Цель исследования – разработать методические основы анализа и управления стратегическим поведением акторов ювелирного рынка в условиях неопределенности внешней среды. Разработан методический подход к планированию мероприятий по стимулированию продаж, основанный на идеях акторно-сетевой теории, используемых для анализа поведения на основе модусов калькулирования акторов базовой сети «продавец – покупатель – посредник» с целью формирования предложения ювелирных изделий в качестве объекта инвестирования в условиях неопределенности. Предложенный подход позволит повысить уровень управленческой осознанности по проблемам построения доверия в сетях акторов, сформировать соответствующие управленческие решения по развитию компетенций товароведов ювелирного салона. / The purpose of the study is to develop methodological foundations for the analysis and management of the strategic behavior of the actors of the jewelry market in the face of uncertainty in the external environment. A methodical approach has been developed to planning sales promotion activities based on the ideas of the actor-network theory used to analyze behavior based on the calculation modes of the actors of the basic network "seller - buyer - intermediary" in order to form a proposal for jewelry as an investment object under conditions of uncertainty. The proposed approach will increase the level of managerial awareness of the problems of building trust in networks of actors, form appropriate managerial decisions to develop the competencies of jewelry store merchandisers.

Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the reserching of the methods of identifying the manipulations that undermine the effectiveness of the stock market. The subject of the research is the way of identifying manipulative transactions in the stock market of Russia. The main purpose of the research is the development of specific proposals and the selection of statistical methods relevant for the Russian stock market to improve the existing system of state control aimed at identifying various types and methods of manipulative trading in the stock market. In conclusion, practical steps for the strengthen of the stock market of the Russian Federation are formulated. / Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена изучению методов выявления манипуляций, подрывающих эффективность фондового рынка. Предметом исследования выступают методы выявления манипулятивных сделок на российском фондовом рынке. Основной целью исследования выступает разработка конкретных предложений и выбор статистических методов, релевантных для российского фондового рынка, для совершенствования существующей системы государственного контроля, направленной на выявление различных видов и способов манипулятивной торговли на фондовом рынке. В заключении сформулированы практические шаги по укреплению фондового рынка Российской Федерации.

Работа посвящена вопросам оптимизации процессов продаж на конкретном предприятии с использованием современных систем SAP. В ходе исследования был выполнен анализ наиболее известных информационных систем на рынке, с помощью которых можно оптимизировать процесс продаж, а также процессы предпродажных операций. Рассмотрены внедряемые системы для взаимодействия с клиентами компании с точки зрения продаж – SAP Sales Cloud и SAP S/4 HANA Sales, проанализировал слабые места компании и предоставил пути решения методом оптимизации процессов. В работе отражены выгоды от внедрения выбранного программного обеспечения. / The work is devoted to the optimization of sales processes at a particular enterprise using modern SAP systems. Цель исследования — разработка механизма оптимизации инфраструктуры электроэнергетического рынка Свердловской области. Теоретическая и практическая значимость исследования определяется его актуальностью для формирования системы устойчивого развития и надежного функционирования регионального энергетического рынка. Выдвинутые в диссертации теоретические положения и практические рекомендации могут быть использованы при совершенствовании системы управления инфраструктурой электроэнергетического бизнеса Свердловской области. The growing investing interest in real estate in Russian market economy has led to the emergence and development of a new type of active investment and construction activities – development, which was related to the realizing of investment projects. The development of the market real estate services should be directed to the elimination of problems in the sphere of development of commercial real estate, which include: - delaying the time of construction and, as a consequence, the increase of payback period of real estate development projects; - low or negative return on capital due to the excess costs (caused, for example, irrational design decisions); - corrupt nature of the relationship of business and government in the real estate market. However, inspite of the existing problems, the most attractive at the moment for investors are still the objects of commercial real estate. The volume of commercial and office building is increasing all the time. Developers are looking for new solutions to increase the economic impact of existing projects. As a result of writing the Master's thesis has achieved the goal of enhancing the economic and social efficiency of development projects on the example of real estate TEC "Spectrum", this has caused a number of difficulties, the solution of which is described in this paper. Taking into account a number of risks occurring in the way of developers for projects, conceptual solution, unfortunately, could not provide for all possible threats. So there is always the likelihood that a strategic decision fell short of expectations due to a variety of external factors. For Order to adapt the project to the new market conditions it is necessary to carry out a series of actions, identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats; take into account the errors, identify the main participants of the project, to predict demand. When developing a new concept of the project TEC "Spectrum" the practical research method was chosen. The starting point was not a forecast of the lease, but the real demand of potential tenants to the shopping areas. Knowing the demand, a market proposal was formed. Thesis can be used both by developers and marketers as an algorithm in the development of conceptual solutions implementation of development projects and enhancing its economic effect. / Повышенный интерес к инвестициям в недвижимость в условиях перехода к рыночной экономике привел к возникновению и активному развитию нового вида инвестиционно-строительной деятельности - девелопмента, связанного с реализацией инвестиционных проектов в сфере недвижимости. Развитие рынка девелоперских услуг должно быть направлено на устранение проблем в сфере девелопмента объектов коммерческой недвижимости, к которым относятся: - затягивание сроков строительства и, как следствие, увеличение сроков окупаемости девелоперских проектов; - низкая или отрицательная отдача на капитал, обусловленная как избыточными затратами (вызванными, например, нерациональными конструктивными решениями); - коррупционный характер отношения бизнеса и власти на рынке недвижимости. Однако, несмотря на существующие проблемы, наиболее привлекательными в настоящее время для инвесторов являются все же объекты в сфере коммерческой недвижимости (что нашло свое отражение в увеличении объемов торгового и офисного строительства). Девелоперы ищут новые пути решения увеличения экономического эффекта уже в существующих проектах. В результате написания магистерской диссертации была достигнута цель повышения экономической и социальной эффективности девелоперского проекта на примере объекта недвижимости ТРЦ «Спектр», это вызвало ряд сложностей, решение которых описано в настоящей работе. Учитывая ряд рисков, встречающихся на пути у девелоперов при реализации проектов, концептуальное решение, к сожалению, не может предусмотреть все возможные угрозы, поэтому всегда есть вероятность того, что стратегическое решение не оправдает ожидание в связи с различными внешними факторами. Для того, чтобы адаптировать проект к новым рыночным условиям необходимо провести ряд действий, определить сильные и слабые стороны, возможности и угрозы; учесть ошибки, выявить основных участников проекта, спрогнозировать спрос. При разработке новой концепции проекта ТРЦ «Спектр» был выбран практический метод исследования, отправной точкой стал не прогноз арендных отношений, а реальный спрос потенциальных арендаторов на торговые площади. Ощутив спрос, было сформировано предложение. Диссертация может быть использована как девелоперами, так и маркетологами в качестве алгоритма при разработке концептуальных решений реализации девелоперского проекта и повышении его экономического эффекта.

