Объектом выпускной квалификационной работы является компания ООО «Авторапорт». Предметом исследования является информационная система компании ООО «Авторапорт». При выполнении данной работы использованы следующие методы: моделирование, синтез информации, сравнительный анализ, сбор документов. По результату внедрения CRM-системы «Битрикс 24» были достигнуты все цели и задачи. Внедрение «Битрикс 24» позволило повысить эффективность работы компании ООО «Авторапорт» благодаря расширению функциональности информационной системы компании, что в значительной мере увеличило качество и скорость работы сотрудников, повысило эффективность взаимодействий с клиентами, а также улучшило коммуникацию между работниками. / The object of the final qualifying work is the company Avtoraport LLC. The subject of the study is the information system of the company Autoraport LLC. When performing this work, the following methods were used: modeling, information synthesis, comparative analysis, document collection. As a result of the implementation of the Bitrix 24 CRM system, all goals and objectives were achieved. The implementation of Bitrix 24 made it possible to increase the efficiency of Avtoraport LLC by expanding the functionality of the company’s information system, which significantly increased the quality and speed of employees’ work, increased the efficiency of interactions with clients, and also improved communication between employees.

В 1-й главе изучены особенности единичного и мелкосерийного типа производства; изучены основы управления резервами производства, изучены подходы трёх концепций по управлению предприятием к управлению резервами. Во 2-й главе проведен анализ процесса производства продукции цеха №23 ПАО «Завод №9». В 3-й главе предложены мероприятия по мобилизации резервов производства продукции, рассчитана их экономическая эффективность; даны рекомендации по мобилизации резервов. / In the 1st chapter, the features of a single and small-scale type of production were studied; studied the basics of managing reserves of production, studied the approaches of three concepts for managing an enterprise to managing reserves. In the 2nd chapter, an analysis of the production process of workshop No. 23 of PJSC Plant No. 9 was carried out. The 3rd chapter proposes measures to mobilize product production reserves, their economic efficiency is calculated; recommendations for the mobilization of reserves are given.

Цель исследования – реализация проекта по автоматической проверки контрагентов с использованием современных технологий и методов машинного обучения, выявление проблем конкурентного окружения и разработка способов их решения. Исследование также направлено на определение эффективности такого проекта по автоматизации процесса по сравнению с ручными методами проверки контрагентов и определение его потенциальной экономической выгоды. Объект исследования: процесс автоматизации проверки контрагента на предприятии. Основными результатами работы являются выделенные текущие проблемы в процессе автоматизации проверки контрагента, разработанные пути их решения и собственный проект по автоматизации процесса. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в применении авторских предложений по совершенствованию процесса автоматизации проверки контрагента на предприятия. / The purpose of the study is to implement a project to automatically check counterparties using modern technologies and machine learning methods, identify problems in the competitive environment and develop ways to solve them. The study also aims to determine the effectiveness of such a project to automate the process compared to manual methods of verifying counterparties and determine its potential economic benefits. Object of study: the process of automating the verification of a counterparty at an enterprise. The main results of the work are the identified current problems in the process of automating the verification of a counterparty, developed ways to solve them and our own project to automate the process. The practical significance of the study lies in the application of the author’s proposals for improving the process of automating the verification of counterparties at enterprises.
