The development of the social service for the disabled is inseparable part of the development of the common social service system. The disabled provided with stationary and non – stationary services by institutions of various jurisdictions. Stationary care is one of the most common forms of social service in Lithuania, which purpose is to create living conditions, which do not interfere with the human dignity and ensuring as far as possible a better quality of living for the caring necessary people by stimulating their ability to take care for themselves and to integrate themselves into society. This purpose urges the staff of the social care institution, which is also partly in charge of the patients’ mental health care, to apply not only universally but also scientifically based knowledge that enables to fulfil the expectations, wishes, well-being of the disabled and helps to ensure the high quality of treatment as well as properly balanced care service. The work purpose - to uncover the main work spheres of the different structure social care institutions and provided service possibilities, which the best satisfy the inhabitants’ requirements. Magistro darbo tikslas ištirti suaugusių žmonių su fizine negalia socialinę įtrauktį per technologinį ugdymą. Tyrimo objektas – suaugusiųjų neįgalių asmenų technologinis ugdymas. Šio darbo aktualumas - naujai pažvelgti į Lietuvos mokymo įstaigas. darbo rinkos mokymo centrus ir profesinio rengimo centrus, išsiaiškinti kokias įsidarbinimo ir karjeros galimybes turi neįgalieji, baigę mokymus pagal šias programas, kaip jų paruošimą ir pasiruošimą darbui vertina darbdaviai. Darbo uždaviniai: išsiaiškinti, kokios programos pritaikytos neįgaliųjų technologiniam mokymui, kokios įstaigos gali ugdyti neįgaliuosius, kokios profesinės karjeros galimybes. Empirinio tyrimo uždaviniai: išsiaiškinti suaugusių žmonių su fizine negalia technologijų rinkimosi motyvus, ištirti neįgaliųjų technologinio ugdymo ir profesinės karjeros galimybes, išsiaiškinti pedagogų, darbdavių požiūrį į neįgaliuosius. Atskleisti suaugusių žmonių su fizine negalia galimybes mokytis technologijų, panaudoti jas darbe ir asmeniniame gyvenime Atliekant tyrimą taikyti kokybiniai (interviu) ir kiekybiniai tyrimo metodai (anketinė apklausa). Kokybinio tyrimo duomenų interpretavimui pasitelktas kokybinės kontentinės analizės metodas. Object of the survey - technological education of disabled adult people. Relevance of the survey – to take a new look at institutions of education, Labor Market Training Centers, Vocational Training Centers in Lithuania, to investigate, what employment and career possibilities have disabled people after graduation of educational programs in these institutions, how the employers qualify preparation for job market. Problems of the survey: to investigate, what programs are adapted for technological education of disabled adults, what employment and career possibilities they have, which institutions are able educate disabled people. Problems of empirical survey: to investigate motives of choice technologic of disabled people, to investigate possibilities of technological education and career of disabled people, to investigate attitude of teachers and employers at disabled people, to discover the possibility of technologic learning by disabled people, and its’ application at work and for personal purposes.
