Tal monitoramento objetiva auxiliar nas implementações das diretrizes educacionais da SEE/MG e dos projetos da política educacional do Estado diretamente na escola. As ações para o monitoramento são realizadas pelos Analistas Educacionais - ANE que compõem a equipe do Setor Pedagógico deste órgão regional, a SRE/TO. Sob o suporte teórico de k 2015 ; Barroso (2005); Machado (2012) e Vaitsman, Rodrigues e Paes-Sousa (2006) e outros pesquisadores discute-se a compreensão sobre os vários tipos e conceitos de monitoramento, estilos de instrumentos a serem utilizados para sua realização e sua importância para a política educacional mineira. Debate-se, também, a gestão participativa e estratégica na educação para organização do Setor Pedagógico; com base em Barroso e Machado, descreve-se e analisa-se a atuação dessa equipe, especialmente, ressaltando o trabalho de acompanhamento e monitoramento realizado. Neste estudo de caso, como instrumentos de pesquisa a investigação documental, entrevistas com roteiros semiestruturados e questionários que contribuíram para analisar a atuação do Analista Educacional na realização do monitoramento dos projetos preconizados pela Secretaria Estadual de Educação de Minas Gerais, visando à reestruturação de sua prática, objetivo geral desta investigação. O primeiro capítulo descreve o problema da pesquisa, que foi analisado por meio do caso: como organizar a atuação do Analista Educacional do Setor Pedagógico da Superintendência Regional de Ensino de Teófilo Otoni no monitoramento às escolas estaduais? O segundo capítulo trata, teoricamente, sobre a gestão participativa e estratégica na educação, além da compreensão acerca do monitoramento e sua importância para a política educacional mineira relacionando-os aos dados da pesquisa de campo. Por fim, o terceiro e último capítulo propõe um Plano de Ação Educacional, que tem como objetivo apresentar à SRE Teófilo Otoni sugestões de organização do Setor Pedagógico, a fim de melhorar o trabalho oferecido na atuação do Analista Educacional desse setor da regional, o que contribuirá, portanto, para diminuir as dificuldades encontradas pelos Analistas Educacionais na sua atuação, especialmente, no monitoramento. Sugere-se, ainda, a criação de um Guia de Orientação do Analista Educacional focalizando a sistematização e o registro das ações exitosas realizadas pela equipe de ANE e compreensão do processo de monitoramento. As propostas de ação buscam aprimorar uma melhor organização do monitoramento realizado pelos ANE do Setor Pedagógico da SRE/TO, visando à melhoria gradativa e consistente na atuação do Analista Educacional do serviço prestado nessa regional. / La presente disertación discurre sobre aspectos relacionados a la actuación del Analista Educativo del Sector Pedagógico de la Superintendencia Regional de Enseñanza de Teófilo Otoni en el monitoreo a las escuelas estatales. Este monitoreo tiene como objetivo auxiliar en las implementaciones de las directrices educativas de la SEE / MG y de los proyectos de la política educativa del Estado directamente en la escuela. Las acciones para el monitoreo son realizadas por los Analistas Educativos - ANE que componen el equipo del Sector Pedagógico de este órgano regional, la SRE / TO. En el apoyo teórico de Lück (2015); Barroso (2005); Machado (2012) y Vaitsman, Rodrigues y Paes-Sousa (2006) y otros investigadores se discute la comprensión sobre los diversos tipos y conceptos de monitoreo, estilos de instrumentos a ser utilizados para su realización y su importancia para la política educativa minera. Se discute también la gestión participativa y estratégica en la educación para la organización del sector pedagógico; con base en Barroso y Machado, se describe y analiza la actuación de ese equipo, especialmente, resaltando el trabajo de seguimiento y monitoreo realizado. En este estudio de caso, como instrumentos de investigación la investigación documental, entrevistas con guiones semiestructurados y cuestionarios que contribuyeron a analizar la actuación del Analista Educativo en la realización del monitoreo de los proyectos preconizados por la Secretaría Estatal de Educación de Minas Gerais, con miras a la reestructuración de su práctica , objetivo general de esta investigación. El primer capítulo describe el problema de la investigación, que fue analizado por medio del caso: cómo organizar la actuación del Analista Educativo del Sector Pedagógico de la Superintendencia Regional de Enseñanza de Teófilo Otoni en el monitoreo a las escuelas estatales? El segundo capítulo trata, teóricamente, sobre la gestión participativa y estratégica en la educación, además de la comprensión acerca del monitoreo y su importancia para la política educativa minera relacionándolos a los datos de la investigación de campo. Por último, el tercer y último capítulo propone un Plan de Acción Educacional, que tiene como objetivo presentar a la SRE Teófilo Otoni sugerencias de organización del Sector Pedagógico, a fin de mejorar el trabajo ofrecido en la actuación del Analista Educativo de ese sector de la región, lo que contribuirá, por lo tanto, a disminuir las dificultades encontradas por los Analistas Educacionales en su actuación, especialmente, en el monitoreo. Se sugiere, además, la creación de una Guía de Orientación del Analista Educativo enfocando la sistematización y el registro de las acciones exitosas realizadas por el equipo de ANE y comprensión del proceso de monitoreo. Las propuestas de acción buscan mejorar una mejor organización del monitoreo realizado por los ANE del Sector Pedagógico de la SRE / TO, buscando la mejora gradual y consistente en la actuación del Analista Educativo del servicio prestado en esa región.

