1	化妝品廠商中國市場進入策略之研究 / China Market entry strategy for Cosmetics Comapny 周建呈 Unknown Date (has links) 中國的化妝品市場整體生產快速發展，在2006年全球化妝品銷售額排名中，中國上升兩位，超越了法國和德國，目前已經成為全球第三大化妝品市場。中國由於幅員廣闊，化妝品產業也因此呈現不同的市場區隔，也由於不同市場區隔的差異及特性，使得化妝品產業的發展過程亦充滿不確定性與複雜性。要如何在競爭激烈的產業環境中脫穎而出，正是經營者所要面臨的考驗與智慧。企業經營成功與失敗的因素有許多，但最重要的是在於採取有效的策略佈局與執行。策略的佈局與實施都與企業文化、公司經營理念、以及當地市場的發展等因素有密切關係。中國大陸市場的產業競爭，已經被世界各國列為一級戰區，雖然許多企業看到大陸市場的龐大潛力，但也不要忽略了為數更多的競爭者與潛在競爭者。策略管理的焦點在於整合人力資源、行銷、財務、會計、生產營運、研究發展以及電腦資訊系統以達到組織的成功。為了對中國大陸的化粧品產業的事業經營策略有所了解，需要具有一個理論性以及實務性相結合的分析架構，本研究以策略矩陣做為分析產業環境以及制定事業策略的管理工具，並結合個案公司進行實證性探討作為驗證。本研究內容對於後續進入到中國大陸的化妝品業者，除了進行產業分析以及事業策略的規劃之時，也提供相關的產業資訊及現成的策略分析架構做為參考依據。進入策略中國化妝品市場
