The aim of the thesis is to define motivational role of non-financial compensation means used in the foreign countries and the utilization of non-financial means for the middle level managers motivation in Lithuanian companies. The thesis gives answers to the following questions: what are the non-financial means used mostly in the foreign countries, what are the main purposes and motivational effect of it for the managers’ motivation. Thesis answers as well what are the most commonly used non-financial compensation means for middle level managers in large Lithuanian companies, what was the main reason to start this type of compensation and what are the main tasks of it. Information provided about non-financial compensation efficiency assessment and further perspectives within Lithuanian companies. The thesis consist of an introduction, formulation of the problem, review of literature, description of an empiric research and analysis of received data, summary, conclusion and practical interpretation for companies’ managers. The status of the non-financial means’ utilization in large Lithuanian companies was defined based on the survey of 94 companies. Valstybinėje šeimos politikos koncepcijoje įtvirtinto ir žiniasklaidos propaguojamo šeimos modelio santykis / Relation of family model consolidated in public family policy and propagated in mass media

Magistro baigiamojo darbo objektas – Lietuvos žiniasklaidoje propaguojamas šeimos modelis ir jo santykis su Valstybinėje šeimos politikos koncepcijoje (toliau tekste – Koncepcija) įtvirtinu šeimos modeliu. Darbo tikslas – nustatyti žiniasklaidos formuojamo požiūrio į šeimą, santuoką, vaikus, santuokines vertybes atitiktį Koncepcijai ir pateikti siūlymus keičiant žiniasklaidos turinį. Darbo uždaviniai – išsiaiškinti šeimos sampratos kaitą ir veiksnius; įvertinti žiniasklaidos įtaką visuomenei, poveikį jos turiniui; atlikus žiniasklaidos turinio analizę, nustatyti dažniausiai minimą šeimos, poros santykių modelį (sudėties prasme) ir vaikų turėjimo faktą ir gautus duomenis palyginti su Valstybinėje šeimos politikos koncepcijoje įtvirtintomis nuostatomis. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, prieita išvados, kad šeima transformuojasi, santuokos vertė mąžta. Šiuos procesus lemia įvairūs visuomenės vidiniai, struktūriniai, technologiniai ir kultūriniai pokyčiai. Analizuojant teorinę medžiagą apie žiniasklaidos daromą poveikį visuomenei, nustatyta, kad žiniasklaida daro poveikį. Ji gali įtakoti visuomenės ar atskirų individų nuomonių, nuostatų ir elgesio kitimą. Tačiau šis poveikis nėra vienodas. Jis priklauso nuo paties individo, kitų asmenų, aplinkos, socialinės ir ekonominės padėties ir kt. Žiniasklaidos daromas poveikis gali skirtis pagal poveikio paplitimą, pokyčius, laikotarpį ir intenciją siekiant tokio poveikio. Lygiai taip pat gali būti veikiamas ir žiniasklaidos turinys. Jam... Simultaneously it can be observable that opnion changes to the family, conjugality, intercourse of couple and children. The State and scientists rarely pay attention to the possible action of mass media in the processes of these problems and to the possible problem of discrepancy of content of mass media and objective of the State to strengthen the family and conjugality. Currently the attention to this point is set. The Object of the Research – to analyse the content of mass media of Lithuania. The Purpose of the Research – to identify how Lithuanian mass media correspond to family model defined in the State Family Policy Concept. The Task of the Research – to explore the content of mass media, to discover what model of family, model of intercourse and the fact of having children is often refered in the content of mass media and to compare the data of research with attitude defined in the State Family Policy Concept.
