En esta oportunidad, presentamos la segunda parte del artículo que saliera publicado en la edición 46 de nuestra revista. El autor desarrolla, en primer lugar, cuales son los mecanismos de recuperación, cuando se presenta un supuesto de pérdida patrimonial a causa del pago de una obligación ajena. Asimismo, se realiza un análisis de las clases de subrogación comparadas con el régimen de la cesión de créditos. Por último, concluye su análisis desarrollando cuales son los efectos del pago del tercero en el Código Civil. In this opportunity, we introduce the second part of the paper, which was first published on the 46th edition of our jounal. First, the author elaborates some loss recovery mechanisms when the payment on behalf of a third party causes the loss of assets. then, the author analizes the types of subrogations, and compares them to the regulation of assignment of contractual rights. Finally, the author develops the efects of the payment on behalf of a third party in our Legislation.
