La remisión de remesas internas puede generar beneficios significativos para quienes las reciben, especialmente en el cambio de condición de pobreza en la que viven las familias receptoras de estas transferencias. Así como se ha observado en los últimos años una migración internacional en aumento, hacia países desarrollados en busca de oportunidades; las familias menos favorecidas, vulnerables o en situación de pobreza o pobreza extrema, y que no cuentan con los recursos para un viaje internacional, también deciden migrar pero internamente, lo que se conoce como una migración del campo a la ciudad. Algunas de estas familias cuentan entre sus miembros con una persona que decide migrar con el objetivo de trabajar y generar recursos económicos que le permita salir de su condición de vulnerabilidad o pobreza y remitir a su familia dinero, el mismo que le ayuda a enfrentar la difícil situación que atraviesan. / Tesis

The electoral process of 1996 is configured in a political arrangement in the city whose bid is based on democratic principles in order to enhance the citizenship and social rights In that context aims to assess the practices of the Participatory Budget through the relationship established between civil society and municipal administration noting the areas of sociability the strategies the learning and its developments in the city everyday They also want to score and limits the progress of relations between different social actors in view of a democratic and participatory management. / Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar avaliar e socializar as práticas de gestão participativa e democrática vivenciadas no município de Sobral com enfoque na experiência do Orçamento Participativo estimulada pela Prefeitura no período compreendido entre os anos 1997 a 2004 Esta experiência proporcionou ao município a articulação das principais forças vivas no território e ao mesmo tempo demarcou outro momento político após passar quatro décadas mergulhado num contexto político em que predominavam as práticas clientelistas e paternalistas Essa situação nos remete a questionamentos referentes aos alcances das mudanças e os desafios que um modelo de gestão democrática deve enfrentar ao buscar introduzir alguns espaços e canais para perseguir uma gestão compartilhada envolvendo representantes da sociedade civil e da administração pública como foi a proposta para Sobral no período abordado. O processo eleitoral de 1996 configurou-se em um arranjo político no município cuja proposta se alicerçava em princípios democráticos de modo a valorizar a cidadania e os direitos sociais. Nesse contexto pretende-se avaliar as práticas do Orçamento Participativo através da relação instituída entre a sociedade civil e a administração municipal verificando os espaços de sociabilidades, as estratégias, os aprendizados e seus desdobramentos no cotidiano do município Também se pretende pontuar os avanços e os limites das relações entre os diferentes atores sociais na perspectiva de uma gestão democrática e participativa.

Ce mémoire est une introduction à l'étude de l'articulation entre la théologie et l'anthropologie dans l’oeuvre liturgique du théologien français Louis Bouyer (1913-2004). La période couverte est celle précédant le concile Vatican II. Ce travail est en trois parties : (I)-Louis Bouyer et le Mouvement liturgique, (II)-Louis Bouyer et l'intelligence de la liturgie et (III)-Louis Bouyer et l'anthropologie de la religion. Dans la première partie, nous analysons le point de vue de L. Bouyer sur le Mouvement liturgique. Dans la deuxième partie, nous précisons ce qu'il entends par intelligence de la liturgie à partir de son centre, le Mystère Pascal, et la notion de Mystère héritée de O. Casel. Dans la troisième partie, nous exposons les perspectives anthropologiques de L. Bouyer à partir d'un de ses ouvrages de référence : Le rite et l'homme. / This master's thesis is an introduction to the study of the relationship between theology and anthropology in the liturgical work of the French theologian Louis Bouyer (1913-2004). We restrain ourselves to the period prior to the Second Vatican Council. This work is in three parts: (I)-Louis Bouyer and Liturgical Movement, (II)-Louis Bouyer and the intelligence of liturgy (III)-Louis Bouyer and anthropology of religion. In the first part, we analyze the view of L. Bouyer on the Liturgical Movement. In the second part, we specify what he means by intelligence of liturgy, from its center : the Paschal Mystery, and the concept of Mystery inherited from O. Casel. In the third part, we present the anthropological perspective of L. Bouyer based on one of its reference books: Rite and man.
