SANTRAULA Gyvenimo pasikeitimai, salygoja tai, kad moterys palieka namų kultą ir aktyviai įsitraukia į visuomeninį gyvenimą. Tačiau dauguma moterų dirba ne itin svarbus, menkai apmokamus, nepastovius darbus, nors galimybės, kad moterys galėtų gauti gerai apmokamą darbą ir imtis užimti padėtį visuomenėje ir ginti savo teises, vis daugėja. Integracija į darbo rinką moterims yra daug sunkesnė nei vyrams, dėl neigiamo visuomenės požiūro į moteris. Tyrimo objektas – moterų diskriminacija Lietuvos darbo rinkoje. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti moterų diskriminaciją Lietuvos darbo rinkoje. Darbo struktūra Pirmoje dalyje „DISKRIMINACIJOS TEORINIAI ASPEKTAI“ (1užd.) pateikiamos skirtingų autorių sampratos apie diskriminaciją, jos rūšis ir pasireiškimo sritis. Taip pat aptariamas stiklinių lubų efektas ir jo įtaka moterų karjeroje. Antroje dalyje „MOTERŲ DISKRIMINACIJOS TYRIMO MODELIS“ (2 užd.) pateikiama diskriminacijos rodiklių klasifikavimas ir tarpusavio ryšys. Remiantis statistikos duomenimis aptariama moterų diskriminacijos situacija. SUMMARY The exchange of life habits, women leave the home of cult, and actively engaged in public life. However, the majority of women work less than a vital, low-paid work and volatile, although the opportunities, for women to obtain a well paid job and take a position in society and protect their rights, is increasing. Integration into the labor market, which established the public attitude to women, is heavier than the men. Object of the study – women's discrimination in Lithuania's labor market. Aim of the study – to evaluate women's discrimination in the labor market of Lithuania. Lietuvos privalomojo socialinio draudimo modelis / Model of the Lithuanian compulsory social insurance

Išanalizavus pagrindinius Lietuvos valstybinį socialinį draudimą reglamentuojančius įstatymus, nutarimus, kitus normatyvinius aktus bei įvairią su darbo tema susijusią literatūrą ir atitinkamus statistinius duomenis darbe atsakyta į darbo tikslui pasiekti išsikeltus uždavinius bei suformuotą hipotezę. Apžvelgus XIX a. pabaigoje susiformavusias socialinės apsaugos Bismarck’o ir Beveridge tradicijas bei Gosta Espin-Anderssen išskirtus tris socialinės apsaugos modelius (liberalusis, konservatyvusis ir socialdemokratinis) nustatyta, kad Lietuvos socialinio draudimo modelis turi ir konservatyviojo, ir liberaliojo modelio bruožų. Kadangi, Lietuvoje vis plečiama pensijų sistema, kurioje ateityje valstybė suteiks tik minimalią (bazinę) pensiją, o didžiąją dalį pensijos žmogui turės uždirbti naujai į rinką įsilieję dalyviai - pensijų fondai. Darbe pabrėžta, kad teoriniai socialiniai apsaugos modeliai šiandiena nei vienoje valstybėje grynu pavidalu neegzistuoja, todėl būtina išskirti ir papildomą mišrų socialinį modelį, turintį kiekvieno darbe aptartų modelio bruožų. / Having analysed the main laws, decisions and other normative acts regulating the Lithuanian state social insurance as well as various literature and appropriate statistical data related to the topic of the paper, the work contains answers to the suggested hypothesis and the tasks set to achieve the aim of the paper. After covering Bismarck and Beveridge’s social security traditions, formed at the end of the 19th century, and three social security models distinguished by Gosta Espin-Anderssen (the liberal, conservative and social-democratic models), it was established that the Lithuanian state social insurance has some features of both the conservative and the liberal models. As in Lithuania the system of pensions is being developed in which the state will give only a minimum (basic) pension in the future, and the biggest part of the pension for a person will be earned by the participants which came to the market newly, i.e. by pension funds. In the work it is stressed that theoretical social security models do not exist in any state in their pure form nowadays, therefore it is also necessary to distinguish an additional mixed social model, containing some of the features of the discussed models. The model of the Lithuanian state social insurance was started to be formed as early as in 1926 after promulgating the Law of the Chief Social Insurance Board. Title : The character of Lubos Fiser's work and his style of composing, taking into account the nature of solo piano pieces. Abstract : This paper "The character of Lubos Fiser's work and his style of composing, taking into account the nature of solo piano pieces", is focused on all of his pieces. The first part of Fiser's work falls within the artificial character and the second part focuses on the film, hence the incidental music. The main purpose of this thesis is to update and clarify Fiser's review of his complete achievements and composition style into the typological classification and the individual development throughout various creative stages. Consideration will be also given to the creation of solo piano pieces that illustrate and highlight specific features of Fiser's creative development. Characteristics of these pieces will be linked to their structure in the form and tectonics, with regard to the styling tools and related interpretive issues.
