建置結合社群互動圈的個人化餐廳推薦系統 / Design and Implementation of a Personalized Restaurant Recommendation System

選擇到哪家餐廳用餐的問題,不論旅遊或家居都經常會遇到。大多數的人會先上網,尋找符合自己喜好且評價好的美食。然而網際網路發達,在人人都可上網分享的情況下,造成資訊氾濫超載。使得使用者上網瀏覽資料時,很容易找到不切合需求的資訊。解決此資訊超載的方法之一是餐廳推薦系統。儘管目前有很多的推薦應用程式或是分享平台,諸如TripAdvisor、iPeen愛評網、foursquare…等等,資料豐富但卻沒有針對個人偏好做推薦。   本研究有鑒於許多人在品嘗美食之前,會先拍照並在Facebook或Instagram打卡做紀錄、分享給朋友,打卡的次數可能意味著此餐廳的熱門度。且使用者選擇的美食類型偏好也可能受到聚餐目的的影響。因此開發出一款結合社群互動圈以及考量用餐情境的餐廳推薦系統。此系統先利用使用者所選擇的聚餐場合、價位、餐廳類型、熱門商圈等元素篩選出合適的餐廳,再利用Facebook打卡資料取得與使用者偏好相似的好友,依據好友的相似度推算出使用者對餐廳的喜好程度,推薦符合使用者興趣及需求的餐廳,協助使用者能夠更容易地找到自己所喜好的店家。   本研究的實作系統,經過評估測試,結果發現結合社群互動圈及考量用餐情境的個人化推薦能讓使用者更容易找到自己所喜好的餐廳,而在推薦內容中顯示好友對餐廳的評論,更有效的幫助使用者作決策。未來本推薦系統所使用之結合情境元素所設計的模式亦可應用至其他領域的推薦平台,如旅遊景點推薦或旅遊住宿推薦。 / Most people face the issue of deciding which restaurant to eat. Searching through the Internet is the first step that people usually do. However the rapid growth of information has overloaded the Internet users, it makes difficult to find the most appropriate information for decision-making. Certainly there are several restaurant recommender systems have been developed to solve the problem, such as TripAdvisor, iPeen, foursquare, etc; but few systems provide personalized and context-based recommendations.   The research intends to develop a restaurant recommender system that considers the factors of social network and context. Nowadays, when people eat, they like to take a picture and check in on Facebook or Instagram to share with friends, the numbers of check-in for a restaurant may mean the restaurant’s popularity. In addition, the gathering purpose and personal preferences may also affect the users’ decisions. Therefore the recommender system first used the variables of eating criteria such as place, price, types of food, eating environments to filter restaurants. The system then got the user’s similar friends from check-in data of Facebook. Through calculating friends’ similarity and their preference of restaurants, the recommender system finds the most fitted ones for the user to choose from.   The afterward system’s users testing data prove that this personalized and context-based recommendation system provides better information to help the user make their decisions. The same model can be replicated to other domain of recommender platforms.

教師社群互動、工作希望感受與創造性轉化之關係:量化模式建構與典範案例分析 / Teacher Community, Work Hope, and Creative Transformation: Model Construction and Case Analysis

