Šestiválcový vznětový motor pro užitková vozidla / Six cylinder diesel engine for commercial vehicles

Pulava, Oleksandr January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma is to design a crankshaft for a six-cylinder commercial vehicle, which is one of the unified motors. The main parts are the design of the crankshaft configuration, the crankshaft balancing method for forces and moments, the crankshaft design documentation, and the crankshaft strength verification. The design of torsional vibration damping characteristics is also made and its effect on torsional vibration and crankshaft strength is determined.

Analýza způsobů modelování procesu svařování metodou konečných prvků / Analysis of methods of modeling welding process by finite element method

Krakovský, Andrej January 2019 (has links)
Presented master thesis deals with computational modelling (simulation) of welding process. Its main goal is to determine the residual stresses and deformations arising after welding. SYSWELD and ANSYS are used for simulation, both based on the finite element method. Specifically, the processes of welding fillet and butt welds are solved. Results from both software are compared with each other and verified by experimental results.

Vliv způsobu čerpání experimentální komory na průběh teploty plynu / Influence of experimental chamber pumping on gas temperature

Balobanov, Damir January 2021 (has links)
The master‘s thesis is focused on issue of pumping in the experimental pumped chambre of an environmental scanning microcope. In the theoretical part, there are presented microscopy as science. Afterwards the thesis is focused on electron microscopy and its problem and vakuum system, computer program used for preparation of simulation and study that the experimental part is based on. The experimental part contains the results of gas flow in the differential pumped chambre. The problematics were solved by Ansys Fluent system.

Studie využitelnosti PDE toolboxu MATLABu v mechanice / Study of MATLAB PDE toolbox usability in mechanics

Kováč, Patrik January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with the practical usability of the PDE Toolbox in the MATLAB. It brieflydescribes the mathematical fundamentals of solution. The thesis presents the possibilitiesof PDE Toolbox in the creation of the model, geometry, boundary conditions, mesh and displayof results. The PDE Toolbox results from selected tasks from static, modal and transientmechanics and thermomechanics are compared with the analytical solution or with the FEMsimulation from the ANSYS. The main part deals with the evaluation and generalizationof results.

Analýza tepelných vlastností synchronního stroje / Analysis of thermal properties of the synchronous machine

Paszek, Michal January 2012 (has links)
In this Master´s thesis will be performed an analysis of thermal properties of synchronous machines in the program Ansys Workbench on a simplified model of synchronous traction motor. In the first section will be performed thermal analysis without cooling followed by analysis of air flow and finally thermal analysis with cooling for fan speed 1500 min-1 and 3000 min-1. The second section will describe the principle, construction and losses on the synchronous machine. The third chapter will describe concepts such as heat, temperature, heat transfer, types of the heat transfer, specific heat capacity, emisivity and thermal conductivity. The fourth chapter will introduce the program Ansys Workbench, finite element method and Ansys CFX. In the fifth chapter will be described how to perform thermal analysis on the created model of motor. The sixth chapter will describe how to analyze the air flow of the created model of motor. The flow analysis will be performed for fan speed 1500 min-1 and 3000 min-1. In the seventh chapter will be compared the results of the air flow and pressure field in the motor model. In the eighth chapter will be performed a thermal analyzis on the created motor model with cooling for fan speed 1500 min-1 and 3000 min-1. The nineth chapter will compare the results of temperatures and heat fluxes obtained from the thermal analysis witnout cooling, with cooling for fan speed 1500 min-1 and 3000 min-1 for full losses, half losses of continous running, and full losses of interrupt running for 9000 seconds (2 hours 30 minutes).

CFD analýza proudění vzduchu pro různé typy průtokoměrů / CFD analysis of the airflow for the different types of flowmeters

Drexler, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
There are some basic information about pressure sensors and flow in the first part of my diploma thesis. For example turbulent and laminar flow, construction of pressure sensors and basic information abaut Ansys and –Fluent. Main part of this thesis is focused on CFD simulation of pressure and velocity in the vicinity of pressure sensors. I confront this simulated values with measured values in final part of this thesis.

Namáhání ojnice v multi-body systému / Calculation of Con-rod Stress in Multi-Body System

Malinský, Marek January 2010 (has links)
The aim of my thesis is to create a procedure for the calculation of con rod stress in MBS Software. The thesis contains several parts, i.e. a short research of contemporary con rods, con rod modelling with the use of Pro/E, methodics of the finite-element con rod model preparation and model analysis in ANSYS Software, creating of virtual combustion engine template with flexible con rod and carrying out a strain hardening analysis in ADAM/Engine software. The theme of my thesis is quite demanding in the combination and the use of several computer software programmes. The thesis offers a survey of possibilities, procedures and methodics of con rod stress solutions that help to clarify the matter.

Píst zážehového motoru na CNG o výkonu 140 kW / Piston for SI CNG 140 kW Engine

Hrouzek, Jan January 2013 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with the piston for modified engine 1.4 TSI from Volkswagen concern. It includes calculation of kinematics and forces reactions of the crank mechanism of the engine for speed 6071 rpm elaborated in the program Mathcad Prime. Further the work includes calculation for reducing the magnitude of lateral force and design of several variants of the piston. For the proposed design variants of the piston are performed FEM analysis of mechanical state of stress and comparisons of contact pressures in the program ANSYS Workbench.
