Master's thesis is devoted to the issues of stability spiral domains. It gives an overview of previously submitted behaviors spiral domains. Their features and some discrepancy with experi-ments were marked. For an explanation the experimental results in this paper proposed a model in which were introduced additional internal degrees of freedom - bending deformation of the domain boundary, resizing the inner core and changing the width of the domain. The equations describing the change of geometric parameters of the spiral domain were ob-tained as part of the dissipative model. In the model insulated spiral domain were considered on an endless film. The equations were solved by numerical calculation. The study identified two scenar-ios for the destruction of spiral domains. Discovered scenarios correspond more closely to the ex-perimentally observed than in models with only one degree of freedom. The work consists of four chapters, introduction and conclusion with 63 pages. The paper contains 41 figures and one application. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам стабильности спиральных доменов. В ней приводится обзор ранее представленных моделей поведения спиральных доменов. Вы-деляются их особенности и некоторое несоответствие экспериментам. Для объяснения экс-периментальных результатов в данной работе была предложена модель, в которой введены в рассмотрение дополнительные внутренние степени свободы – изгибное искажение доменной границы, изменение размера внутреннего ядра и изменение ширины домена. В рамках диссипативной модели были получены уравнения, описывающие изменение всех геометрических параметров спирального домена. В модели рассматривался изолированный спиральный домен на бесконечной пленке. Для решения уравнений применялся численный расчет. В ходе исследования определили два сценария разрушения спиральных доменов. Обнаруженные сценарии в большей степени соответствуют наблюдаемым на опыте, чем в модели только с одной степенью свободы. Работа состоит из четырех глав, введения и заключения общим объемом 63 страницы. В работе содержится 41 рисунок и одно приложение.

Актуальность темы магистерской диссертации заключается в том, что на сегодняшний день процессы иностранного инвестирования в российскую электроэнергетику необходимы для проведения дальнейших преобразований отрасли, требующихся для повышения ее эффективности, обновления основных мощностей, обеспечения надежности и безопасности энергоснабжения потребителей. Целью исследования является обоснование корректировки стратегии управления компанией с иностранным капиталом c учетом новых условий хозяйствования. В процессе исследования были поставлены следующие задачи: определение внешних и внутренних факторов, которые могли послужить причиной изменения стратегии управления компанией; анализ способов и методов реализации стратегии управления компании ПАО «Энел Россия»; оценка результатов реализации принятой стратегии управления. Объектом исследования является компания ПАО «Энел Россия». Предметом – особенности стратегий управления компании электроэнергетической отрасли с иностранным капиталом в условиях экономической нестабильности в России. В результате исследования выявлено, что в настоящий момент изменение стратегических решений компании ПАО «Энел Россия» связано с необходимостью обеспечения устойчивости компании при неблагоприятной макро- и регуляторной среде. В связи с чем выделены и проанализированы основные специфические стратегические шаги, дающие долгосрочную отдачу для устойчивого развития бизнеса, характерные для компаний с участием иностранного капитала, работающих на российском электроэнергетическом рынке. / The relevance of the master thesis are the processes of foreign investment in the Russian power industry and necessary for the continued reform of the sector needed to improve its efficiency, renovation of key facilities, ensuring the reliability and security of power supply. The aim of the study is justification of correcting corporate strategy of the company with foreign capital to new conditions. There are following objectives: determination of external and internal factors that could cause changes in the strategies of management of the company; analysis of ways and methods of realization of strategy of management of the company OJSC "Enel Russia"; the evaluation of the management strategy. The object of research is public joint-stock company "Enel Russia". The subject – features of management strategies for electric power companies with foreign capital in the conditions of economic instability in Russia. The study revealed that currently, the change in the strategic decisions of the company OJSC "Enel Russia" is connected with the need to ensure stability under adverse macro - and regulatory environment. In this connection it is highlighted and analyzed the main specific strategic steps, giving a lasting impact on sustainable business development characteristic of companies with foreign capital participation operating in the Russian electricity market. The subject of theses is the activity of energy companies with foreign capital in achieving competitive advantages in the electricity market. There are the principles of organization of the Russian power industry, General characteristics of the Russian electricity market, consider the amount and forms of participation of foreign players in the Russian electricity market In the first Chapter of a thesis. The second Chapter analyzes the current state of the electricity companies, the basic problems of developing competition on the Russian electricity market. The third Chapter investigates the effectiveness of the functioning of foreign companies in the Russian market and the strategy of companies to achieve competitive advantages on the Russian market. Conclusion contains the main findings and suggestions for improving the functioning of the researched companies.