教師專業學習社群(簡稱「教師社群」)是一種協助現場教師突破孤立狀態、與同儕相互學習、以持續專業發展、進而提升創意之重要方式。 本研究透過量化模式的檢驗,探究教師社群互動、工作希望感受與創造性轉化之關係,以問卷調查法,針對台灣地區教師,進行取樣研究,有效問卷共計891份。研究工具包括「社群互動品質量表」、「工作希望感受量表」與「創造性轉化行為量表」。此外,並透過對典型個案之訪談,探究四個「創意教師行動研究」成功社群的經營策略。 量化研究主要發現:「教師社群互動、工作希望感受與創造性轉化」模式之驗證獲得支持。此模式的意義在於:良好的教師社群必須兼顧認知與情感層面的互動;如此,除了可直接促進教學上的創造性轉化之外,認知與情感互動尚可以透過工作希望感受之中介效果來影響教師的創造性轉化。至於教師工作希望感受的提升,則能直接影響創造性轉化的展現。其次,根據個案分析整理歸納出經營社群的重要策略,如:「感動策略」、「友誼策略」、「共同解決問題策略」、「榮耀共享策略」、「低調漸進緩慢策略」、「彰權益能策略」、「成就感策略」、「資源網絡拓展策略」、「雁行領導策略」以及「持續互動策略」。 最後,本研究根據上述發現並針對教育實務與未來研究層面,提出具體建議以供參考。 / Nowadays, the concept of a “teacher professional learning community” (Teacher Community, TC) is an important approach to cultivate, develop, and sustain teachers’ professional development and creativity. In Taiwan, from the perspective of TC, how to facilitate teachers’ creativity is also valued under the Creative Education policy. However, empirical evidence is rarely discussed. Thus, this study addresses two aspects: (1) the relationship of TC, work hope and creative transformation (Study I), (2) to explore the main strategies of managing teacher communities (Study II). In Study I, a SEM model is proposed using the linear structural relations (LISREL) to test the research hypotheses with the data from 891 valid questionnaires collected. Instruments used include Interactions of Communities Scales, Work Hope Scale, and Creative Transformation Scale. The estimated results of the proposed model are found to substantiate the requirements of the general LISREL model. The majority of the fit indices have indicated good fit of the model to the data. The main findings include (1) Cognitive interactions of communities have significantly direct and indirect effects through work hope on creative transformation; (2) Affective interactions of communities have significantly direct and indirect effects through work hope on creative transformation; (3) Work hope has a significantly direct effect on creative transformation. These results have suggested that teachers’ work hope, and their cognitive and affective interactions in communities have a significant, positive influence on creative transformation. In addition, work hope has played a role as a mediator between the interactions in communities and creative transformation. In Study II, teachers in communities of four typical cases funded for four years under the Project on the Enhancement of Creative Education are interviewed. Based on the data, there are several strategies for managing teacher communities: (1) witnessing strategy, (2) friendship strategy, (3) problem-solving strategy, (4) honor- sharing strategy, (5) low-profile strategy, (6) empowerment strategy, (7) sense of achievement strategy, (8) networking strategy, (9) flying geese strategy, and (10) sustaining strategy. Limitations of the current research and implications for the practice of teacher community were discussed.

There are various sources in the production processes that casued destructions to the world, for example: the use of pesticides in cotton fields, fabric dyeing consuming great amount of water resources, the use of the third world Sweatshops, and a mixture of strategies of mass-produced cheap clothing. Consumers’ desires are constantly being provoked by those low-price and fast fashion while clothes were thrown to the third world to be buried. The pace of waste generation is far more faster than the speed of material recycling. It’s time to think about values verse demages created by the fashion industry. The primary goal of this study is to understand and clarify the concept of circular economy that promotes greater resource productivity. The aim is to reduce waste and avoid pollution by promoting a sustainable fashion design model on a crowdsourcing platform. Sustainable fashion is a part of the growing design philosophy and trend of sustainability, it is to create an eco-system which can be supported indefinitely in terms of human impact on the environment and social responsibility. The system can be seen as an alternative trend against fast fashion. For these purposes, this study will clarify the relationship of circular economy and fashion industry though the primary focus has remained on improving the impacts of productive processing and material provenance. Meanwhile, the study will examine business cases of circular economy to enhance the development of sustainable fashion platform. The findings are useful for Taiwan fashion industry to strengthen their design and development of sustainable fashion to lead Asia Pacific center. The study explored the influence of sustainable fashion on aspects of design, production, marketing, and innovative business model. The proposed platform provides information and goods of sustainable fashion and builds a channel which connects suppliers and consumers.
