放款係銀行最主要的生利資產，其經營之良窳不僅為銀行榮枯所繫，亦關係存款大眾
利益與國家經濟之發展。晚近以來，由於工商企業普受不景氣的影響，銀行放款資產
已蒙受相當程度之損失。成為銀行盈餘減少重要因素之一。
我國銀行稽核制度建立以來，逐漸發揮其於銀行經營中積極性的功能。本論文擬從稽
核觀點論放款業務之得失，以及目前稽核制度對款業務經營之影響。