Identification et caractérisation d’une nouvelle souche de reovirus de type 2 isolée de cas familiaux d’encéphalopathies nécrosantes aiguës / Identification and characterization of a new reovirus strain isolated from familial cases of acute necrotizing encephalopathy

Les virus sont les causes principales d’encéphalites et plus d’une centaine d’entre eux sont impliquées dans ces pathologies. Cependant, plus de 50% des encéphalites restent sans étiologie, dû en partie à des techniques de diagnostic mal adaptées ou à une méconnaissance de l’agent infectieux impliqué. Nous rapportons les cas de deux enfants d’une même famille qui ont développé une encéphalite nécrosante aiguë (ANE) conduisant à une hospitalisation de plusieurs semaines en soin intensif. Les virus communément recherchés dans les cas d’encéphalites n’ont pas été retrouvés chez ces patients. Par contre, la culture réalisée à partir des prélèvements d’urine des enfants et d’un prélèvement de gorge pour l’un des deux, a permis d’isoler un nouveau réovirus nommé MRV2Tou05. L’analyse moléculaire des 10 segments du génome viral a indiqué qu’un nouveau réovirus de sérotype 2 avait été isolé chez ces patients et qu’il s’agissait d’un virus réassortant entre une souche isolée de porc et une souche humaine. Le virus se réplique dans des cellules neuronales humaines et a été retrouvé par amplification de gène dans les prélèvements d’urine et dans certains prélèvements de sérum des deux enfants. De plus, une réponse anticorps spécifique dirigée contre MRV2Tou05 a été détectée dans les sérums des patients de l’étude alors qu’aucune réponse anticorps n’a été observée dans 40 sérums de donneurs sains. Toutes ces données sont en faveur de l’implication du nouveau réovirus isolé dans l’encéphalopathie observée. Des études supplémentaires réalisées in vivo dans un modèle animal permettront de mieux comprendre le rôle étiologique de ce nouveau réovirus dans les cas d’encéphalites / Viruses remain the main cause of Acute Encephalitis and more hundred of them are implicated in these pathologies. However, the etiologic agent is not determined in approximately 50% of cases, owed partially to not well adapted techniques of diagnosis or to misunderstanding of the involved infectious agent. We report the cases of two children in a same family who developed an acute necrotizing encephalopathy (ANE) leading to hospitalization in intensive care unit. Viruses commonly found in encephalitis were not detected in cerebrospinal fluid of these patients. However, a new reovirus strain of serotype 2, MRV2Tou05 was isolated from urine and throat swab samples on epithelium cells and was identified by electron microscopy and genome sequencing. Molecular characterization of its segmented genome indicates that MRV2Tou05 is a reassortant issued from swine and human strains. This new reovirus strain was directly detected by a specific sensitive molecular test in urine and serum samples from the two children. A specific antibody response directed against this new reovirus strain was detected in patient sera, whereas no response was observed in 38 healthy adult sera. Both its isolation and molecular detection from samples of the patients and the specific immune response toward this strain suggest an etiologic role of this reovirus in the ANE cases described herein. The reproduction of symptoms in an animal model will help understanding the exact role of this strain in ANE cases

"Come out after Saul and after Samuel!" : a case for texual analysis of 1 Samuel 11:1-11

