市場結構與獨占力之研究

本文共五章，大約撰寫三萬字。 第一章為研究目的與動機，研究方法與架構、研究範圍與限制。 第二章共四節，從市場結構的經濟因子予以分類：賣者集中、買者集中、區域性集中 、阻礙新廠商進入、產品差異、需求成長等，然後就這些因子測字之方法作一整理， 以便實證時量化之用。 第三章共有三節，首先就獨占力之衡量方法作一個描述：Lenear指數、Briefer 指數 、Rothchild 指數、Saving測定S-B-P 。其中只有最後一種能充為實證之用。從市場 結構的差異、透過廠商行為、檢定其績效之差異與結構因子的關係是否顯著，如 果顯著S-B-P 成立。此外第二、三節，則是國外實證研究結果之整理。就學者採擷之 模型差異列出，及實證結果是否顯著作一比較。 第四章只有三節，是針對台灣巨型企業的績效──結構關係作研究。首先分析近年來 台灣大型企業發展狀況，次比較中、美、英大型企業之結構，說明集團中之差異。最 後，就大廠商的利潤來源驗證結構因子之影響。 第五章為結論與建議。
