本論文內容如左： 第一章緒論：就研究動機與目的、研究範圍與對象、研究方法與程序、資料來源及研 究限制加以說明。 第二章利潤中心制度：就利潤中心之設立、轉撥價格之建立、績效之衡量、激勵措施 與獎勵辦法以及責任會計之採行做深入探討。 第三章我國銀行採行利潤中心制度之現況：就實施緣起及目的、成本利潤中心之設置 、成本與收入之分類及處理、會計及績效報告加以研究。 第四章推展我國銀行利潤中心制度之策略：就現行我國銀行體制之缺失、利潤中心制 度精神之體認、促進採行成本利潤中心之意願以及利潤中心之推廣加以說明。 第五章結論與建議：本文結論與建議事項。
