponding matrix. A recent development brought another and a slightly different phe- nomenon called the data sparsity. In contrast to the classical (structural) sparsity, the data sparsity refers to an uneven distribution of extractable information inside the matrix. In practice, the data sparsity of a matrix ty- pically means that its blocks can be successfully approximated by matrices of low rank. Naturally, this may significantly change the character of the numerical computations involving the matrix. The thesis focuses on finding ways to construct Cholesky-based preconditioners for the conjugate gradi- ent method to solve systems with symmetric and positive definite matrices, exploiting a combination of the data and structural sparsity. Methods to exploit the data sparsity are evolving very fast, influencing not only iterative solvers but direct solvers as well. Hierarchical schemes based on the data sparsity concepts can be derived...

Vliv nezaměstnanosti na psychiku člověka / THE UNEMPLOYMENT´S INFLUENCE OF A HUMAN MENTALL CONDITIONVITEŠNÍKOVÁ, Lucie January 2007 (has links)
The unemployment leads to a deprivation of basic needs. Seriousness of unemployment depends on the lenght of its duration. Long-term unemployment leads to the apathy and evokes a short-time thinking. One of the main targets of employment policy is reduction of a long - term unemployment. The method of questionary investigation was used to gather the information. There were two questionary forms, one of them for the employed and second one for the jobless informants. Both forms contained total of 16 questions. Questions in a form for the employed were aimed to a fear of a losing of the job and questions aimed to the spending of a leisure time. In questionary forms for the jobless were questions aimed to a spending of a leisure time and questions aimed to their tendency to find a job. The experimental set of the employed was formed by the inhabitants of Budweis in South Bohemia. Rate of the returned questionary forms was 98%. The experimental set of the unemployed was formed from the jobless people registered in employment office in Budweis. Rate of the returned questionaries reached 87%. In my work I wanted to refer about problems of the unemployment with regard to human mentall condition. The aim of my work was to evaluate if the unemployment influenced human mentall condition. I predicted three hypotheses. Hypothesis No.1: Groups of person with problematic use on the employment market have a fear of losing the job, was confirmed. Hypothesis No.2: The empleyed people are using their leisure time for their perosnal growth than the people unemployed for more than 6 months, was confirmed. Hypothesis No.3: The people unemployed for a period more than 6 months have a smaller interest to find a job than the people unemployed for the period of 6 months and less, was confirmed also. The thesis treats the unemployment´s influence of a human mentall condition. This work has personally for me an impact of getting a theoretical knowledge about studied topic. The results point-out the fact that the unemployment influence a leisure-time activities. Duration of the unemployment influences an interest to find a job and competence to the risk group of the employed leads to the fear of losing a job and to the fear of searching for a new job. Benefit of my thesis might be useful for the education at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies

Návrh přední časti trupu letounu TL-4000 a zástavby motoru / Design of fore part of fuselage and engine mounting of TL-4000 aircraftLöffelmann, František January 2014 (has links)
The thesis solves mounting of Continental IO-55ON to four-seat all composite aeroplane. Weight analysis of weights carried by engine mounting was done and loads of mounting and nose gear attached directly to mounting was computed according to CS-23 regulation. Mounting was designed based on affordable information about similar aeroplanes and it was sized due to Nastran/Patran system strength analysis. Further reinforcing of fire wall, engine covers and forms for their manufacture was suggested.

Strategie žákovských řešení úloh rovnicového typu ve 4. a 5. ročníku ZŠ / Strategy of students' problem solving equation type in the 4th and 5th grade of primary schoolJohánková, Renata January 2016 (has links)
Nowadays we can meet instead of the traditional approach to teaching math also Hejný method in schools. The aim of this thesis is to compare two groups of students (traditionally lead and lead by Hejný method) and their strategies for solving problems of the type of equation, and to compare how successful their solutions are. For the group which is taught traditionally, there were chosen the pupils in the 4th and 5th grade of primary school, who used to use the textbook of the series Alter. In the other group there were chosen pupils who use the textbooks by Hejný et al. Before the experiment there had been selected and formulated tasks for the experiment itself. A part of the experiment are also interviews with selected students. KEYWORDS strategy, successful strategy, non-successful strategy, transmisive and constructivistic way of teaching, the type of equation tasks, pupil's solution of the problem

Právní postavení České národní banky a její činnosti / Legal position of Czech National Bank and its activitiesFiala, Martin January 2016 (has links)
The topic of the final thesis is The Legal Status of the Czech National Bank and its Powers. Even though this topic is quite extensive, I have decided to focus on powers of the Czech National Bank with regards to the implementation of the directive establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms. In order to fulfill the topic and understand properly the current legal status of the CNB, I included the history of the CNB as well. Based on it, I set forth its status in Czech law with regards to the organizational structure, goals, powers or activities. Subsequently, I addressed the BRRD itself. The CNB obtains new scope of powers with regards to the directive that shall solve the Too big to fail doctrine. This doctrine was highly reflected in politics during the financial crisis in 2008, which begun in the USA after the bubble on a real estate market burst and irresponsible activities of investment banks were disclosed. The investment banks undertook higher risk than they were able to manage. After the bubble burst, consequences of fall of some investment banks would have been more serious than amount of money that was actually needed for bail-out. In order to limit such consequences in future, the BRRD was prepared to tackle this issue. The BRRD...

Analýza prístupu krajín strednej a východnej Európy k členstvu v bankovej únii / Analysis of the approaches of Central and Eastern European countries towards their membership in the Banking unionSamuelis, Tomáš January 2014 (has links)
The goal of this thesis is to analyze the approaches of countries in Central and Eastern European region towards their membership in the Banking Union. The selected topic has been investigated based on structural characteristics of the banking sectors of the impacted countries. The comparison of these characteristics resulted in identification of inconsistencies between the 2 standpoints (Opt-in and Opt-out). The thesis monitors the motivation of banks in choosing or changing the legal form of 'their' banks in host markets. The work identifies areas in which the host government can act to prevent banks from converting into branches, thus retaining the regulatory powers in local authorities. The thesis in the first 2 chapters maps the first and the second pillar of the Banking Union, Single Supervisory Mechanism and the Single Resolution Mechanism respectively. Furthermore, it summarizes the results of the European Central Bank in carrying out the Comprehensive Assessment exercise.

Ochrana spotřebitele v EU / Consumer protection in the European UnionVyleťalová, Tereza January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is focused on consumer protection in the European Union with a special emphasis on online shopping. The first section defines the term 'consumer protection', its development, institutional support, instruments and financing. Also, this part describes the digital market of the European Union, hindrances to the growth of online shopping as well as strategies which are created in order to form a digital single market in the European Union. The second section focuses on protection of personal data, alternative dispute resolutions, current legislation regarding consumers rights on internet and new proposals from the European Commission. The new proposals dominate the second part of this thesis and are discussed with an expert. A survey has been conducted to find out more about the Czech experience with problem solving when shopping online. Moreover, this thesis does not leave out court orders from the European Union´s Court of Justice which have led to the uniform application and interpretation of the consumer protection in the European Union.
