Работа содержит теоретический анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы по вопросам адаптации молодых работников на промышленном предприятии, а также результаты эмпирического исследования системы адаптации молодых работников на Качканарском горно-обогатительном комбинате. Автор выявил проблемы адаптации и доказал, что система адаптации молодых работников на предприятии будет более эффективна (оптимальна) при усовершенствовании работы в сфере наставничества. Диссертация содержит проекты «Школа наставников», внедрение которого имеет экономический эффект. / The work contains theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on adaptation of young workers in an industrial plant, as well as the results of empirical research of the system of adaptation of young employees at Kachkanarsky GOK. The author has identified problems of adaptation and proved that the system of adaptation of young employees at the enterprise will be more efficient (optimal) if the area of mentoring will be enhanced. The thesis contains the project "School of masters", the introduction of which has an economic effect.

Ускоренные темпы развития логистических и информационных систем, а также повышение уровня конкуренции на рынке грузоперевозок актуализируют разработку новых подходов к ценообразованию предприятий на данном рынке. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка и апробация механизма ценовой адаптации предприятия, функционирующего на рынке автомобильных грузоперевозок. В работе рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные вопросы ценообразования на предприятии. В качестве источников информации использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, статистические данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики, данные бухгалтерской отчетности предприятия ООО «ТК ИСТОК-АвтоТранс» и данные корпоративной статистики по теме исследования. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан механизм ценовой адаптации предприятия на рынке автомобильных грузоперевозок, предполагающий непрерывный, регулярный процесс ценообразования, состоящий из пяти последовательных этапов установления оптимальной цены на предоставляемые услуги и ориентированный на повышение устойчивости предприятия на рынке, формирование его положительной динамики и рост прибыли. Предложенный механизм ценовой адаптации развивает методические основы анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия автомобильных грузоперевозок и расширяет инструментарий его ценообразования в рыночных условиях. В результате апробации разработанного механизма предприятию ООО «ТК ИСТОК-АвтоТранс» был предложен набор оптимальных уровней цен для различных направлений грузоперевозки, определены направления совершенствования разработанного механизма. / The accelerated pace of logistics and information systems development, as well as increasing competition in the freight market, are making new approaches to the pricing in this market in demand. The purpose of the master thesis is the development and testing of the price adaptation mechanism for the company engaged in automobile cargo transportation. The thesis deals with theoretical and applied issues of pricing process at the enterprise. Educational and research literature, statistical data of the Federal State Statistics Service, accounting data of the “TK ISTOK-AvtoTrans” company, as well as corporate statistics data were used as data for the research. The price adaptation mechanism for the trucking company was developed. The mechanism consists of five consecutive stages, during which the optimal price for the freight service is determined. It is also assumed that the pricing process is constant and continuous which contributes to the sustainability of the enterprise in the market, its positive development and profit growth. The proposed price adaptation mechanism develops the methodological basis for analyzing the financial and economic activities of the automobile cargo transportation enterprise and expands its pricing opportunities. The developed mechanism was tested at the “TK ISTOK-AvtoTrans” enterprise, and a set of optimal prices for various directions of freight transportation was proposed for the company. The thesis also identified areas for improving the developed mechanism.

Объектом исследования явилась адаптация родителей к условиям дистанционного обучения детей. Предметом исследования стали личностные характеристики родителей с различной самооценкой адаптации к условиям дистанционного обучения детей. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (105 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик, сводную таблицу данных, описательные статистики. Объем магистерской диссертации 112 страниц, на которых размещены 14 рисунков и 8 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования. В первой главе в результате анализа научной литературы были определены теоретические основания роли жизнестойкости, копинг-стратегий и эмоциональных особенностей личности в процессе адаптации к новым условиям. Были выделены классификации типов и уровней развития адаптации в трактовке разных авторов. Раскрыто содержание основных подходов к объяснению понятий «жизнестойкость», «копинг-стратегии» в современных психологических исследованиях. Были проанализированы психологические аспекты дистанционного обучения младших школьников в условиях Covid 19. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: авторской анкете для диагностики адаптации родителей к условиям дистанционного обучения школьников младших классов, методике «Копинг-поведение в стрессовых ситуациях CISS» (в адаптации Т.Л. Крюковой), «тест жизнестойкости» (С. Мадди), «Методика самооценки тревожности, ригидности и экстравертированности» (по Д. Моудсли). Также в главе представлен сравнительный и корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of the study was the adaptation of parents to the conditions of distance learning for children. The subject of the research was the personal characteristics of parents with different self-assessment of adaptation to the conditions of distance learning of children. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (105 sources) and an appendix, which includes the forms of the methods used, a summary table of data, descriptive statistics. The volume of the master's thesis is 112 pages, which contain 14 figures and 8 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the theoretical and practical significance of the work. the elaboration of the problematics, the goal and objectives of the research are set, the object and subject of the research are determined, the main hypotheses are formulated, the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the research, are indicated. In the first chapter, as a result of the analysis of scientific conditions, the theoretical foundations of the role of hardiness, coping strategies and functions in the process of adaptation to new ones were used. The classes and levels of development of adaptation were identified in the interpretation of different authors. The content of the main approaches to the explanation of the concepts of "hardiness", "coping strategy" in modern psychological research is revealed. The psychological aspects of distance learning of primary schoolchildren in the context of Covid 19 were analyzed. Conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It contains a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained by all the methods used: the author's questionnaire for diagnosing the adaptation of parents to the conditions of distance learning for primary schoolchildren, the method "Coping behavior in stressful situations CISS" (adapted by T.L. Kryukova ), "Test of resilience" (S. Maddy), "Methodology for self-assessment of anxiety, rigidity and extroversion" (according to D. Moudsley). The chapter also provides a comparative and correlation analysis of the research results. The findings of Chapter 2 are the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, brief results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are presented, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses. The practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of the problematics are described.

Целью данного исследования является определить роль национально-культурных объединений в социально-культурной адаптации мигрантов, прибывающих в Россию из Кыргызстана. Исследование проводилось на примере Кыргызской диаспоры "Кыргызстан-Урал". Работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка литературы. В первой главе рассматриваются проблемы социально-культурной адаптации мигрантов в условиях современной России. Во второй главе работы анализируется роль национально-культурных обществ в этих процессах и, в частности, рассматривается деятельность национально-культурного организация «Кыргызстан-Урал». Третья глава работы носит практический характер. Содержание работы изложено на 127 страницах. / The purpose of this study is to determine the role of national and cultural associations in the socio-cultural adaptation of migrants arriving in Russia from Kyrgyzstan. The study was carried out on the example of the Kyrgyz diaspora "Kyrgyzstan-Ural". The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a bibliography. The first chapter examines the problems of social and cultural adaptation of migrants in the conditions of modern Russia. The second chapter of the work analyzes the role of national-cultural societies in these processes and, in particular, examines the activities of the national-cultural organization "Kyrgyzstan-Ural".
