Analýza vzdělávacích potřeb zaměstnanců ve fakultní nemocnici / Faculty hospital employee educational requirement analysis

This diploma thesis focuses on topic of educational needs of hospital and faculty of medicine employees, concretely doctors performing medical and pedagogical services. The theoretical part deals with the issue of employee management and development and with legislative confirmation of doctors need to constantly educate themselves. Lifelong learning, by extension, andragogy, is a tool for more active using of innovative methods and instruments for developing digital competences. Economical, sociological and sociopolitical analysis reflect educational needs analysis and emphasize the need for lifelong learning without regard for subjective or objective typological dimension. The major goal of this thesis is to analyze current condition of doctor's educational needs who perform medical and pedagogical services considering continual digitization development. I chose qualitative research investigation, two methods of questioning to gain required data. The analysis of doctor's educational needs in university hospital proved that current industrial revolution is professionally included not only by reason of subjective dimension of needs but also because of protecting themselves and their employers at particular performances.

Looking into and Evaluation Quallity, Efficiency and Effects of Further Education A thesis centers upon description and comparison of methods that gain a feedback in the field of the quality of further education. It considers both institutions providing further education and institutions/organisations (e.g. schools, offices of public administration) representing source of participants of further education courses. A theoretical part the thesis compares well known methods reporting on the quality and effectivity of further education in a view of both a provider and a customer. A research aims for an analysis of gaining a feedback in the field of further education from 50 providing institutions and 340 institutions/organizations in a role of a customer. Those 340 institutions/organizations include 32 offices of public administrative and another 308 publicly figuring organizations (e.g. schools). This part of the thesis also presents positives and negatives of chosen methods. A conclusion of the thesis summarizes findings and provides recommendations for both surveyed groups.

The aim of the second, practical part of the thesis, is to analyze the current professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police with a focus on their needs.

The thesis titled Development of Lecturers of Lifelong Learning for Healthcare Professionals examines the impact of development and education of workers in an organisation on the factors influencing professional behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms pertinent to the personnel-related activities of each organisation in the field of human resource management and is focused particularly on development and education. It analyses the specifics of this field regarding educators and more detailed attention is paid to the specific selected group of lecturers engaged in educating eye care professionals in contactology. The research part of the thesis concentrates on verifying the research assumption, which is the favourable impact of development and education of workers on their professional results and on the factors influencing their behaviour. Title: Subjective evaluation of training courses in the field of inclusive physical education by Primary school educators Objectives: The main objective of the diploma thesis is to examine the subjective evaluation of inclusive PE training courses by the Primary school educators. Methods: The subjective evaluation of postgraduate education in the field of inclusive PE by the educators of Prague Primary schools was surveyed through empirical research, which was carried out within the Movement for Inclusion Project. An anonymous survey of our own design containing 22 survey questions was used to monitor the opinions and attitudes of Primary school educators. A total of 19 respondents (18 women and 1 man), who met the requirements for inclusion in the target research group, completed the survey via Google Forms. Results: According to the thesis, all participants in the research have perceived an increase in competencies for working with SEN (specific educational needs) pupils. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of full-time and distance forms of additional training were mapped. 1 ABSTRACT The thesis discusses possibilities of application of the concept of lifelong education in Basic Art Schools. The goal of the thesis is to propose a basic model of adult education which could be applied in Basic Art Schools. It focuses on the analysis of the literature on lifelong learning, lifewide learning, further education, and also on the analysis of strategic documents of the European Union and the Czech Republic in the field of lifelong learning and further education. Based on the analyses of the documents and external environment, a model of adult education in Basic Art Schools is proposed, the applicability of which is verified by a research investigation. A survey research examines the existence of education of diverse target groups of adults (both laymen and experts) in Basic Art Schools in Prague, the ratio of adult to younger students and the employed methods of their education. Structured interviews among five headteachers of Basic Art Schools in Prague clarify specific details of the process of educating adults in Basic Art Schools and provide more observations on the topic. This thesis deals with the application of the fine arts with much focus on the development of personality on people serving prison sentences. The content of this thesis is divided into theoretical and practical chapters. First part defines some key terms of including the program of rehabilitation and pedagogical events that are used in this specific environment. The practical chapters are devoted to the realization of own longer-term didactic project named ?Kordelie? which is concerned with the positive thinking, values, and the development of competences at the target group of occupationally unclassified sentenced women in the custodial prison České Budějovice. Based on the application of these sets of activities and their consequent evaluation, I am obliged to observe the real possibility of fine art inclusion in didactic projects to individuals in correctional facility.
