中國汽車工業發展的政治經濟分析 — 以上海大眾為例

改革開放後，中國發現其汽車產業落後國外進30年的差距，遂而藉由引進外資來發展汽車產業。然而在眾多合資整車企業當中，只有上海大眾能迅速地提升國產化率，並解除外匯的管制，最後逐步地提升產量達到規模經濟。本文以為由於「發展型國家理論」強調國家積極介入經濟事務，並帶動經濟在短期內快速成長，因此本文的研究目的主要在於透過發展型國家論來探討上海大眾汽車成功的發展經驗，並觀察地方政府如何主導汽車產業的發展。
