商業銀行資產管理理論與台灣之實證研究

第一章為緒論，闡述本論文研究的動機與目的，在於銀行與一國的經濟有相當密利的 關係，而銀行的資產負債管理行為，則關係著一銀行的收益性、風險性與流動性，亦 即關係著銀行經營的成敗，故對於銀行資產管理行為有以研究易必要與價值。第二章 則是銀行資產管理理論的概述，將各學者的論點做一綜合性的敘述。第三章則是建立 銀行資產管理的實證模型，並進而以台灣商業銀行之實際資料，加以實證分析研究。 第四章則為結論。
