對幼兒教師而言，「愛」是什麼？是一種讚美？還是一種框限？只能有一種樣態？還是可以有不同的方式？是自然生成的能力？還是需要辯證與學習的？ 本研究採用行動科學的觀點，藉由在書寫中對話提問與反映回觀的過程，檢視研究者在身為一位幼兒教師的角色上對於「愛」的使用理論，釐清其中隱含的認知，爾後透過「權威」概念的釐清來解構與轉移既有視框，進而建立新的行動使用理論，統整原本具衝突性的幼兒教師角色知覺，並獲得自我在幼師角色上的專業認同。
