The thesis is about Serbian phraseology, specifically about a survey of knowledge and usage frequency of selected Serbian similes. It provides short summary of phraseographic history and development of phraseology and idiomatics on the territory of Czech Republic, Serbia and Croatia. It also gives theoretical description of phraseology and idiomatics and it focuses in great detail on similes. It deals with survey of knowledge and usage frequency of some Serbian similes based on questionnaires. It dedicates to an external factors that influence knowledge and usage of selected group of similes. A small Serbian-Czech dictionary with phrasemes from the questionnaire is included. Title: Coach of sprinters Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to assess whether the opinions of the athletic sprint trainers are consistent with what the literature refers to sprint`s training in general and sprint`s training for the U17 category. Next, try to present the model characteristics of a young coach of sprinters. Methods: Eighty five athletic trainers were approached who train at least one sprinter and have at least the 3rd coaching class qualification. I received answers from 41 of them. The survey method was used to determine opinions. The survey was based on previous studied literature. Internet server vypln.to was used for data collection. Coaches were approached by email and facebook. The analyzed data were evaluated verbally, in tables and graphs. Results: All coaches agreed that two-way communication is important not only about training, but also for example about school, family ect. Eighty eight percent of coaches confirmed with the basics of training planning and 98 % of coaches agreed on the importance of training evaluation. However, 53 % of them said that they cooperate with the mentee in planning and only 51 % use special tests to determine the sprinter's training status. This paper establishes ground for the redesign of Brno-střed city district web page. For the purpose of this study web pages of several municipalities were evaluated: Brno-střed city district, Nové Město na Moravě, Praha 1 and Plzeň. Study shows how the selected municipalities fulfill the legal regulations of the Act no. 106/1999 on free access to information and the Act no. 81/2006 Coll. which states that municipalities are obligated to provide the information on web pages also to handicapped or disabled. Furthermore the usability analysis and quantitative survey were applied to municipality web page in Brno-střed region to determine the public needs and requirements. Presented findings indicate both significant failure in fulfilling the law and public dissatisfaction with Brno-střed web page content and structure. This dissertation provides sample solutions for web page usability.

This thesis deals with the socio-economic and environmental aspects of urban space in general and in Tabor separately. An important task is to show the process of urbanization and suburbanization, which is one of the characteristic features of today. For documentation and clarification of these aspects I have chosen the method of photographs and surveys with Citizen of the cities. These two methods represent an objective and subjective assessment of quality of life in Tabor cities.

Aim of study. To evaluate the image of sanatorium „Tulpe“ in respect of its clients. Objectives: 1) to inspect means that sanatorium makes for image forming and 2) to investigate the image that is formed for different groups of clients Methods. Questionnaire survey, comparative analysis, statistical data analysis. The questionnaire made from 20 basic questions that had alternative choices. Statistical data analysis was performed with the statistical package SPSS 11.0 for Windows and Microsoft Excel. χ2 criterion was implemented for hypothesis evaluation. Risk estimation was counted with 95 % confidence interval (C.I. = 0.95). Results. Surveyed population was 136 respondents: 86 (63,3%), females and 50 (36,7 %) males. 26 clients arrived for weekend rest and 110 - for rehabilitation after treatment. 86 respondents had the possibility to choose concrete sanatorium. Analysis of means that sanatorium makes for image forming showed that „Tulpe“ implements and caries out purposive advertisement in the Internet, press and other printed papers. The prime factor for image forming is the broad offer of services, good quality and personnel with high professional qualification. Questionnaire results show that „Tulpe“ has a positive image in all groups of examined respondents. Summary Bronchial asthma (BA) is considered to be the disease of civilization. Life conditions of the people improve and liability to alergies becomes more intensive. Air polution determines, that asthma spreads fastly in all the world and has become a world problem of health. Asthma has exacerbated quality of life of many asthmatic people: it causes discomfort, psychological tension. Financial losses are much easier beared by a patient than social barrier, however, poor financial situation influences deeply the quality life of the asthmatic people. The goal of this work: to estimate the quality of life of asthmatic people. The following tasks have been set up in achieving this goal: 1. To evaluate the quality of life of astmatic people using SGPQ. 2. To evaluate the influence of BA to patient’s quality of life; 3. To define training impact of BA to quality of life. Investigations have been carried out using SGPQ. 100 patients - asthmatic people have been interviewed according to unanimous questionnarie for no less than one year. Totally the interview have passed 53 men and 47 women, i.e. 53 percentage of men and 47 percentage of women of totally interviewed. Age census of both gender groups was from 18 till 75 years old. Accordingly, the average age of the investigated group was 49,8. Literary review of this thesis is focused on the typology of floristic business units. The author also deals with the definition of terms related to business and describes the establishment, implementation and sales organization in the business unit. In the work the author focuses on sales psychology and work with the customer. The work also includes its own business plan, which the author established as a basis for the company, which will be actually realized in the future. As a tool that should determine the popularity of individual types of florist business units among the citizens of the catchment area was used survey in the form of questionnaires. The evaluation of survey and its own suggestions of business plan are summarized in the results of diploma thesis.

In the thesis there is described increasing importance of quality and quality management. One of the conception of quality management is Total quality management. The european method of TQM is the Excelence model EFQM. It´s an instrument for complex control of quality. The thesis describes an aplication of the model in ČSÚ and compares the results, which has the organization reached till 2002.

The Master thesis discusses the origin, development and termination of Alfred Radok's foundation. Furthermore the thesis deals with Alfred Radok's award endowment fund, which was focusing on the presentation of Alfred Radok's award. The aim of this thesis is to assess the activities of the foundation and of the endowment fund with a special focus on issues Alfred Radok's awards ceremony during its 23-year's operation. A great benefit of the thesis is information which is not going to be accessible anymore due to the end of Alfred Radok's awards. Alfred Radok's awards were composed of two parts. First part was an anonymous dramatic competition which awards the best script of an original Czech theatre play. And the second part was awarding of a production categories. Results of the production categories were based on a theatre critic's survey. The aim was to find out how are the critics and publicists satisfied with this survey. The method of the research was qualitative investigation based on semi-structured interviews. In conclusion, the data was evaluated and interpreted.
