台北市立綜合醫院醫師工作滿足之研究

本論文旨在嘗試與學習有關工作滿足問題之研究。在研究方法上是以問卷調查方法來 瞭解、分析與探討台北市四所市立綜合醫院醫師工作滿足的狀況，期能發掘問題並對 市立醫院管理實務方面提供改進健議。全文共分五章十九節，約七萬餘言。 第一章「緒論」，說明本研究之動機、目的，並提出若干問題。第二章「工作滿足的 理論」，就有關激勵與工作滿足的理論加以檢視，作為本項研究的理論依據。第三章 「研究方法」，除介紹研究對象外，並說明測量的工具及施測過程。第四章「調查樣 本工作滿足情形的分析」，即探討台北市立醫院醫師人口統計變數與工作滿足間的關 係、工作滿足方面所存在的問題及其背景原因。第五章「問題與改進建議」，乃對本 研究作一總結，指出問題癥結與改進建議。
