The purpose of this study is to reveal that local churches are in a declining state. It further proves there is a need for strategies to turn around decline in local churches, with an emphasis on a case of Second Bethel, African Methodist Episcopal local church. To address the possible causes of the decline in local church membership, this study was conducted. The participants provided data indicating the causes of local church membership decline. Join your colleagues during this session for dynamic group discussions about best practice in pediatric physical therapy. Attendees will participate in Team-Based Learning activities, sharing their knowledge, experiences, and skills, to problem-solve and come to a team consensus on clinical decisions. Participants will review a case study that is designed to address pediatric physical therapy across the lifespan, incorporate multiple practice areas, and stimulate critical thinking. Team-Based Learning is an instructional strategy that uses a set of structured activities to create active, energetic, collaborative learning environments. Information designed to support individuals’ ability to participate in the activities and clinical decision-making will be provided prior to APPTAC to those registered for the session. This session will take place in multiple rooms.

The history of design is full of ideas and practices on designing for sustainability, from the Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau to Victor Papanek to the Circular Design Guide. The ability to deal with uncertainty holds potential to provide valuable solutions to environmental, social and economic challenges. Wie in BIS 2/2009 bereits angekündigt, fand im vergangenen September die Jahrestagung 2009 der AIBM-Gruppe Deutschland in Dresden statt. Die in Paris gegründete Association Internationale des Bibliothèques Musicaux vereinigt alle Arten von Musikbibliotheken, -archiven und -dokumentationszentren wie z.B. Musikhochschulbibliotheken, kommunale Musikbibliotheken, Orchesterbibliotheken oder Rundfunkarchive. Die Vereinigung ist in 22 Ländergruppen weltweit organisiert, wodurch die Jahrestagung der deutschen Sektion neben dem im Vordergrund stehenden nationalen, stets auch dem internationalen Austausch der Kollegen aus musikbezogenen Spezialbibliotheken dient.
