醫院緊急室管理: 統計方法之應用

隨著工商業的發達，都市生活的繁忙，急診病患日益增加，因而急診室在醫院部門中 更顯示出其重要性。如何以統計方法來協助急診室的管理，以提高服務效能，實為醫 院管理者所應具備的條件。 本文共分為五章。第一章說明研究的動機與目的。第二章則針對目前國內醫院急診室 存在的一些問題加以探討，並尋求解決之道。第三章為等候理論及模型的論述，在本 章中僅論及一些簡明形式的模型，對於較複雜者，則不序討論。在第四章中以台北市 某紀念醫院急診室七十三年十月至七十四年九月的急診登記簿為原始資料，先對資料 來源序以檢定，再加以統計分析，並藉尋適當醫生數目，以提供該醫院做為改進業務 之參考。第五章為第四章結果之綜合結論。
