Asmenų, adaptuotų greitumo jėgos fiziniams krūviams, funkcinės būklės ypatybės ir kaita mezociklo pratybose taikant koncentruotus aerobinius ir anaerobinius krūvius / Peculiarities of functional state of athletes adapted to speed power loads and influence of training mezocycles using concentrated aerobic and anaerobic loads

Sadzevičienė, Rita 10 January 2006 (has links)
Hypothesis. Heterochronicity of body functions reveals itself during the performing different movement tasks, in particular at onset of the exercise or in changing the parameters of the load as well as during the recovering period. We think that estimations of body functional state of the sportsmen can better reflect manifestations of complexity of body functioning during the physical loads tries join different movement tasks: a dosed aerobic load and a maximum effort anaerobic load try. In order to verify this hypothesis it is purposeful to estimate peculiarities of functional state change and long-term adaptation effects due to concentrated physical loads of different direction. The aim of the research: to define how the functional state of subjects adapted to speed-power physical loads is affected by concentrated aerobic and anaerobic type loads by using various assessments of sportsmen functional state. CONCLUSIONS 1. Subjects adapted to speed-power physical loads distinguish themselves by the higher indices of muscles working-capacity by performing maximum short-term effort requiring tasks than non-athletes or the subjects adapted to endurance physical loads. From the standpoint of central nervous system functional state indices they distinguish themselves by greater central nervous system mobility and smallest central nervous system functional stability values. Speed-power representatives distinguish themselves by lower cardiovascular system indices related to... [to full text]

Intervalinės treniruotės pratybų poveikis bėgikų raumenims bei širdies funkcinei būklei / Impact of interval training on muscles and the cardiac functional state

Liesis, Audrius 10 September 2013 (has links)
Darbo tikslas: Nustatyti intervalinės treniruotės metodu atliktų pratybų įtaką bėgikų raumenims bei širdies funkcinei būklei. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Nustatyti intervalinio treniruotės metodu atliktų pratybų įtaką raumenų darbingumo rodiklių pasikeitimui, atliekant vertikalių šuolių užduotis. 2. Palyginti raumenų darbingumo kaitos ypatybės, atliekant maksimalaus anaerobinio krūvio mėginį normos ir nuovargio būsenose. 3. Nustatyti intervalinio treniruotės metodu atliktų pratybų įtaką širdies funkcinių rodiklių kaitai atliekant dozuoto aerobinio krūvio mėginį. 4. Pagrindiniai... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of this study was to establish the impact of interval training session on muscles and cardiac functional state. The following tasks were set: 1- Determine the influence of anaerobic interval training session on the muscular performance during the vertical jump tasks. 2 – Compare the muscle work capacity after and before anaerobic interval training on 30 seconds vertical jump test. 3 – Determine the influence of anaerobic work-load on dynamics of cardiac indices while performing a dosed exercise test. 4 – Determine the influence of interval anaerobic training on cardiac indices while performing a dosed and maximal exercise tests. Methods. The study subjects were healthy and physical active students (men, n = 12). Before and after the anaerobic type training session performed by method of interval training were tested on physical and functional condition tests. To find out physical conditional were used vertical jump tasks. To asses the vertical jump the force plate with the jump height and take-off time measurer was used. Function condition tests were Roufier test and the 30 second vertical jump test, and after 5 minutes Roufier test was repeated. Main parameters of anaerobic interval training were 5x200m (28,0–29,0) [2:00] or some more repetition. The results obtained during the study showed that muscular changes can be described by registered parameters of vertical jumps indicating that the same result of the jump could be achieved by use if compensatory abilities, i... Vybrané parametry kondičního profilu u hráček fotbalu / Selected parametres of women's football condition profile

Hošková, Lenka January 2014 (has links)
Title: Chosen Parameters of Condition Profile of Female Football Players. Objectives: The main objective of the thesis was to determine the levels of speed and agility abilities of elite football players in the summer preparatory period. The objective was to compare variability of the chosen group, and to find and determine the relation between speed and agility abilities. With the help of the gained results it can be confirmed what levels of speed and agility abilities the players gain, if there is a higher scope in the variety of speed and agility parameters of elite female football players, if there is a positive dependence between the chosen pairs of tests, and if the time in the test 505 Agility is dependent on the turning direction. Methods: The participants of the study were 20 female players of the First Female League(n=20; age 22,9±4,4 years; height 167,3±6,1 cm; weight 61,2±5,1 kg)). One test battery consisting of six individual tests was chosen for the study: tests measuring locomotive speed for short distance and acceleration (5m and 10m sprint), a test measuring absolute locomotive speed (20m flying sprint), and tests eliciting speed and agility (K-test, 505 Agility Test with right direction turning, 505 Agility Test with left direction turning). Results: The results have shown that...

Hyperbarické prostředí a jeho vliv na fyzický výkon / Hyperbaric environment and its impact on the physical performance

Muráňová, Jana January 2015 (has links)
Title: Hyperbaric environment and it's impact on physical performance Objectives: To investigate possible impact of of hyperbaric environment on individual's performance compared to normobaric environment with constant physical load. To outline the hyperbaric environment from physical side of view. To determine the usability of these effects for Training and regeneration purposes for athletes. Methods: The five respondents completed two sessions of Kinderman-Schnabell test. There was a seven days gap between hyperbaric and normobaric sessions to exclude the influence of fatique. Each session consisted of 40 seconds of sub-maximal load and a maximal load after 40 minutes rest. The squats were used as anaerobic type of load. The responders were taken a blood samples from finger and earlobe to state the level of lactate. Other measured indicators were blood pressure, heart and respirátory rate. The respondents also stated the subjective level of fatique using visual scale Results: The hyperbaric environment of 3 ATA had a significant effect on heart rate reduction. The sub-max load average was 86 bpm (resp. 99 bpm at normobaric environment) and the max-load average was 101 bpm (resp. 120 bpm normobaric). No significant effect was measured on blood pressure level averages. The sub-max load indicated...
