CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / A pesquisa tem como objetivo central investigar a relaÃÃo trabalho-educaÃÃo nos estÃgios das Escolas Estaduais de EducaÃÃo Profissional - EEEP. O modelo de EducaÃÃo Profissional para as escolas estaduais de ensino mÃdio do Cearà teve efetividade em 2008, integrando o ensino mÃdio à educaÃÃo profissional. Sua polÃtica educacional se ajusta ao modelo polÃtico neoliberal e à pedagogia das competÃncias, servindo Ãs necessidades do atual padrÃo de acumulaÃÃo flexÃvel para formar forÃa de trabalho qualificada, atendendo Ãs tendÃncias do mercado de trabalho. O primeiro capÃtulo busca tratar da caracterizaÃÃo do objeto, analisando a origem e os documentos que fundamentam a polÃtica educacional das EEEPs, confrontando-nos com os reformadores empresariais da educaÃÃo, que fazem coro Ãs polÃticas de orientaÃÃo neoliberal, assim como a legislaÃÃo que configura a ânova institucionalidadeâ. Nas questÃes relacionadas à polÃtica educacional e à educaÃÃo profissional, recorremos aos estudos de Ferretti (2002), Kuenzer (2002), entre outros. O segundo capÃtulo compreende algumas dimensÃes da acumulaÃÃo flexÃvel na nova configuraÃÃo do capitalismo contemporÃneo, evidenciando seus imperativos no trabalho e na educaÃÃo. Tentamos demonstrar conexÃes possÃveis da acumulaÃÃo flexÃvel com a educaÃÃo profissional, as EEEPs e o empresariamento da educaÃÃo. Buscamos destacar que o excedente de forÃa de trabalho, uma escolarizaÃÃo que prepara exclusivamente para o mercado de trabalho, "qualificando", por assim dizer, o ExÃrcito Industrial de Reserva, os estÃgios financiados pelo Governo do Estado alimentam, na verdade, um rebaixamento do padrÃo de uso da mercadoria forÃa de trabalho. Sobre aspectos socioeconÃmicos, debruÃamo-nos sobre as obras de Marx (2006, 2012), Harvey (2006; 2005), Carcanholo e Amaral (2009), Meneleu (1996) e Pochmann (2012). No terceiro capÃtulo, tratamos diretamente dos estÃgios nas EEEPs, fazendo uma anÃlise da legislaÃÃo vigente e precedente, conectando seus procedimentos pedagÃgicos com a polÃtica educacional das EEEPs e a realidade socioeconÃmica vigente. Partimos de uma abordagem qualitativa, na qual nos utilizamos da anÃlise documental, bibliogrÃfica e de entrevistas para a consecuÃÃo dos objetivos elencados. / The research was aimed to investigate the work-education relationship in stages from the State Schools of Professional Education - EEEP. The Professional Education model for state schools of Cearà School was effective in 2008, integrating the high school vocational education. His educational policy fits the neoliberal political model and pedagogy skills, serving the needs of the current standard of flexible accumulation to form skilled workforce, given the trends in the labor market. The first chapter seeks to address the characterization of the object by analyzing the origin and the documents that support the educational policy of EEEPs in confronting corporate education reformers who do chorus the neoliberal orientation policies and legislation that sets the "new institutionality". In matters related to educational policy and vocational education we use to study Ferretti (2002), Kuenzer (2002), among others. The second chapter contains some dimensions of flexible accumulation in the new configuration of contemporary capitalism demonstrating its imperatives at work and in education. We try to show possible connections of flexible accumulation with professional education, EEEPs and entrepreneurship education. We seek to highlight that both the labor surplus, a school that prepares exclusively for the labor market, "qualifying", so to speak, the Industrial Reserve Army, internships funded by the State Government feed actually a demotion the pattern of use of the commodity labor power.
