Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjami organizacinės socializacijos bei ugdomojo vadovavimo teoriniai aspektai, analizuojama, kokie yra organizacinės socializacijos veiksniai, koks yra ugdomojo vadovavimo poveikis švietimo organizacijos personalui. Apžvelgta lietuvių bei užsienio autorių mokslinė literatūra. Darbo tikslas – nustatyti ugdomojo vadovavimo galimybes paveikti personalo socializaciją švietimo organizacijose. / In the master’s final paper the theoretical aspects of organizational socialization and coaching, the factors of organizational socialization, the influence of the coaching to the staff of the educational organization are analysed. The scientific literature of Lithuanian and foreign authors is overviewed. The aim of the paper is to identify the possibilities of the coaching to affect the socialization of the staff in educational organizations.
