With today's technology, a variety of styles and a variety of different LED material was produced. The development of LED in the same time, the vendor industry in order to defend their own interests and under the huge business opportunities, and each side of the application of the style-related intellectual property rights in the LED,although the wise limits of property rights, but also contributed to a more diverse The LED manufacturing methods have been developed. Our experiment is the YAG:Ce3+ doped other compounds (for example: copper,aluminum, ...) in a small test tube and in within the near vacuum of a state to do the open end of the seal, and then make a small test tube temperature heating, hopes the doping elements in the impact of high temperatures contributed to YAG:Ce3+ to adjust the lasing wavelength, and in vitro experiments also found with the increase of heating temperature photoluminescence intensity for a gradual downward trend. The YAG:Ce3+ yellow phosphor surface facing the shortcomings of a defect, so we research for YAG:Ce3+ phosphors adsorbed on the surface of anti-reflective film to be improved and modified YAG:Ce3+ has a surface defect observation showed that after modification surface defects of the YAG:Ce3+ emission intensity on increase in the phenomenon. We will also anti-reflective film adsorbed on the YAG:Ce3+ compounds used in fluorescent plastic surface on top, and with the original YAG:Ce3+ phosphors are made of rubber making to compare, comparison of the fluorescent plastic found on YAG:Ce3+ surface adsorption anti-reflective film for luminescence efficiency and the absorption rate for the blue light has a better performance.

This study aim to discusses how emotional could influence on decision-making process, and people would have emotional involvement in the information selection. They would use the moment of emotion to predict and expect for future circumstances with positive emotional involvement, which the relationship is an emotional expression, and the event significant or not, depends on how important the incident to people (expected relationship would be frequency and strength). This study can improve the relationship in the decision-making play an important role.

The acute effects of high intensity interval exercise on pulmonary function and exhaled nitric oxide in adults with asthma

Introduction: People with asthma suffer from lower fitness levels when compared to their peers. The abnormal respiratory response to exercise, known as exercise induced bronchoconstriction (EIB), in the majority of people with asthma is a barrier to improving fitness levels. EIB severity can be increased with airway inflammation, which can be measured by exhaled nitric oxide (eNO). One exercise protocol, high intensity interval exercise (HIIE), may decrease the risk of developing EIB in people with asthma. HIIE warm up studies have demonstrated that HIIE is feasible and reduces the incidence of EIB in subsequent exercise bouts. HIIE may be ideal for people with asthma because it can decrease the duration of high ventilation that can trigger EIB, and improve their fitness levels. The purpose of this study is to compare the acute respiratory effects of traditional constant workrate exercise to a novel HIIE protocol in adults with asthma. Methods: 5 females and 2 males with asthma were recruited to perform two randomly assigned exercise protocols: HIIE (30 seconds of 140% the peak workrate and 90 seconds at 20%) and constant workrate exercise (CWR) (60% peak workrate). Workrates were determined by a peak cardiopulmonary exercise test. Measures of pulmonary function and airway inflammation were done pre and post exercise protocols. During exercise protocols, operational lung volumes, heart rate, rating of perceived exertion (RPE) was obtained. Results: FEV1 decreased significantly in both exercise protocols (HIIE 3.91± 0.65 to 3.33 ± 0.61 vs. CWR 3.90 ±0.50 to 3.09 ± 0.63). eNO measurements decreased after both exercise protocols (HIIE 40.4± 34.8 vs. CWR 42.1 ± 36.3. Conclusion: FEV1 and eNO findings are similar in HIIE and CWR exercise in adults with asthma, therefore, the novel HIIE is a feasible exercise protocol to help improve fitness levels of adults with asthma.

Neutral hydrogen intensity mapping on small scales using MeerKAT

>Magister Scientiae - MSc / In the post-reionisation universe, intensity mapping (IM) with the 21 cm line of neutral hydrogen (HI) provides a potential means of probing the large-scale structure of the universe. With such a probe, a wide variety of interesting phenomena such as the Baryon Acoustic Oscillations (BAO) and Redshift Space Distortions (RSD) can be studied. The MeerKAT telescope has the potential to make full use of this technique, especially in the single-dish mode, which will probe the scales relevant to BAO and RSD. A useful complementary of this is HI IM with MeerKAT in interferometer-mode, which will enable the extraction of cosmological information on semi-linear and small scales. In this study, full end-to-end simulations of interferometric observations with MeerKAT for HI IM were developed. With this, the power spectrum extraction was analysed using the foreground avoidance technique. This took into account the foreground wedge from point source contamination extracted from real MIGHTEE COSMOS data, as well as RFI flagging. The errors on the power spectrum estimator were then calculated through a Monte Carlo process using 1000s of realisations of both the thermal noise and HI signal. In doing so, precision constraints on the HI power spectrum are found at z = 0:27 on scales 0:4 < k < 10 Mpc-1 for mock visibility data sets which contain the HI signal contaminated by noise, mimicking the MIGHTEE COSMOS field for total observation times & 20 hours. These results illustrate the potential of doing precision cosmology with MeerKAT’s MIGHTEE survey and interferometer-mode HI IM.
