Orientador: Ivani de Lourdes Marchesi de Oliveira / Banca: Lucimary Bernabé Pedrosa de Andrade / Banca: Teise de Oliveira Guaranha Garcia / Resumo: A Constituição Federal de 1988, o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (Lei nº 8.069/90), a Lei que institui o Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (Lei nº 12.594/12), e o Estatuto da Juventude (Lei nº 12.852/13) consolidaram-se na compreensão que o tratamento aos adolescentes infratores deve ser orientado pela Doutrina de Proteção Integral. Ao Estado, cabe garantir Políticas Públicas que promovam a aplicação das medidas socioeducativas e, sobretudo, fomentem a educação, a profissionalização e o apoio psicossocial. Contudo, no cotidiano, emergem dificuldades em garantir o direito à educação através do real acesso e da efetiva permanência desses jovens nas escolas, o que corrobora ainda mais com a defasagem escolar. Compreender e apontar as peculiaridades que caracterizam as Políticas Públicas Educacionais para adolescentes infratores é a proposta deste trabalho. Com esse intuito, recorre-se à pesquisa quanti-qualitativa em linha teórica foucaultiana, no que concerne à análise de documentos disponibilizados pela Diretoria de Ensino - Região Franca, à luz do conjunto de leis e estudos que permeiam a temática, para, assim, apresentar e discutir propostas de alterações / Abstract: The Federal Constitution of 1988, the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Law nº 8069/90), the law that established the National System of Partner-educative Attendance (Law nº 12.594/12), the Statute of Youth (Law nº 12.852/13) agreed that the treatment of transgressor adolescents should be based on the Doctrine of Integral Protection. The State is responsible for ensuring public policies that promote the application of socio-educational measures and that foster education, professional training and psychosocial support. However, in daily life emerge difficulties in securing the right to education through real access and the effective permanence of these young people in schools, which confirms even more school discrepancy. Understanding and pointing out the distinctions that characterize the Educational Public Policies for transgressor adolescents is the purpose of this study.