Объектом исследования являются электроэнергетические компании с иностранным капиталом, функционирующие в России (ОАО «Фортум», ПАО «Энел Россия», ОАО «Э.Он»). Предметом исследования является деятельность энергетических компаний с иностранным капиталом по достижению конкурентных преимуществ на электроэнергетическом рынке. Данная работа включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список литературы и приложение. В первой главе магистерской диссертации рассмотрены принципы формирования электроэнергетической отрасли России, дана общая характеристика российского рынка электроэнергетики, рассмотрены объемы и формы участия иностранных игроков на российском рынке электроэнергетики. Во второй главе проанализировано современное состояние электроэнергетических компаний, выявлены основные проблемы развития конкуренции на российском рынке электроэнергетики. В третьей главе проанализирована эффективность функционирования иностранных компаний на российском рынке и стратегии компаний по достижению конкурентных преимуществ на российском рынке. Методами точек помутнения, поляризационной микроскопии и рентгеноструктурного анализа изучены фазовые переходы систем ПЭ – о-ксилол, ПЭ – н-гексан, ПЭ – хлороформ, ПЭ – о-дихлорбензол, ПЭГ – 1,4-диоксан и ПЭГ – толуол, а также структура выделенных их них полимерных образований в магнитном поле и в его отсутствие. Построены фазовые диаграммы систем. Установлено, что магнитное поле приводит к повышению температур кристаллизации растворов и расплавов ПЭ и ПЭГ. Обнаружено, что в растворах ПЭГ в магнитном поле образуются сферолиты существенно меньших размеров, чем в отсутствие магнитного поля. Определены степени кристалличности образцов ПЭ и ПЭГ, выделенных из растворов и расплавов. Показано, что магнитное поле увеличивает степень кристалличности ПЭГ, но не влияет на степень кристалличности ПЭ. / Phase transitions of the PE – xylol, PE – hexane, PE – chloroform, PE – dichlorobenzene, PEG – 1,4-dioxane and PEG – toluene systems, and also the structure of the polymers separated from these systems have been studied using the cloud-point method, polarizing microscopy and the X-ray diffraction under magnetic field and in its absence. Phase diagrams of these systems are constructed. It is shown that the magnetic field leads to the increase in polymer crystallization temperatures from solutions and melts. It is revealed that the sizes of spherulites formed in PEG solutions under magnetic field are significantly smaller, than that in the magnetic field absence. The crystallinity degree of the PE and PEG samples separated from solutions and melts was determined. It was shown that the magnetic field increases the crystallinity degree of PEG, but doesn't influence on the PE crystallinity degree.

Высокая значимость эффективного управления уровнем дебиторской задолженностью на предприятии для формирования условий устойчивого экономического развития, обеспечения своевременности платежей, а также недостаточная разработанность ряда теоретических вопросов в этой сфере определяют актуальность темы. В связи с этим, в работе исследуются теоретические аспекты управления дебиторской задолженностью, проводится анализ структуры дебиторской задолженности на предприятии ЗАО «Производственная фирма «СКБ КОНТУР» и на этой основе выявляются проблемы и предлагаются конкретные пути их решения. / The high importance of effective management of level of receivables at the enterprise for formation of conditions of sustainable economic development, ensuring timeliness of payments and also insufficient readiness of a number of theoretical questions in this sphere define relevance of a subject. In this regard, in work theoretical aspects of management of receivables are investigated, the analysis of structure of receivables at the CJSC SKB KONTUR Product Company enterprise is carried out and on this basis problems come to light and the concrete actions directed to their decision are offered.
