Определение стержневых компетенций компании помогает понять потенциал её развития и создаёт основу для активного управления самыми ценными ресурсами компании. В работе определено понятие стержневой компетенции. Рассматривается идентификация стержневых компетенций в компании. Выявлены тенденции развития рынка услуг в области обеспечения безопасности труда. Изучены потребительские предпочтения. Произведена оценка компетенций команды сотрудников на примере многопрофильной организации Учебно-экспертный центр «Строитель». Предлагается методика формирования стержневой компетенции. Показаны результаты апробации предложенной методики на примере многопрофильной организации. / Definition of company’s core competences helps to understand potential of its development and provides basis of active management of the most valuable resources of the company. Сoncept of core competence is defined in the work. Identification of company’s core competence is considered. Tendencies in the development of the occupational safety and health services market belief is identified. Consumer preferences are studied. The competence of the team of employees was evaluated on the example of the multidisciplinary organization "Educational and Expert Center "Stroitel ". Methodology for identification company's core competencies is suggested. The results of testing of proposed methodology on multidisciplinary organization.

Рост штрафов, репутационные риски при несоблюдении требований охраны труда и промышленной безопасности, экономический ущерб от аварий и т.д. – это вызовы, стоящие перед энергокомпаниями. Переход России на риск-ориентированный подход к управлению охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью требует ввод новых методов управления в существующие бизнес-процессы. Цель диссертации – совершенствование действующих систем управления охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью в энергокомпании. Научная новизна предполагает: обобщение мирового опыта управления охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью в энергокомпаниях; оценку актуальных тенденций развития данной сферы; а также совершенствование существующих систем управления охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью для Филиала «Свердловский» ПАО «Т Плюс». Полученные результаты позволят Филиалу «Свердловский» поэтапно перейти на риск-ориентированный подход к управлению процессами не только в области охраны труда, но и промышленной безопасности и привести внутренние бизнес-процессы в этой сфере к требованиям вновь вводимых нормативных и законодательных актов России. / The growth of fines, reputational risks in case of non-compliance with the requirements of occupational health and industrial safety, economic loss from accidents, etc. – are the challenges facing energy companies. Russia's transition to a risk-oriented approach to occupational health and industrial safety management requires the introduction of new management methods into existing business processes. The aim of the dissertation is to improve the existing management systems of occupational and industrial safety in the energy company. The scientific novelty assumes: generalization of world experience of occupational and industrial safety management in energy companies; assessment of actual tendencies of this sphere; as well as improvement of existing systems of occupational and industrial safety management for Branch “Sverdlovskij” of PJSC “T Plus”. The obtained results will allow Branch “Sverdlovskij” to gradually move to a risk-oriented approach to managing processes not only in the field of occupational health safety, but also industrial safety and bring internal business processes in this area to the requirements of the newly introduced regulatory and legislative acts in Russia.

Объект исследования – система менеджмента безопасности труда и охраны здоровья АО «ИРМ». Цель данной работы является актуализация документации интегрированной системы менеджмента в соответствие с требованиями международного стандарта ISO 45001:2018. Методология проведения исследования – в работе использованы такие методы, как: изучение СМИ и литературы, анализ данных от предприятия, сравнение. Полученные результаты и их новизна – в работе раскрыта актуальная на сегодняшний день тема перехода предприятия на стандарт ISO 45001:2018. Новая версия стандарта была опубликована не так давно и вопрос перехода на новый стандарт является насущным для многих предприятий. В дипломной работе произведен сравнительный анализ прошлой и настоящей версии стандартов ISO 45001 и OHSAS 18001, что позволяет оценить предприятию возможные изменения в системе менеджмента безопасности труда и охраны здоровья. Область применения – при сертификации или ресертификации на стандарт ISO 45001:2018. Значимость работы – теоретическое и практические вопросы, исследуемые в работе, являются значимыми, так как затрагивают актуальную тему перехода на ISO 45001:2018. / The object of study is the management system for labor safety and health protection of JSC INM. The purpose of this work is to update the documentation of the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001:2018. The methodology of the study – the methods used are: the study of the media and literature, analysis of data from the enterprise, comparison. The results obtained and their novelty – the topic of the enterprise’s transition to the ISO 45001: 2018 standard is disclosed in the current work. A new version of the standard was published not so long ago and the issue of transition to a new standard is urgent for many enterprises. In the thesis, a comparative analysis of the past and present versions of the ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 standards is made, which allows the company to evaluate possible changes in the system of labor safety management and health protection. Scope – in the certification or recertification to the standard ISO 45001: 2018. Significance of the work – theoretical and practical issues studied in the work are significant, as they touch on the current topic of the transition to ISO 45001: 2018.
