The master's thesis is devoted to assessment and analysis of the economic capital of a commercial bank in conditions of increasing risk load. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodological approach to assessment of economic capital based on the account of typical banking risks. The paper concludes that the amount of economic capital, which includes all types of risks, may exceed the amount of regulatory capital. Proper assessment of "risk capital" directly affects the financial stability of a credit institution. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам оценки и анализа экономического капитала коммерческого банка в условиях повышения рисковой нагрузки. Целью исследования является разработка методического подхода к оценке экономического капитала на основе учета типичных банковских рисков. В работе сделан вывод о том, что величина экономического капитала, включающая все виды рисков, может превышать величину регулятивного капитала. Грамотная оценка «капитала под риск» напрямую влияет на финансовую устойчивость кредитной организации.

В современных условиях для обеспечения эффективности деятельности предприятия должна быть правильно рассчитана нормативная величина оборотных активов, которая является одним из факторов повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия и обеспечения его устойчивости. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к обоснованию нормативной величины оборотных средств на предприятии цветной металлургии на основе обоснованных норм и нормативов материально-производственных запасов. В работе рассматривается также вопросы управления оборотным капиталом. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. Практическая значимость настоящей выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в возможности реализации предложенного автором методического подхода по нормированию оборотных средств предприятия цветной металлургии. / In modern conditions, to ensure the efficiency of the enterprise, the standard value of current assets must be correctly calculated, which is one of the factors for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and ensuring its stability. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a methodological approach to substantiating the standard value of working capital at a non-ferrous metallurgy enterprise on the basis of reasonable norms and standards of material and production stocks. The paper also deals with the issues of working capital management. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's empirical research, and corporate statistics. The practical significance of this final qualification work lies in the possibility of implementing the methodological approach proposed by the author for rationing the working capital of a non-ferrous metallurgy enterprise.

Целью работы является развитие методических основ оценки организационной эффективности предприятия в условиях активного развития и внедрения на предприятии цифровых технологий. В основе методики – применение динамического норматива и расчет интегрального показателя организационной эффективности, учитывающего объемную и структурную характеристику исследуемых показателей, входящих в динамический норматив. Разработанная методика позволяет оценить степень выполнения предприятием поставленных целей и формирует информационно-аналитическую базу для принятия решений в целях повышения эффективности работы предприятия в целом. / The aim of the work is to develop methodological foundations for assessing the organizational effectiveness of the enterprise in the conditions of active development and implementation of digital technologies at the enterprise. The method is based on the application of a dynamic standard and the calculation of an integral indicator of organizational effectiveness, taking into account the volume and structural characteristics of the studied indicators included in the dynamic standard. The developed method makes it possible to assess the degree to which an enterprise fulfills its goals and forms an information and analytical base for decision-making in order to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise as a whole.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию влияния операционного риска на финансовые показатели банка и выявлению специфики различных подходов к оценке операционного риска. В качестве научной новизны выявлено наличие обратно-пропорциональной корреляции между операционным риском и рентабельностью активов банка на основе корреляционно-регрессионного анализа, что позволяет прогнозировать величину ROA при изменении риск-метрик банка. На основе методических подходов BIA и TSA определена шкала критичного значения операционного риска. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the impact of operational risk on the financial performance of banks and the study of various approaches to assessing operational risk. As a scientific novelty, the presence of an inversely proportional correlation between operational risk and the profitability of the bank's assets was revealed, based on correlation and regression analysis, which makes it possible to predict the value of ROA when the bank's risk metrics change, and based on the calculations of operational risk and the bank's equity adequacy ratio based on the methodological approaches of BIA and TSA, the scale of critical operational risk values.
