The third chapter assesses the effectiveness of investment in the project, its economic justification and the calculation of the effectiveness of the project. / Структура магистерской диссертации состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы. В первой главе рассмотрен анализ показателей социально-экономического развития региона. Во второй главе проведено технико-экономическое обоснование проекта. Процесс получения разрешения на строительство. Определение сметной стоимости строительства объекта недвижимости. В третьей главе произведена оценка эффективности инвестиций в проект, его экономическое обоснование и расчет эффективности проекта.
