本論文共一冊，約八萬字，計分五章十四節，各章大要如下： 第一章（含緒論）：本章重點在於闡釋筆者的研究動機、研究方法，並為本論文的研 究主題做一界定。 第二章：在本章中，筆者開宗明義的闡釋階段的社會語源，馬克思的階級分類及階級 概念，並對馬克思的階級論做番概要論述。 第三章：此章筆者申論的重點在於無產階級革命的社會背景，階級意識與階級鬥爭， 及無產階級的革命進程等三大部份。 第四章：在本章中筆者對馬克思階級論的三大歷史預言進行評估，同時也對往後馬克 思主義者對階級論的態待做番論述。 第五章：於本章中，筆者見討論馬克思主義列寧主義的關連，再從這個發展脈絡中， 筆者得出「以民主代替極權」做為本論文的終結。
