El objetivo principal de este proyecto fue determinar si la implementación de un sistema de gestión mejora el control y seguimiento del Visor de Pedidos en una empresa que gestiona el proceso de aseguramiento de ventas para el rubro de telecomunicaciones. La metodología usada para el análisis y diseño del sistema fue el Proceso unificado ágil (AUP). El desarrollo se realizó en Windows Forms, apoyándose en el Framework .Net, empleando el lenguaje de programación C#, base de datos MySql y Macro Scheduler para las macros de soporte. Los resultados se presentaron en función a tres factores de evaluación como cantidad de consultas caídas, tiempo de duración de tareas, satisfacción de la perspectiva del usuario. Se determinó que la implementación del Sistema de Gestión ha mejorado el control y seguimiento del Visor de Pedidos que opera en el proceso de aseguramiento de ventas a través de la reducción porcentual de consultas caídas respecto a la bolsa de consultas totales que llegan al visor de pedidos donde sin la solución implementada era de 13.72% mientras que con la solución implementada paso a ser solo el 1% además de la reducción del tiempo promedio de las tareas para el control y seguimiento del visor de pedidos a 35 minutos con 26 segundos también se ha incrementado la satisfacción de las necesidades y expectativas de los usuarios involucrados con el visor de pedidos ya que el 100% de los encuestados considera que existe mayor control del visor de pedidos, 91.30% considera que ocasionalmente se presentan incidencias, el 100% considera que ha mejorado el tiempo de resolución de incidencias y el 74% afirma que existe mayor detalle en reportes de informe sobre el visor de pedidos.

This work deals with application integration in telecommunications companies. It concerns the areas of project management, software development, enterprise architecture and system integration. The theoretical part is verified in a real practical project that was realized in cooperation with a major telecommunications company operating in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to synthesize available information relating to application integration and apply this knowledge within the telecommunications company. Another aim is to map the current methodology that can be used in integration projects and to compare various approaches to the methodology. The final objective is to verify the theoretical knowledge in real projects realized in cooperation with the telecommunications operator. This objective involves an analysis of the current state of the integration system and to realize the initial phase of the project according to the chosen methodology. Objectives are met by systematic synthesis of information from available resources and by supplementing author's knowledge and practical experience. The contribution of this work lies in the summary of the basic theory of application integration and its subsequent integration into telecommunications business. Another contribution is the explana-tion of the development of a new version of OptiNet, realized for a telecommunications operator, including activities defined in the selected methodology.

This thesis addresses the issues of how rhythm could be taught differently in the West, how the new methodology described here could impact the performance of rhythmically complex contemporary music as well as becoming the starting point of a new creative approach for improvisers and composers. The three main goals of this research are to describe South Indian (Karnatic) rhythmical concepts which could be considered sufficiently universal to be integrated with western classical and jazz aesthetics, to show how these techniques can be utilised to analyse and perform western contemporary music with more understanding and accuracy, and to demonstrate how these concepts can be integrated within a western creative framework, be it improvised or composed.

The thesis is focused on the role of assurance within project management standards. Firstly, the theoretical role of assurance was established based on the performed research. Three main areas of interest have been identified: Assurance over business, the project itself and the product. The role established in the theoretical part of the work was subsequently compared to information systems development methodologies and project management standards. From the comparison with AUP, Scrum and FDD methodologies, it seems that the better assurance is defined, the longer the feedback cycle is. During the comparison with the three most widespread project management standards - IPMA, PRINCE2 and PMBOK - various areas have been identified where these are not fully compliant with the theoretical role of assurance. Additions to IPMA and PMBOK have been created to support the compliance with the theoretically established role of assurance, fulfilling the objective set for the practical part of the work and providing benefits to IT project management professionals that struggle to deliver quality products while following one of the aforementioned standards.

[pt] Em reação aos problemas causados pelo crescimento da urbanização mundial, o movimento da agricultura urbana vem se expandindo e consolidando como infraestrutura verde capaz de gerar novas alternativas para o ambiente urbano e a segurança alimentar, tanto no Norte como no Sul Global. Majoritariamente implantadas em espaços residuais, as hortas urbanas comunitárias promovem dinamismo na produção do espaço e ações de impacto socioambiental que podem contribuir para sustentabilidade e resiliência urbanas. O objeto de estudo desta dissertação é o programa de agricultura urbana comunitária da prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro – Hortas Cariocas, que, desde 2006, viabiliza a produção de alimentos orgânicos em favelas, escolas e vazios urbanos. Buscou-se cruzar o referencial teórico com dados do programa, visitas, entrevistas e aplicação de questionários para analisar o Programa Hortas Cariocas e verificar suas contribuições para a cidade e a Agenda 2030 como vetor de desenvolvimento sustentável no contexto urbano. / [en] Reacting to the problems caused by the growth of world urbanization, the urban agriculture movement has been expanding and consolidating as a green infrastructure able to generate new alternatives for the urban environment and food security, regardless of climate or city location – North or Global South. Mostly implemented in residual spaces, community urban gardens promote dynamism in space production and socioenvironmental impact that can also contribute to urban sustainability and resilience.The object of study of this dissertation is the communal urban agriculture program of the city of Rio de Janeiro – Hortas Cariocas, which since 2006 produces organic food in slums, schools and urban voids. This research aimed to cross the theoretical framework with data from the program, visits, interviews and application of questionnaires to analyze Hortas Cariocas and verify its contributions to the city and 2030 Agenda as a sustainable development vector in the urban context.
