Návrh 3D pouzdření pro konstrukci moderních elektronických systémů / Development in 3D Packaging for Modern Electronics Systems

Prikryl, Petr January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is 3D package design study and elaboration of rules for effective thermal and electrical design. There are recommendations and equations for calculating parameters affecting design of modern SOP and SIP packages mentioned in this thesis. Advantages of modern technologies in thermal management of packages are demonstrated in the second part of thesis using ANSYS workbench.

Design And Modeling Elastomeric Vibration Isolators Using Finite Element Method

Ardic, Halil 01 February 2013 (has links) (PDF)
In this thesis, a process is developed for designing elastomeric vibration isolators in order to provide vibration isolation for sensitive equipment being used in ROKETSAN A.S.&rsquo / s products. For this purpose, first of all, similar isolators are examined in the market. After that, appropriate elastomeric materials are selected and their temperature and frequency dependent dynamic properties are experimentally obtained. Parametric finite element model of the isolator is then constituted in ANSYS APDL using the properties of elastomeric materials and the conceptual design of the isolator. Then, according to design requirements, final design parameters of the vibration isolator are determined at the end of design iterations. In the next step, vibration isolator that was designed is manufactured using the elastomeric material chosen, by a local rubber company. Finally, design process is verified by comparing analysis and test results.

Разработка системы информационной поддержки проектирования робототехнических устройств и создание структуры проекта робота-манипулятора в среде PDM Teamcenter с возможностью дистанционного доступа к проекту : магистерская диссертация / Experimental and computer aided investigation of cutting process of brittle materials

Ваганов, К. А., Vaganov, K. A. January 2016 (has links)
This master thesis work was aimed to enhance the designing of robots using cloud technologies. Analytical review of software to design robots, including PDM systems, was made. The specific features of such systems are presented and necessary modules are selected for designing the robot manipulator using CAD and PDM tools. 3D model of industrial robot was created using Semens NX CAD software. All the standards and regulatory documents related to the robotics design were considered. The design sequence of the robot manipulator with reference to standards (GOST 2.103-68 and GOST 19.102-77) is described. The project structure was created with use of Siemens Teamcenter PDM software and cloud technologies.

Šestiválcový vznětový motor pro užitková vozidla / Six cylinder diesel engine for commercial vehicles

Pulava, Oleksandr January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma is to design a crankshaft for a six-cylinder commercial vehicle, which is one of the unified motors. The main parts are the design of the crankshaft configuration, the crankshaft balancing method for forces and moments, the crankshaft design documentation, and the crankshaft strength verification. The design of torsional vibration damping characteristics is also made and its effect on torsional vibration and crankshaft strength is determined.

Deformačně napjatostní analýza prvků totální náhrady trapéziometakarpálního kloubu / Deformation and stress analysis of the parts of the total replacement of the trapeziometacarpal joint

Svojanovský, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The presented diploma thesis builds on author’s bachelor’s thesis of the similar name which was focused, in particular, on rhizarthrosis. Because of this joint disease, implantations of the total joint replacement are performed. The bachelor’s thesis also served as a familiarization with the finite element method and contact analyses issues, giving a theoretical framework for this diploma thesis. As opposed to that, the diploma thesis aims entirely at deformation and stress analysis of the total replacement. The main objective is to carry out analyses of different variants of geometric models. In addition, there is a tendency to analyze contact pressures of advanced model concerning all the total replacement, bone tissues, ligaments and tendons guaranteeing the static equilibrium of components. The bachelor’s thesis has been developed in ANSYS Workbench, whereas the diploma thesis in ANSYS APDL. Work in APDL allows user to control better over the entire computational process, however, requires more skills and theoretic knowledge. Contact analyses bring a lot of problems associated with convergence of procedures and accuracy of results. Therefore, explanations of important terms and set of recommendations are included for the purpose of easier solving of the contact problems.

Experimental and computer aided investigation of cutting process of brittle materials : магистерская диссертация / Экспериментальное и компьютерное исследование процессов резания хрупких материалов

Kharitonov, P. V., Харитонов, П. В. January 2016 (has links)
This master thesis work was aimed to enhance the computer aided modeling of cutting processes for hard brittle materials in optical and microelectronic industry. The parametric computer model of scribing the brittle wafer by diamond tool was developed using ANSYS APDL language and quasi-static conditions of treatment. Scribing of glass plates was realized by conic diamond tool on Roland CNC machine with different cutting parameters. Some experiments were made with coated glass plates. The surface quality of scribed plates was analyzed using AXIO ZEISS confocal microscope. The developed computer model enables predicting the defects zones in scribed brittle plate and searching the optimal cutting parameters and tool geometry.

DYNAMICKÁ ANALÝZA ZÁKLADOVÉ KONSTRUKCE V INTERAKCI S PODZÁKLADÍM / DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE SOIL-FOUNDATION INTERACTION

Martinásek, Josef Unknown Date (has links)
Thesis deals with problems of the soil-structure interaction. In the theoretical part is described the approach to mathematical modeling of structure-foundation-soil interaction. The subsoil models are further described in detail, including the models with piles (both static and dynamics models). In the next chapter there is described the dynamics theory of the systems with single or more degrees of freedom. There is also an analysis of propagation, reflection and refraction of mechanical one-dimensional waves (P-wave, S-wave) and spatial waves (P- wave, SV-wave, SH-wave) and waves in homogeneous half-space (R-wave L-wave). The numerical analysis is logically sorted from hand calculation of the parameter change influence on the modal characteristics to complex computational FEM model of the machine with a foundation on piles placed in the spatial block of soil. Numerical studies aim to determine the influence of the subsoil model on the modal characteristics and thus confirm the absolute necessity of the subsoil model in tasks of dynamics. The next goal is to determine the appropriate key parameters of the computational model: the size of finite element, suitable shape of subsoil model, suitable inclination of boundary condition and suitable boundary conditions. For creating of set of computational models was used language APDL in conjunction with ANSYS software interface. All used input files are listed in the Annex.
