The objective of this thesis is to critically evaluate difficulty of all steps needed to set up a kindergarten focused on German language. The thesis then questions the potential of this type of organization in Pilsen. The scale for the amount of potencial is based on a conducted survey targeted at pilsner parents with young children and their priorities when choosing a kindergarten. The evaluation arises also from the captures evaluating the project schedule, financial plan and expected amount of registered children. The theoretical part summarizes the geographical development in Czech Republic during the last periods and the legislation adjusting the establishment of a kindergarten. The practical part describes the concrete steps of the project from the very first thoughts to opening the kindergarten including the first two months of its operation.

Diploma thesis is processed in the form design documentation for constrution. New bulding of the kindergarten is situated in a cadastre unit of Blansko town. Building is located on a flat terrain.„T“ shaped building is designes as a double-storey in one part, second part of the building is single-story. A construction systém is bricked from ceramic block and it has no basement. The building is roofed by non-walkable flat roof. Part of the building is roofed by a ealkable flat terrace. A ceiling construction is made by hollow core slab. The kindergarten is consisted of three departmen, each for 20 children. There is a kizchen, offices, technical area and office for a logopedie in the building

Diploma thesis is a response to the current situation prevailing in the market of children preschool education when offer of kindergartens services is quite insufficient to demand for them and that created space for private kindergarten entry to this market. This diloma thesis deals with the conditions for the successful establishment and operation of the kindergarten, including an analysis of the business environment marketing plan financial plan and the steps for implementing the business plan.

The building area of Mr. Polach, which is containing the buildings Pantáta, Panímáma and Mariánka – is unused nowadays. A variety of public functions designed for residents and visitors is proposed for its renovation. The Pantáta, the oldest of the three, is designed for freetime activities. As a leisure time center, it would work not only as an extension of the art school in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, but also for other non-traditional activities for children and adults, for regular classes and single-time events and workshops, and thanks to the space possibilities of the main hall, also as the cultural center as well. The Panímáma building is designed as an alternative Waldorf type kindergarten, which, thanks to its unique location in the womb of nature, will surely attract a lot of interest. The last of the trio is Mariánka, which is ideal for the function of a tourist hostel, which is ideal in the area, because the function is currently demanded in the area and the current capacity is not sufficient. The thesis discusses the current phenomenon of ICT penetration in kindergarten. The author at first take into account the broader context of the issue of changing the role of educator role in postmodern society. After that discusses the process and organizational incorporation of selected courses aimed at training teachers in kindergartens in the area of ICT. The first chapter concludes with a broader, related to the use of ICT focused, analysis of intergenerational differences that determine the further development of educational policy and requirements for the education of children. The second chapter focuses on the issue of school readiness of a child, in particular a close look at the psychological profile of the individual according to his age and development of cognitive function in preoperative stage. It is therefore a basis with which to be reckoned with in the revision of existing knowledge and increased demands on the educational component of pre-school preparation. It is also pointed to specific foreign studies that deal with the question of the effectiveness of the involvement of ICT in teaching preschool children.
