This master thesis is based on a five-month research of a relationship between the children and material culture of a forest kindergarten. The main focus of the work is casted on the analysis of the significance of material objects during the children s information internalization by means of the sensual experience. The evocative role of concrete material items that are presented in everyday life of children in the forest kindergarten is shown in this thesis. The children senses are activated by material items and these items serve as an impulse for the children learning process. The work also contains an analysis of the important objects from the children s point of view. The conventional anthropological methods were used within the research in this master thesis - the participant observation in the forest kindergarten and the non-formal interviews with the kindergarten staff. Moreover, the picture analysis method was used to indentify the material items having an important role for the children in the forest kindergarten. The collected photodocumen- tation is employed to illustrate the specific environment and activities in the forest kindergarten. The main object of my diploma project is complex of schools in Czech city Ostrava on the place Černá louka (in English Black meadow). The plot is next to the city centre from one side, from the other side its in neighbourhood of nature across the river. At the moment the place is used as an gallery of miniatures. The whole area is mix of many functions, from living to shopping, market, gallery, theatre and many other. In 2010 there were a competition about Černá louka, a Dutch studio Maxwan won and designed a cultural cluster in the ring of buildings on Černá louka. They desided to place a school in our parcela, because its great connection between nature and city. I used this idea and worked on it. The main mass is composed by 5 objects - school, kindergarden, high school, gym and community centre. In the centre of whole complex there is a playground - it will play an active role in the daily life of schools. The gymnastics hall as such can perform as sqaure: a meeting place, a theatre, a room for ceremonies and festivals. At the same time it will form the connection between different functions of school.

The goal of my diploma work is to provide a detailed strategic analysis of a non-governmental and non-profit organization. The focus in the theoretical part is to describe all the necessary theoretical instruments. Hyperaktivita, o.s. is the subject of the practical part of my analysis. It is the only organisation in the Czech republic systematicaly addressing the issue of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)in young children. Their new project Firemní školka is a very promising way of supporting their main activities and further determines several strategic implications.

The goal of this thesis is to create a design documentation for a kindergarten. This building is situated in the city called Brtnice – more specifically in its newly established location Nová Čtvrť. The kindergarten has two floors. Walls of the first one are partly sunken under the surface level. Each floor is divided into an operating section and part for a preschool education. The building has a foundation made of plain concrete bands, built from an aerated concrete and has a flat roof. Following building project puts an emphasis on a spatial and architectonical layout, energy savings and overall safety.

The building has four separate units of kidgarden. External walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks. Basement masonry is made of the permanent concrete formwork. The roof of the building is designed as flat. Project documentation was prepared according to valid legal and technical regulation.

It is a new kindergarten in semi developed area. The building is located in Southern Bohemia in the village Strakonice. Kindergarten is divided to two buildings, the garden house and kindergarten. The building has only one floor and a without basement. In object kindergarten is the main building and two individual pavilions. In the main building is office for headmistress of the school, utility room, workshop, cloakroom for employees, store dirty laundry, food warehouses and food preparation and sanitary facilities. From the connecting corridors to get to the individual departments, where you can find children's cloakroom, toilet and washroom for children, isolation room, storage beds and bedding, office for teacher, WC for teacher, store toys and games room and place to relax for children. Pavilion A is the same as pavilion B, only mirrored. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete class C20/25. It is a brick structure of building system called LIVETHERM. Building has a flat roof and roof aisle also with slope 7 ° and 10 . Aisle roof is made of wooden glued trusses. Roofing is made up of modified bitumen belt. Built-up area is 947.6 square meters

This thesis suggests a method of how teaching pre-school children to ski. Project "how to teach children skiing with fun" was developed and based on age group characteristics and needs of the child. It also underlines that it is not important to teach the child skiing in a short period of time but to make a firm foundation for all kinds of physical movements that will be needed later for skiing and to create a positive attitude to skiing which in this age group works the best by playing games and having fun. This hypothesis was confirmed by results I gained during verifying my method in practise. Based on the test we can state that this method works very well in practise and the children engoyed it while having lots of fun. Generally,the purpose of this work was fulfilled and the obtained results should be a big asset in a theory of skiing and also in practise.
