Диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованной литературы из 93 наименований и приложений. Основное содержание работы изложено на 120 страницах основного текста, включающего 16 таблиц и 34 рисунка. В настоящей работе систематизированы теоретические и практические основы организации инновационной деятельности строительного предприятия. Основное внимание уделено рассмотрению вопросов сущности инноваций, эффективной организации инновационных бизнес–процессов в целях выведения на рынок «энергоэффективных инноваций» в строительной индустрии. Разработана модель организации инновационных бизнес-процессов в целях выведения на рынок «энергоэффективных инноваций» в строительной индустрии, основанная на существующих подходах и процессах бенчмаркинга, учитывающих специфику существующих и новых процессов предприятия, что позволяет оперативно воздействовать на изменения всех бизнес-процессов, с сокращением временных и финансовых издержек при строительстве энергоэффективных «умных» жилых комплексов. Разработанный инструментарий управления может быть использован в практической инновационной деятельности предприятий строительного комплекса по созданию энергоэффективных «умных» жилых домов. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы, сформулирована цель, задачи, определены предмет и объект исследования, обозначена научная и практическая ценность исследования. В первой главе «Обзор теоретических взглядов организации инновационных процессов в деятельности строительного предприятия» проведен анализ научных источников зарубежных и отечественных авторов, связанных с используемой терминологией по предложенному направлению исследования; исследованы основные проблемы организации инновационных бизнес-процессов на строительном предприятии; проведен сравнительный анализ существующих подходов к организации инновационных бизнес-процессов. Во второй главе «Анализ подходов к организации инновационных бизнес-процессов на строительном предприятии» проведен сравнительный анализ временных этапов формирования отечественного строительного комплекса в рамках «эволюции моделей инновационного процесса»; обобщены существующие подходы к исследованию и разработанным мероприятиям по аккумуляции мирового опыта и внедрению инноваций в строительной области, а также, развитию российских технологий на сегодняшний день; разработан рабочий поток процесса бенчмаркинга по внедрению инноваций на строительном предприятии. В третьей главе «Разработка модели организации инновационных бизнес-процессов в деятельности строительного предприятия «СМУ-3» разработана модель организации инновационных бизнес-процессов в целях выведения на рынок «энергоэффективных инноваций» в строительной индустрии; представлены предполагаемые практические данные о результатах апробации предложенного инструментария на примере строительного предприятия «СМУ-3». / The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of used literature from 93 titles and applications. В рамках диссертационной работы была разработана универсальная Программа-схема аудита соответствия требованиям природоохранного законодательства в области обращения с отходами производства и потребления, путем деления деятельности на составляющие ее процессы. Применение предложенной программы-схемы является универсальным инструментом для проведения аудитов деятельности в области обращения с отходами производства и потребления на любом предприятии. На практике представлено применение методов UX-исследований, рассмотрена деятельность предприятия. Разработан проект продукта для оценки эффективности UX-дизайна мобильных приложений. / The work describes theoretical aspects of UX/UI-design, methods of UX-research and UX metrics. It also presents the usage of UX research methods and organization’s operations. The project of a product that evaluates mobile application UX efficiency is developed.

