關稅保護、進口代替、貿易依存度與我國產業之成長

一般而言，開發中國家在工業化的過程中，常常採取關稅保護措施來培植國內的產業 ，避免成長中的產業，在發展初期即受到外國產品價廉價物美的強烈壓力而不能生存 。本論利用以往學者對臺灣所做的關稅保護實證資料，配合進口替代、貿易依存度二 種指標來研究我國的產業，特別是製造業在過去三、四十年來的發展情形，並由此獲 知我國產業結構的變化，最後提出本論文的結論和建議。 本論文共有五章，其構成如下所述： 第一章、前言。 第二章、我國工業發展策略的回顧和展望。 第三章、理論介紹、詳細說明和導引有效保護、進口替代及貿易依存度的理論架構。 第四章、實證資料的蒐集、選擇與計算、和分析實證結果。 第五章、結論與建議。
