Научная новизна исследования заключается в анализе новых методологических аспектов аудиовизуальной культуры и коммуникации, их роли в виртуализации современного музея как института сохранения культурной памяти. The technical development of highways in Russia is 40-50 years behind the development of motorways in leading foreign countries. Therefore, it can be argued that to date, road construction is not actively engaged in innovative activities. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodological approach to improving the efficiency of road construction enterprises based on their innovative activities. The sources used were educational and research literature, statistical collections, normative documentation, and materials of the scientific press. The master's thesis developed a methodological approach to improving the efficiency of road construction enterprises, based on the proposed two-stage algorithm for selecting priority areas of innovative development of the enterprise and specific innovative projects, the implementation of which will make the greatest contribution to improving the efficiency of the enterprise. / Техническое развитие автомобильных дорог в России отстаёт на 40–50 лет в своём развитии от автомагистралей в ведущих зарубежных странах. Поэтому можно утверждать, что на сегодняшний день в дорожном строительстве недостаточно активно осуществляется инновационная деятельность. Цель работы состоит в разработке методического подхода к повышению эффективности функционирования дорожно-строительного предприятия на основе его инновационной деятельности. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, статистические сборники, нормативная документация, материалы научной печати. В магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к повышению эффективности функционирования дорожно-строительного предприятия, основанный на предложенном двухэтапном алгоритме выбора приоритетных направлений инновационного развития предприятия и конкретных инновационных проектов, внедрение которых внесет наибольший вклад в повышение эффективности деятельности предприятия.

Объектом исследования явились психологические особенности подростков. Предметом исследования послужили психологические особенности подростков, занимающихся в школе искусств, в контексте занятий творческой деятельностью. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (73 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя описание применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 81 страница, на которых размещены 4 рисунка и 13 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются гипотезы, указываются методы и методологическая база, а также практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор отечественной литературы по теме психологических особенностей подростков. Представлены разделы, посвященные исследованию психологических черт личности творческих детей, проблематике мотивации к обучению в детской школе искусств в контексте подросткового возраста, вопросам построения психологического сопровождения воспитанников в детских школах искусств. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: опроснику «Определение творческих способностей» Г. Дэвиса, опроснику «Определение типов мышления и уровня креативности (творческих способностей)» Дж. Брунера, опроснику «Личностная креативность» Е. Е. Туник, тесту «Мотивация учебной деятельности: уровни и типы» И. С. Домбровской. Также в главе представлен сравнительный анализ результатов исследования в зависимости от вида творческой деятельности. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of the study was the psychological characteristics of adolescents. The subject of the study was the psychological characteristics of adolescents engaged in art school, in the context of creative activities. The conclusions of the first chapter are the results of the study of the theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. The chapter also presents a comparative analysis of the results of the study, depending on the type of creative activity. The conclusions of chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are summarized and possible prospects for further development of this problem are described.

The third chapter proposes the author's version of improving the traditional approach to making investment decisions, analyzed in the previous chapter.

Цель исследования – сравнение учетно-аналитических методов формирования показателей деятельности промышленных предприятий России и Китая. Объект исследования – предприятия автомобильной промышленности России и Китая. Предмет исследования – учетно-аналитические методы формирования показателей предприятий России и Китая. Научная новизна исследований, проведенных в данной магистерской диссертации, заключается в следующем: на основе обзора учетно-аналитических методов формирования показателей о финансовых результатах предприятий и сравнительного анализа развития России и Китая выявлена роль анализа финансовых результатов в выявлении резервов повышения эффективности их деятельности; на основе анализа финансовой отчетности двух стран выявлены различия в содержании между китайскими и российскими стандартами бухгалтерского учета проведено использование учетно-аналитических методов формирования показателей деятельности предприятий автомобильной промышленности России и Китая на основе анализа их деятельности. / At the present stage, the automotive industry is one of the most important industries in both developed and developing countries. The scientific novelty of the research conducted in this master's thesis is as follows: based on a review of accounting and analytical methods for the formation of indicators on the financial results of enterprises and a comparative analysis of the development of Russia and China, the role of financial results analysis in identifying reserves for improving the efficiency of their activities is revealed; based on the analysis of the financial statements of the two countries, differences in content between Chinese and Russian accounting standards were revealed, accounting and analytical methods for the formation of performance indicators of the automotive industry enterprises of Russia and China were used based on the analysis of their activities.

Главная цель работы – совершенствование проектного подхода отдела системного и бизнес-анализа. В работе приведено описание компании, структуры персонала, взаимодействие между сотрудниками, статистика по затрачиваемому времени на задачу, процесса разработки нового функционала, результаты анализа, позволяющие выявить ряд следующих проблем: значительное время тратится на обсуждение и изменение функционала членов команды проекта, имеются риски по срокам. Как следствие из указанных проблем: недооцененное время на разработку функционала влияет на сроки реализации и качество будущего функционала. Для решения данных проблем предложено усовершенствовать проектный подход, внедрив нижеприведенные мероприятия: изменение порядка постановки задачи, изменение планирования и оценки задачи, создание мотивационной системы, модернизация системы взаимодействия. Был сделан расчет по внедрению совершенствованного проектного подхода. Затраты на проект составили 291594,2 рублей, срок окупаемости составляет 11 месяцев. / The main goal of the work is to improve the project approach of the system and business analysis department. The paper contains a description of the company, the structure of personnel, interaction between employees, statistics on the time spent on the task, the process of developing new functionality, the results of the analysis, which allow us to identify a number of the following problems: considerable time is spent on discussing and changing the functionality of the project team members, there are risks in terms of timing ... As a consequence of these problems: the underestimated time for the development of functionality affects the timing of implementation and the quality of the future functionality. To solve these problems, it is proposed to improve the project approach by introducing the following measures: changing the order of setting the problem, changing the planning and assessment of the problem, creating a motivational system, modernizing the interaction system. A calculation was made to introduce an improved design approach. The project costs amounted to 291 594.2 rubles, the payback period is 11 months.
