Nároky cestujících v letecké dopravě podle Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (ES) 261/2004 / Passengers claims in air transport under the Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 261/2004

Koudela, Martin January 2021 (has links)
Passengers claims in air transport under the Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 261/2004 Abstract The subject of this diploma thesis is the claims of air passengers, especially those arising from Regulation (EC) 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, but also according to other regulations of private international law. The thesis is divided into four parts, which, with regard to the nature of the topic, combine both theoretical and practical aspects. The first part provides an introduction to the issue by setting it in the historical context of civil aviation regulations and then discusses important documents in the field of air passenger rights. In particular, it compares these documents with each other and provides the reader with a practical overview of these documents. The second part deals with the Regulation (EC) 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which is the central legal regulation of this work. First, the author describes the context and process of adoption of the Regulation and then deals with the individual parts, while supplementing the theoretical interpretation with numerous references to the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Subsequently, the circumstances of the ongoing amendment of the Regulation are...

Plánování cest v letecké dopravě / Route Planning in Air Transport

Sychra, Marek January 2018 (has links)
The problem of route planning in air transport (in public transport in general ) is similar to the shortest path problem. The main differences are the time dependency of the input graph and the multicriterial aspect of the path costs . The aim of this thesis was to create a complex system that would be able to load elementary flights from database and then respond to user requests with combined journeys made from single flights . It was achieved using two state of the art algorithms , CSA and RAPTOR , which were adapted for the flight graph. The experiments which were run on real world data showed massive speedup of the algorithms when using the proposed optimisations . The whole system was also tested against an existing proprietary solution .

Analýza přepravních toků v letecké dopravě / Air Traffic Flows Analysis

Šimíček, Martin January 2013 (has links)
ŠIMÍČEK, M. Air Traffic Flows Analysis. Brno: Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, 2013. 84 s. Supervisor Ing. Tomáš Kujal, Ph.D. The diploma thesis discusses the factors that affect routing and transport performance in the air transport. Besides the characteristics of these factors the main objective of this thesis is to quantitatively evaluate their level of dependence on the traffic performance of air transport. This is done by using the linear regression analysis. Based on this analysis, mathematical models of dependence of these factors on traffic performance are developed. The thesis also verifies the accuracy of these models and tries to find out which of them are usable and which are not. Their accuracy is mainly dependent on the selected track and on the type of airline.

Změny v letecké dopravě po deregulaci odvětví, specifický případ Německa / Changes Air Transport Industry after Deregulation, Specific Case of Germany

Frühauf, Pavel January 2011 (has links)
The theme of this thesis is the air transport and its dramatic and dynamic development in the last twenty years. The key driving force behind this change was the deregulation of air agreements and liberalization of international markets, which took place in the seventies in the USA and in the nineties in Europe. This work addresses specific and general effects of deregulation and the development of air transport industry and aims to identify and analyze changes of its structures in space and time. One of the major and direct impacts and consequences of deregulation is that the free market allowed the emergence of new low-cost airlines, which significantly changed the structure and trends of air transport. The changes allowed for greater mobility of people, goods and capital, and also caused a partial change in consumer behaviour of individuals and institutions, and even more interconnected global economy. The source of data and information are primarily articles in professional journals written in English. Knowledge from particular analysis and research approaches to air traffic from the first part of this work is confronted with empirical research. This was based on the statistical data of air traffic in Germany, for each airport from 1991 to 2010 and verified the theoretical concepts of the general...

Analyse de l'évolution de l'Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien

Chaparro, Natalia 08 1900 (has links)
This study analyzed the evolution of the Canadian Air Transport Security Administration (CATSA) since its creation up to today, as well as the individual and / or institutional actors implied in this process. CATSA gravitates in an organizational field ‐the group of organizations that constitute a recognized area of institutional life (DiMaggio and Powell, 1983)- in which different actors, who not only influenced its creation, continued to play an important role all along its evolution. We have defined the air transport security field and within, we have analyzed the institutional mechanisms while identifying and defining the role of the different actors. Our analysis suggests that mainly two types of institutional isomorphisms (DiMaggio and Powell, 1983) have influenced the creation and the evolution of CATSA. Besides the coercive constraints coming from the International Civil Aviation Organization’s international regulation, it appears that other similar pressures emanate from the government of the United States by the means of coercive isomorphism, aiming the establishment of security measures all along CATSA’s evolution. It should be noted, however, the role of terrorists and their attempts to attack, as the catalyst actors and events of such coercive isomorphism. Second of all, we have also identified normative pressures originating from the values and standards from the professional network, or branch, linked to air transport security. It appears that the normative pressures appear regularly, while the coercive pressures emerge punctually all along the analyzed time period.

Nízkonákladová letecká přeprava v Evropě a ověření fungování strategie modrého oceánu / European Low-cost Air Transport and the Verification of the Blue Ocean Stategy

Rázová, Ilona January 2017 (has links)
This thesis tries to prove a functioning of the Blue Ocean Strategy on the case of Europen low-cost air transport. Through the Blue Ocean Strategy´s Analytical Tools and Frameworks, specifically with the help of the Strategy Canvas, the Four Actions Framework and the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create Grid, it is proven that the strategy introduced by the airline Ryanair in the nineties of the twentieth century corresponds to the Blue Ocean Strategy. Through the same Analytical Tools and Frameworks and a comparison of business models of three low-cost airlines also the time validity of the Blue Ocean Strategy is proven in this case. The functioning of the Blue Ocean Strategy on the case of European low-cost air transport was verified.
