Актуальность темы магистерской диссертации обусловлена возможностью практического применения методики внедрения портфеля проектов на кондитерские предприятия малого и среднего бизнеса. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке методики внедрения портфеля проектов в кондитерские предприятия и определении основных аспектов внедрения. Результаты работы: разработан портфель проектов для кондитерского предприятия «WOW Dessert». Практическая значимость: разработанный портфель проектов может быть внедрен в любое кондитерское предприятие малого и среднего бизнеса. Экономическая эффективность предлагаемых в диссертации мер по направлениям исследования обусловлена тем, что внедряемая информационная система окупится на восемнадцатом месяце после начала её проектирования и в последующем будет приносить стабильный доход компании. / The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis is due to the possibility of practical application of the methodology for introducing a portfolio of projects to confectionery enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a methodology for introducing a portfolio of projects into confectionery enterprises and determining the main aspects of implementation. Results of work: a portfolio of projects for the confectionery enterprise "WOW Dessert" was developed. Practical value: the developed portfolio of projects can be implemented in any small and medium-sized confectionery enterprise. The economic efficiency of the measures proposed in the dissertation in the areas of research is due to the fact that the implemented information system will pay off in the eighteenth month after the start of its design and will subsequently bring a stable income to the company.

The aim of the thesis was to develop an integration approach based on benchmarking and the Lean Manufacturing concept for the modernization of the production system of the defense industry enterprise, as well as a method for reducing risks when introducing the BP concept at Russian enterprises. This work contains 8 goals that were achieved in the performance of the work. This work contains 3 positions of scientific novelty. Approbation of scientific novelty is contained in 6 sub-clauses of the work. With the help of the lean manufacturing project, the company will be able to reach the target figures that have been planned. / Целью диссертации заключалась в разработке интеграционный подход, основанный на бенчмаркинге и концепции Бережливого производства для модернизации производственной системы предприятия ОПК, так же был разработан метод снижения рисков при внедрения концепции БП на предприятиях РФ. Данная работа содержит 8 целей, которые были достигнуты при выполнении работы. Данная работа содержит 3 позиции научной новизны. Апробация научной новизны содержится в 6 подпунктах работы. С помощью проекта по внедрению Бережливого производства, предприятие сможет выйти на целевые показатели, которые были запланированы.

Целью диссертационного исследования является разработка концептуальной платформы повышения конкурентоспособности производственного предприятия на основе совместного применения принципов Бережливого производства и стратегии концентрической диверсификации с использованием методологии проектного управления. Объектом исследования является рыночная деятельность промышленного предприятия ОАО «Северский гранитный карьер». Предметом исследования является система организационно-экономических отношений, возникающих в процессе перехода промышленного предприятия к стратегии концентрической диверсификации. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования заключается в разработке теоретико-методического обеспечения повышения конкурентоспособности промышленного предприятия, направленного на успешную и эффективную концентрическую диверсификацию деятельности хозяйствующего субъекта на основе интеграции концепции Бережливого производства с использованием методологии проектного управления. / The purpose of the dissertation research is the development of a conceptual platform for increasing the competitiveness of a production enterprise on the basis of the joint application of Lean Manufacturing Principles and the strategy of concentric diversification using the methodology of project management. The object of research is the market activity of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the study is the system of organizational and economic relations that arise during the transition of an industrial enterprise to the strategy of concentric diversification. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is to develop a theoretical and methodological support for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise aimed at successful and effective concentric diversification of the business entity's activities based on the integration of the Lean Manufacturing concept using the project management methodology.

Научная новизна исследования состоит в том, проанализировано развитие ИТ в различных отраслях, определены преимущественные направления и инновационные эффекты от применения ИТ в отраслях промышленности. Результаты работы: разработан готовый проект внедрения CAD/CAM системы в стоматологическую клинику «Жемчуг» с учетом особенностей предприятия. Практическая значимость: разработанный план может быть внедрен в любую стоматологическую клинику при учете особенностей предприятия. Экономическая эффективность предлагаемых в диссертации мер обусловлена тем, что внедряемая CAD/CAM система окупится на двадцать четвертом месяце после начала ее опытной эксплуатации и в последующем будет приносить стабильный доход. / The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis is due to the possibility of practical application of the methodology for the implementation of CAD / CAM systems in dental clinics. The scientific novelty of the research consists in analyzing the development of IT in various industries, identifying the preferential directions and innovative effects from the use of IT in industries. Results of work: a ready-made project for the implementation of a CAD / CAM system in the dental clinic "Pearl" was developed, taking into account the characteristics of the enterprise. Practical significance: the developed plan can be implemented in any dental clinic, taking into account the characteristics of the enterprise. The economic efficiency of the measures proposed in the dissertation is due to the fact that the implemented CAD / CAM system will pay off in the twenty-fourth month after the start of its trial operation and subsequently will bring a stable income.

Проблема оценки рисков при реализации сложных энергетических проектов чрезвычайно актуальна, поскольку подобные проекты представляют собой сложные планы, масштаб которых может охватывать не только отдельные предприятия, но и города, а также целые регионы. В настоящее время в российской энергетике постепенно создаются условия для внедрения риск-ориентированного управления энергоактивами за счет совершенствования нормативно-правового и нормативно-технического регулирования. Однако подобный переход еще находится на начальном этапе и вопросы оценки рисков в проектах продолжают оставаться в ведении энергокомпаний. Целью работы является комплексная оценка рисков внедрения энергоэффективных проектов в теплоснабжающих компаниях. Научная новизна состоит в систематизации специфических рисков, сопровождающих реализацию проекта внедрения автоматизированной системы управления теплоснабжением в г. Пермь. Практическая значимость - результаты, полученные в работе, могут быть использованы при управлении рисками в аналогичных проектах ПАО «Т Плюс». / The problem of risk assessment in the implementation of complex energy projects is extremely relevant, since such projects are complex plans, the scale of which can cover not only individual enterprises, but also cities, as well as entire regions. Currently, conditions are gradually being created in the Russian energy sector for the introduction of risk-based management of energy assets by improving regulatory and technical regulation. However, such a transition is still at the initial stage and the issues of risk assessment in projects continue to be the responsibility of energy companies. The purpose of this work is a comprehensive assessment of the risks of implementing energy-efficient projects in heat supply companies. The scientific novelty consists in the systematization of specific risks accompanying the implementation of the project of the automated heat supply management system in Perm. Practical significance - the results obtained in this work can be used in risk management in similar projects of PJSC “T Plus”.

В выпускной квалификационной работе раскрыта сущность теоретико-методических подходов формирования и развития концепции бережливого производства, рассмотрена терминология, принципы маркетинга и бережливого производства, методики внедрения бережливого производства. По результатам исследования предложена авторская методика внедрения бережливого производства, методика выбора инструментов бережливого производства. Проведен анализ текущей ситуации на рынке, определено положение системообразующих предприятий, проведен анализ деятельности компании, даны рекомендации. В рамках исследования предлагается концепция проекта по внедрению бережливого производства в производственную и управленческую систему ООО «Бергауф Строительные Технологии». / In the final qualifying work, the essence of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation and development of the concept of lean production is revealed, terminology, principles of marketing and lean production, methods of implementing lean production are considered. According to the results of the study, the author's methodology for the introduction of lean production, the methodology for choosing lean production tools is proposed. The analysis of the current market situation is carried out, the position of the backbone enterprises is determined, the analysis of the company's activities is carried out, recommendations are given. Within the framework of the study, a project concept is proposed for the introduction of lean manufacturing into the production and management system of «Bergauf Construction Technologies».
