開發中國家會計發展之研究

會計在開發中國家所扮演之角色，向來未受應有之重視與肯定，本論文及擬針對此作 一番翔實之探討。 本論文約計七章，共五－十萬字。第一章緒論：介紹研究動機、目的、方法及論文架 構。第二章、開發中國家會計發展概論：首先研討會計在開發中國家所居地位繼而介 紹會計發展及會計在開發中國家之特徵。第三章、各國會計發展概況引述：分別介紹 美歐已開發國家，亞太地區、非洲中東地區及拉丁美洲地區等未開發國家會計發展概 況。第四章、深入探討開發中國家會計發展障礙：從文化、經濟、政治、法律、教育 各方面著手、第五章、研究提昇開發中國家會發展之途逕，擬自法律、教育、國際和 諧會計各方面從事研究。第六章、則針對台灣作實證研究，第七章、結論與建議。