The foundations of the complex and spatial development of the city and their features are determined in the first chapter. The main directions of the complex development of the city are systematized and examples and peculiarities of quarterly construction and foreign experience of implementing projects based on the principle of quarterly development are considered. The second chapter describes the methodological aspects of the study on the choice of the strategy for the implementation of the project. The socio-economic consequences of realizing development projects and on their results the forming of the optimal way of construction are also examined. The residential property market in the city of Yekaterinburg is also analyzed. The third chapter presents an analysis of the development project, implemented by the necessary criteria and carried out its economic evaluation. The project budget was drawn up and the efficiency of the investment project for the construction of the residential property was assessed. The main part of the thesis is presented in 90 pages, contains 7 tables, 2 figures and 2 formulas. / Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе определяются основы комплексного и пространственного развития города и их особенности. Систематизируются основные направления комплексного развития города и рассматриваются примеры и особенности квартальной застройки и зарубежный опыт реализации проектов, основанных на принципе квартальной застройки. Во второй главе проводится анализ методических аспектов исследования по выбору стратегии реализации проекта. Рассмотрены социально-экономические последствия реализации девелоперских проектов и на их результатах cформированы оптимальные пути строительства. Также анализируется рынок жилой недвижимости в городе Екатеринбурге. В третьей главе представлен анализ девелоперского проекта, реализуемого по необходимым критериям и проведена его экономическая оценка. Составлен бюджет проекта и проведена оценка эффективности инвестиционного проекта по строительству объекта жилой недвижимости. Основная часть диссертационной работы изложена на 90 страницах, содержит 7 таблиц, 2 рисунка и 2 формулы.

The relevance of the research of the topic master's thesis is due to the increasing impact to the fact that Iraq is a vivid example of a resource-dependent country today, which is affected by the resource curse and which faces many problems. The purpose of the research: to assess the impact of the volatility of the global oil market on the economic development of Iraq and determine the prospects for its development. In accordance with the chosen of the purpose of the research is the following tasks in the work: to consider the theoretical aspects of resource-dependent countries and the features of their development; to study the theory of "resource curse" and ways to overcome it; to analyze the world oil market, especially its development and its factors; consider OPEC and its role in regulating the global oil market; to analyze the economic development of Iraq as a resource-dependent country; conduct a SWOT analysis for the economy of Iraq; develop recommendations for the development of the economy of Iraq. The scientific novelty can be attributed to highlighting the factors that make Iraq a resource-dependent country and is leading to the resource curse, as well as conducting a SWOT analysis and highlighting the weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities for the economy of Iraq. The practical significance of the research is determined to develop recommendations to help the country find a way out of its resource dependence. Целью исследования является оценка влияния волатильности мирового рынка нефти на экономическое развитие Ирака и определение перспектив его развития. В соответствии с выбранной целью в работе были поставлены следующие задачи: рассмотреть теоретические аспекты ресурсозависимых стран и особенности их развития; изучить теорию «ресурсного проклятия» и пути его преодоления; проанализировать мировой рынок нефти, особенности его развития и его факторы; рассмотреть ОПЕК и ее роль в регулировании мирового рынка нефти; проанализировать экономическое развитие Ирака как ресурсозависимой страны; провести SWOT-анализ для экономики Ирака; разработать рекомендаций для развития экономики Ирака. К научной новизне можно отнести выделение факторов делающих Ирак ресурснозависимой страной и способствующих ресурсному проклятию, а также проведение SWOT-анализа и выделение слабых, сильных сторон, угроз и возможностей для экономики Ирака. Практическая значимость магистерской работы состоит в разработки рекомендаций, помогающих стране выйти из ресурсной зависимости. Внедрение данных рекомендаций будет способствовать улучшению ситуации в Ираке.