1 Samuel 11:1-11 is royal ideology for the kingship of Saul. The biblical text informs that Saul was divinely sanctioned as leader of Israel. The heroic leadership of Saul was prominent to rescue his people from the imposed national shame by Nahash the Ammonite. The leadership of Saul was endorsed by the spirit of Yahweh. The spirit of Yahweh pinpoints the prophetic connection of Saul with a group of ecstatic prophets from the high place (1 Sm 9). An original textual context for the royal ideology is referred to 1 Samuel 9:1-10:16 that provided a prophetic connection with the royal ideology. 1 Samuel 11:1-11 was involved in various textual and historical processes to form the present text and context. Through delicate redactional intentions the biblical text was incorporated in the macro-context of the royal ideology of David. In 1 Samuel 9:1-10:16 Saul was anointed as nagid by Samuel as the answer for the crying of the people (1 Sm 9:16). The anointing guaranteed a divine sanction for the leadership of Saul (1 Sm 11:1-11). The tradition of Saul (1 Sm 9:1-10:16; 11:1-11) idealized the leadership of Saul as a divinely sanctioned kingship after the defeat of the Ammonites (cf 1 Sm 11:15). However, Saul was judged as the rejected and unfaithful king of Israel throughout the Deuteronomistic History (DH). Strikingly, Saul was connected with the evil origin of the kingship in Israel. The kingship of Saul can be perceived in the background of the ancient Near East (ANE) in terms of royal ideology. A prominent characteristic of the royal ideology in the ANE is to emphasize a divine sanction of the kingship in the ANE. In the ANE the king had to prove his divine sanction for the kingship. The tradition of Saul tells how the kingship of Saul was divinely sanctioned in the perspective of the ANE. On the other hand, the Deuteronomist emphasized the divine sanction of Saul was illegitimate in connection with his prophetic connection with a group of ecstatic prophets from the high place. Further Saul was characterized as lacking of divine knowledge in the DH. The research shows that 1 Samuel 11:1-11 is the royal ideology for Saul. The appearance of the kingship of Saul was inevitable in the critical period of the Israelite history. The leadership of Saul was divinely sanctioned in the prophetic manner. Such a prophetic characteristic of Saul was highly welcomed by the people. It is a comprehensive approach resulting from synthesizing various approaches such as historical critical approaches, new literary approaches, and social scientific approaches. The following chapters are given to the world sugar production. The most important section the thesis is focused on development of the sugar industry and cultivation of sugarbeet in the Czech Republic, i.e development of the acreage of sugarbeet, rate of sugarbeet acreage on czech districts. Final part is given to the analysing of the sugar industry restrukturalization and influence of the European Union on the common trade of the given industry.

The influence of cognitive intelligence, emotional intelligence, and personality on job performance: proposing a model for personnel selection

Text in English with abstracts in English, TshiVenda and Afrikaans / This research sought to propose a personnel selection model encompassing the influence of cognitive intelligence, ability emotional intelligence, trait emotional intelligence, and personality on job performance. Using a quantitative cross-sectional research design, the researcher investigated the interrelationships between the variables relevant to the study using a convenience sample of N = 299 that consisted of Zimbabwean supervisory and professionally qualified and experienced specialists of different ages and genders, and from different job tenures, and job types. To get a true picture of the relationships between the predictor and criterion variables, the interaction (moderating) effects between the sociodemographic variables (age, gender, job tenure, and job type) and the predictor variables (cognitive intelligence, ability emotional intelligence, trait emotional intelligence, and personality) in predicting the criterion of job performance were also examined. The researcher used correlational and inferential multivariate statistical analysis (structural equation modelling, regression analyses, and tests for significant mean differences) to test the research hypotheses. The results from the study indicated that cognitive intelligence was the best predictor of job performance, followed by ability emotional intelligence, and then by personality. Trait emotional intelligence could not account for any variance in job performance. The results showed significant interaction effects between personality and job tenure (judging-perceiving personality types) and job types (extraversion-introversion personality types) in predicting job performance. Significant sociodemographic mean differences in the levels of the predictor variables were also identified. The identified predictive powers of the variables, the interaction effects between the identified sociodemographic and the predictor variables in predicting job performance, and the significant sociodemographic mean differences in the levels of predictor variables need to be considered for personnel selection practices in order to understand the nature of variables that may enhance or inhibit job performance.