Empirical research using methods of content analysis, comparative analysis and in-depth interviews allowed the author to gain insight into the key factors in the formation of an organization's HR brand. Using benchmarking, it was found out how companies use the main HR brand criteria and whether they comply with them. 11 leading companies in the 2023 rating were analyzed and their general characteristics were compiled. Based on content analysis and comparative characteristics of companies, the author conducted an in-depth interview, during which 10 key questions were asked. As a result, similarities and differences in the opinions of respondents were discovered. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of the “HR + Ecosystem” model, which will allow the company under study to strengthen its HR brand, making it more attractive to potential employees and strengthening the loyalty of existing employees. The use of modern digital approaches and technologies, as well as an integrated approach to HR brand management, will create conditions for the sustainable development of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness in the labor market. / Эмпирическое исследование с использованием методов контент-анализа, сравнительного анализа и глубинных интервью позволило автору получить представление о ключевых факторах формирования HR-бренда организации. С помощью бенчмаркинга выяснено, как компании используют основные критерии HR-бренда и соблюдают ли они их. Проанализированы 11 компаний-лидеров рейтинга 2023 года и составлена их общая характеристика. На основе контент-анализа и сравнительной характеристики компаний автор провел глубинное интервью, в ходе которого было задано 10 ключевых вопросов. В результате были обнаружены сходства и различия во мнениях респондентов. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в разработке модели «HR+Экосистема», которая позволит исследуемому предприятию усилить свой HR-бренд, сделав его более привлекательным для потенциальных сотрудников и укрепив лояльность существующих сотрудников. Использование современных цифровых подходов и технологий, а также комплексного подхода к управлению HR-брендом создаст условия для устойчивого развития предприятия и повышение его конкурентоспособности на рынке труда.

The problem of personnel responsibility is relevant today. In an organization, issues of distribution of powers and responsibilities are caused by internal contradictions, when, on the one hand, management is carried out using traditional methods, on the other, something new is introduced into management practice, caused by the active formation of economic relationships at a new level. However, today more attention is paid to the problem of responsibility in terms of its distribution and control. The purpose of the master's research is to study the theoretical foundations and practical experience of Chinese organizations in personnel responsibility management, analyse the effectiveness of methods for increasing employee responsibility and develop recommendations for assessing the level of employee responsibility. The object of the study was the Chinese company Mengniu Dairy and other Chinese organizations. A sociological study conducted by the author shows that there is no significant difference in the perception of responsibility between Chinese and Russian employees. Therefore, the rich experience of Chinese enterprises in the field of personnel responsibility management can be successfully applied in the practice of Russian enterprises. / Проблема ответственности персонала является актуальной на сегодняшний день. В организации вопросы распределения полномочий и ответственности вызваны внутренними противоречиями, когда с одной стороны, руководство осуществляется традиционными методами, с другой, в практику управления привносится нечто новое, вызванное активным становлением экономических взаимоотношений нового уровня. Однако сегодня больше внимания уделяется проблеме ответственности с точки зрения ее распределения и контроля. Цель магистерского исследования – изучение теоретических основ и практического опыта китайских организаций управления ответственностью персонала, анализ эффективности методов повышения ответственности сотрудников и разработка рекомендаций по оценке уровня ответственности работников. Объектом исследования выступила китайская компания Mengniu Dairy и другие китайские организации. Социологическое исследование, проведенное автором, показывает, что существенной разницы в восприятии ответственности между китайскими и российскими сотрудниками нет. Поэтому богатый опыт китайских предприятий в области управления ответственностью персонала может быть успешно применен в практике российских предприятий.

The aim of the thesis was to develop an integration approach based on benchmarking and the Lean Manufacturing concept for the modernization of the production system of the defense industry enterprise, as well as a method for reducing risks when introducing the BP concept at Russian enterprises. This work contains 8 goals that were achieved in the performance of the work. This work contains 3 positions of scientific novelty. Approbation of scientific novelty is contained in 6 sub-clauses of the work. With the help of the lean manufacturing project, the company will be able to reach the target figures that have been planned. / Целью диссертации заключалась в разработке интеграционный подход, основанный на бенчмаркинге и концепции Бережливого производства для модернизации производственной системы предприятия ОПК, так же был разработан метод снижения рисков при внедрения концепции БП на предприятиях РФ. Данная работа содержит 8 целей, которые были достигнуты при выполнении работы. Данная работа содержит 3 позиции научной новизны. Апробация научной новизны содержится в 6 подпунктах работы. С помощью проекта по внедрению Бережливого производства, предприятие сможет выйти на целевые показатели, которые были запланированы.
